So I came to NanaBella with destroyed lashes. The previous lash technician who I went to see, butchered my lashes, putting 3-4 extensions on one real lash, globs of glue on my eye lid, and extensions on my lash line. My eyes always felt like there was something tugging at them and it was such an uncomfortable feeling. I did not know how correctly applied lashes felt like until I visited Karlene. Walking in, the shop is modern and elegant with a stress free, home-y environment. Karlene is very delicate, making sure I was ok moments through out the application. There is a quiet, nicely decorated private room for the process, an amazingly comfy chair with a blanket off to the side, and the music will put you right to sleep. Karlene, as well as her staff, are very professional and will definitely recommend NanaBella to anyone looking for lash extensions or any other service she provides. Last but not least, if you are looking for a cheap quick application, this is not the place to go. Karlene takes times and is very precise with each lash that is applied and I am extremely happy with the service given. I have gone in a few times for a spray tan and have been very happy each time. You can't beat the price, it literally takes less than 15 minutes and lasts at least 4-5 days depending how often you exfoliate. I always feel completely comfortable with the owner who does my tan each time, even though it can be jarring to stand there butt naked- worth it though because it is so quick. The tan is always even and a really great color- never orange, very natural. I will absolutely be using this beauty lounge for all my future spray tans! read more

I had a bad experience here. I went for a brazilian on tuesday and it was left unfinished. I was told that i could pluck the rest out at home. I was so caught off gaurd and puzzled. I called a few of my girfriends who advised me this was not supose to be my experience. Ive been calling since wednesday with no response. i absolutely loved my first set, it was so beautiful and done perfect. after a few days, they started falling out but i figured it was natural shedding. i changed my fill apt from 3 weeks to 2, and was almost completely out of lashes. did a 30 min refill, same thing. (the tech asked me when was my last apt, 4 weeks ago? i said no.. 2 weeks) they all started falling out... tried a 45 min refill (5 days later !) and within a day they were literally 75% gone. within 3 days, literally not 1 lash. i don't know if they changed their glue, but i will not be returning. the lashes literally do not stay on. so disappointed, because i really did like this place and all of the girls. read more

Purchased a groupon for natural lash set. Upon my arrival the lash profession/owner seemed uninviting and not friendly. She was working with a client when I showed up she opened the door didn't even smile and went back to the customer. Not a very good first impression. She didn't explain anything she was about to do after asking if this was my first time I was expecting some information. BUT Lashes came out beautiful it was relaxing actually. Afterwards I left my tip and was done. She didn't give me any information on care of my lashes or what I can and cannot do with these lashes. These questions were answered in emails after my appointment. I'm having shedding which I read is normal. I've had them for a week now and on one of my eyes there's some extensions missing already. read more

Best spray tan ever, cannot beat the price at only $20. Such a bargain! Plus im super pale like porcelain skin and spray/self tanners are always so orange or non-existent on me, but this is so natural! Never too dark and fake looking, plus the spray smells like cherry cake which is better than most other places that smell like chemicals. The owner has been super friendly and remembers who I am even though I've only been a handful of times. Only downside is that the new(I think?) receptionist isnt friendly at all but it doesnt really matter because I've never waited very long, even when I've been late and had to wait for her to finish up with someone else. Oh, and the place is clean, nice looking, fun music, and there is privacy. Recommend to everyone in the area, its worth the trip and the money. read more

I have been getting my eyelashes done for over a year this was one of the worst experiences I have had. First I proceed to go in the room wear you would think their would be soft relaxing music but loud music as if I was in a club. She then said she was tired and sniffled the whole time while answering phones and going to the front to see who was coming in. I told her I liked them full and a #13 when I left after a total of 35 to 40 minutes I had a set of eyelashes that were hardly there for $75.00 When I said I always get so much more she said this is what I had to work with. As a salon owner in the past I would do anything to keep my customers and do the best I could to make them happy. Not only will I never go back but would never recommend any one to go there. They lost a good customer who would have recommended many more clients but I will be saying what ever you do don't go to Nana Bella. read more
