Hello everyone this is the first time I am using Yelp and writing a review for anywhere so please try to bare with me. I want to keep my name anonymous so that when I go back into the spa they don't treat me any different (even though I don't think I could be treated any better). I went in over the weekend with my father when we first got to there this very helpful girl name jess told my father he had to pay off a balance. There was some confusion with what we owed (not a mistake on anyones part just that we had questions). jess nicely explained to my father the actual balance, why we owed it, when I came in to do the previous appointments,etc. My father in a way wasn't fully understanding so jess took time out of her nite to type my father and me a full receipt or every transaction price, every time i was there and more, do you know anywhere else that would do a thing like that?? WITHOUT US ASKING SHE OFFERED!!!!!!!! and without a problem, its like she was almost excited to "waste her time and be bothered by it". when my appointment was over and i was sitting on the bench one of the other girls elana came over to me and said your father had stepped out but she be right back then offered me something to drink while i weighted. i knew my father left cuz he said goodbye to me before i went in with the woman doing my appointment but she made me feel so important as if she actually CARED AND PAID ATTENTION to both her and mine surroundings. Neither of these girls asked me to write a review about them the reason I am doing it is is this: through high school i was bullied for many different reasons and it broke me so bad. when elana came over to hand me my water i noticed she had on a beautiful gold italian horn necklace, all i was planning to do was accepting the glass of water and say thank you but since she had already been so friendly with me i made a bold move and complimented her. i said something along the lines of "thats a beautiful necklace rose looks so good on you" and shockingly she replied fully back not just thank you. she started to tell me it was actually rose gold and a necklace that her friend whose a jeweler had made her, we convo went on for a few minutes to. the point of this post is to make everyone aware who is looking for somewhere to go, go here. not only does laser plus spa help me physically become confident because theyre taking care of personal issues and insecurities that i have but they emotionally and mentally help build up my confidence as well. being talked to by 2 pretty girls about dogs (jess) and necklaces (elana) it was nice, not something i'm used to. i hope that their owners know they made great choices with their staff cuz i might be more excited to go back and see them then i am to fix my physical problems (haha!) i doubt those 2 girls will ever see this post cuz who expects to have a review writtin about them but I hope their bosses show this to them. besides that, i have seen LIFE CHANGING results. this place is magic and anyone who thinks otherwise probably didnt give whatever they were doing enough time to show. i highly recommend this place, it's super clean, friendly, professional and warming. i was only able to give 5 stars but if i could i'd be giving 20. 5 for the place as a whole. 5 for my technician, 5 for jess and 5 for elana. i can't wait to be back in a few weeks! I found this spa online back in Feb and bought a total of 6 sessions for velashape. I had a tech by the name of Libby for my first 2 sessions. She did not do a good job at all and didn't use the proper equipment during my sessions as you're supposed to use a skin thermometer to see how hot the skin is and to read the temperature. If you are not up to a 40 on the thermometer then the infrared light is not reducing the fat cells. I also noticed that Libby would take me in the room and spend only 10 minutes with me. According to 2 Laser Spa Plus the sessions are supposed to last from 25 to 40 minutes I was not getting that with Libby. By my third appointment I had asked to change technicians, I was so thrilled when I got another tech by the name of Jackie. Jackie took her time with me and my appointments went from being 10 minutes to 50 minutes!! I'm so glad I got Jackie because she was professional she made me feel relaxed and she did a fantastic job on my thighs however I'm sorry that I wasted two of thoseMax? Don't? ssions with Libby. I recommend if you go to laser plus Spa that you get Jackie because she I'm trying to do something is wonderful and knows what she's doing and how to use the machines properly. I really think that libby does not care about the clients because she gets people and then 10 minutes later they are literally out of the room making their next appointment she stands in the front to wait for new clients and volunteers to see them the day of the appointment. I've witnessed this everytime I've gone there. You don't really know that there isn't more than two other girls besides Libby working because she said the client so fast that every time you come in she standing there in the front and hopefully she's already outstanding in the front again waiting on other clients. How can someone really give you the results you're looking for if they're doing 25-30 people a day but everyone else may only be doing 10 people or 15 at Max? Don't waste your time with Libby because that's a waste of money!!!! Make your appointments with Jackie for the best service that will get you results. read more

