A special thank you to Yesenia for scheduling everything and taking the time to show me different car options before I made my decision. Joey was amazing with explaining all the numbers thoroughly and making sure I understood everything throughout the process. I truly appreciated the patience, professionalism, and great customer service. Highly recommend!

First, be prepared for them to add $7k+ in add ons that they never mention to you in the first place and just write it off as "taxes and fees" just to get a better sale and make a better commission! Which is considered SCAMMING! Second, they use window stickers to COVER CRACKED WINDSHIELDS!! Then when you ask them to fix it they refuse to pick up your calls, act like they don't know you and refuse to have it fixed. Gaslighting and scamming is their game and don't even think about going there if you are a woman! The way they (Jacob the manager) speaks to women is completely unacceptable!! They absolutely mansplain and disregard your questions and concerns and act like you are less knowledgeable than them simply because you are a woman! To make matters WORSE, Jacob the manager needs to lose his job IMMEDIATELY after our most my recent interaction. It's been 4 months since I've been calling them asking Jacob to refund something that I DID NOT ASK FOR and was almost $5k. What does the manager of this dealership do in this case? Responds by CRACKING UP AND LAUGHING saying "didn't you total your vehicle?" Referring to an accident which could've cost my baby and I our LIFE! Any decent human being would NOT find that amusing but Jacob did. Extremely unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE behavior from the manager and all "men" working here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! You are just a number to them and another opportunity to scam, nothing more. Would give them 0 stars if I could!

I went to LKS to see a used Ford F150 they advertised online. I drove down from Tracy because the…read moread showed a truck that fit what I was looking for pretty exact. When I reached out online Kevin responded right away and we set up a next day test drive of the vehicle. When I arrived Kevin greeted me, her was very polite, he showed me to the truck answered any questions, retrieved the keys and left me with the vehicle to inspect it at my leisure. After a short inspection I asked him if I could test drive the vehicle and he took a copy of my license and let me take the truck. During the test drive I did a hard acceleration and noticed a sputter with some significant power loss and the check engine light flashed on- it was a misfire. I drove back and let Kevin know what happened and that unfortunately I wasn't interested. He was very apologetic and asked me to wait before leaving and hooked up his scanner to see what was wrong and it was a misfire. He changed it the spark plug from the misfiring cylinder and we went on another test drive and the issue was gone. I liked the truck and the scanner didn't show any other problems so I decided to buy it. Kevin informed me that if the problem came back even though he was selling me a used car as is he would fix it or he would take the car back which from a smaller dealership I've NEVER heard before. We finalize the deal do the paper work and I drive off. During my two and a half hour drive back it happened again so I texted Kevin and let him know, long story short hex was polite and professional and honored his promise. I got the truck home and within the next few days I decided to use my scan tool to see what the issue was and it showed a misfire in the number two and four cylinders so I changed the spark plugs in all of them which I usually do anytime I buy a used vehicle anyway and all codes cleared the truck has been running great now for about a month. I called Kevin to let him know and he was happy it worked it and offered to pay for the repair which I declined. Kevin is a stand up guy, and if I find itself in need of another used car I'll gladly do business with him again. Here's one thing people need to consider though when buying a used car, especially from a small dealer. These vehicles are used they're not certified pre-owned they're usually inspected to make sure they're legal to be put on the road and minor repairs are done. You're delaying with a small business that's trying to make money and most of them aren't going to spend extra money to make sure every major repair is completed because their customer base cannot afford or do not have the credit worthiness to buy those types of vehicles. I could've gone to a certified dealer but I found this specific truck and honestly I expected more issues than what I've had so far. Bottom line I usually don't trust used car dealers but Kevin showed here would make things right during and after the sale. I can't recommend him enough!

Told us that if we wanted to look around more til we were sure he respected that. He had so many offers on this car. Our last two pre-owned cars we felt pressured and ended up making a bad decision. So like he said the choice is yours. It's for sale and I know you're interested, he let us leave and shop around. Within an hour I called him back and told him I want to purchase it. I'll be back tomorrow. He knew I was a young college student needing reliable transportation back and forth to school. He said it's not just selling a car to him, it's an investment in my future. And Everytime I get in this same car now I'm always grateful to him for being understanding and an overall wonderful person.