Absolutely love laser plus spa ! They are my go to spot for everything. Full body laser hair removal, facials, massages, lip injections, Botox, micro-blading for eyebrows ... You name it, And they offer it. The staff members are very professional, certified and educated in their field . My entire family comes here! My mother wanted to do the cool sculpting before my wedding a couple years back and was extremely satisfied! My cousins and siblings also all come here as well! The front desk knows us and is consistent . For years we have gotten to know and love everyone here!! With my countless visits here I have to say I have never left disappointed . Anytime I have had any questions or concerns they are very responsive and attentive to my needs. Not to mention they are very clean with a beautiful upscale environment ! Computerized patient charts to keep track of your history and future appointments . They call to remind you of all appointments too. What more can you ask for!!!??? I bought a groupon for this place for Botox .. Called to make an appt they fit me right in that same week! To my surprise I found out the doctor there is Dr Horioglu (who did my sisters rhinoplasty a few years back) so I was thrilled it was someone I had heard of! I have bought groupons where estheticians (not doctors) administer the injectables but not this place. Dr H is of the utmost professionalism and I am so happy with how my Botox turned out. Normally I get 60 units every few months but he told me I didn't need that much and didn't upcharge me to add more to the groupon like I was expecting! I will def be back to him, the regular prices there are pretty affordable too. I also bought a hair removal package while I was there for my underarms, they have this cool new wireless thing on their laser that creates the level of intensity for the technician so there is ZERO chance of getting burned that totally sold me. I love this place. I'm currently having my underarms lasered by Jackie, who is wonderful. She's friendly and she cares. I recommend LaserPlus Spa to anyone looking for laser hair removal. I was taken to a clean room and spoke with Jackie my first time. We went over what I to expect and any precautions I needed, also my health background and if there is any medication I was on. She briefed me on what the procedure would be like. She left the room and I put on a sleeveless smock. She brought back ice, which is used to numb the area being treated. I put protective goggles on and then she put gel on the underarm. As she used the machine I couldn't feel a thing. After the numbness from the ice started to wear off I felt a few stings. The worst part is not the stings, but the cold ice. This place is clean and the staff is wonderful. The only drawback is they're always running about 10-15 minutes late. I saw Zerona on an episode of Dr. Oz and was curious how a laser could help lose fat. I did a little research online, but it was nothing compared to everything I learned in my consultation with the man at Laser Plus Spa. Everyone there were so knowledgable and helpful. What I liked about them was that they didn't just hand me pamphlets and send me on my way like the plastic surgeon's office I went to; they really explained everything, and answered all of my questions. They also sold me the package for 50% off - it's the cheapest I've seen Zerona anywhere, and trust me, I've looked. Right after my consultation, I booked all of my first six appointments and started that same day. The verdict: I. LOVE. ZERONA! It's the best decision I've EVER made. I did Cool Sculpting before the virus, I came back to see my before and after photos.. the results I got was spectacular! I just added my arms, how can I pass Up the deal that they are currently Running. I also started the Emsculpt, now that I'm a candidate.. I have to say, I can actually see definition on my abs with just one session. I have to mention how immaculate this place Is. They take sterilizing and social distancing seriously! They have you wait in the car until your technician is ready, they hired someone just to take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer..She keeps disinfecting the door knobs, the seats.. You can smell how clean it is. Everyone wears a mask! They even have extras in case you forgot yours, mine broke, so they handed me a new one. I felt comfortable and safe. I started my laser hair removal here about a year ago, I have a horrible time staying on track with my sessions due to my busy schedule however I have completed about 4 sessions on each area that I do, and have had wonderful results! The hair is thinner, and in some areas barely even grows in. I was advised by the staff that it will take minimally 6 sessions to get to a 90% reduction and I feel I am almost there. The staff is always pleasant when I come to do my treatment and the technicians are highly professional. I have never had to wait longer then 5 minutes after my appointment time which is extremely important to me, I hate waiting! I am a student who does not have a ton of money but they were willing to work with me on the price, and they offered care credit which made things much easier for me. Looking forward to doing many more laser treatments here in the future! :) read more

Recently saw an ad for Laser Plus and decided to try their spa special offer for a facial and massage for 99$. I have been to several spas and my first impression of laser plus was very very good one.. The spa is absolutely beautiful ! Clean and modern spacious very welcoming The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a facial followed by a massage and was pleasantly surprised how thorough the facial was and how educated the esthetician was on skin care . It was an wonderful experience, massage was also very good left relaxed and refreshed. This is an amazing value to have two services for an hour each for only 99.00!!!! I've paid over double for similar treatments and have not enjoyed it as much as i did here. I will definitely return for more treatments and facials. They made me feel comfortable and excited that i've found a new spot for my skin care!! read more

I am so impressed with the professionalism, atmosphere, and results. I Just came back for my follow pictures from doing the Coolsculpting treatment. i am thrilled with the outcome. I am blown away with the technology. I did my inner thighs as well as my Stomach. The consultation was very informative. I came with my sister, whom wasn't a candidate, (they won me over with their Honesty) Once the gentleman went over everything, the Technician took me into another room, measured me, and told me exactly what i needed. When she brought me back to the room, He gave me a price within minutes. He was so sweet, He told me to take my time, no rush he said! who says that? a good man, that's who, one who cares for people before his pockets. This is horrible. I went for a consult on Thermage treatments on my arms, they told me it would work and my arms would be tightened within 6 months. They told me I needed 4 treatments to tighten my arms to help it along. All together it cost thousands of dollars for this. So I wanted it and wanted my arms to look great, so I signed up in Carle Place not far from my home. Well all of a sudden I am told 1/2 way through that they will be moving to Bellmore one hour from my home, but they will give me a free facial in return for the inconvenience, free my ass, it cost me $50 dollars to get the facial if I wanted a real facial that is. Well six months later my arms look exactly the same as they did when I first started. When I told the girl she said I should consider doing it again in 6 months. Are you kidding me. What a rip off and a joke and a half. read more

I had the cool sculpting treatment by Laser Plus Spa, Amazing!! Very Happy, I combined it with the Emsculpt afterwards, not only did I loose fat, I now have definition. My wife talked me into it as she had great results as well. My wife had it a few years ago somewhere else and the results was just ok.. not like this.. it was explained to us that laser Plus uses the 1 hr handpieces. Which is much better than the 30 min handpieces, it takes longer but better results. It was told to us when they got their newer machines it came with the 3o min, and they traded it in for the 1 hour handpiece. Hats off to Laser Plus Spa in Bellmore, they don't care about turning the room over, they care about getting the clients maximum results, and it shows! I highly recommend them! The crème de la crème! A few month's ago I actually completed my last treatment of laser hair removal here. I originally decided on just doing my back and shoulders, but quite honestly i couldn't refuse the deals they had going at the time so I added on chest and stomach. By the fifth treatment there was no more hair growth whatsoever, so after that 6th treatment, I knew I was set. A month or two after, I purchased their maintenance special so I can have a few left over treatments If I ever needed touchups on the areas Ive done. Havent seen anything yet. I was always sketchy about laser but besides baseball, its all I talk about now! If something works, it works, and people should know. Highly recommended !! I'm not a glam girl by any means. However, I've been dying to try a facial for the longest time... And finally prayers have been answered when I got a gift card !! I had arrived to my appointment with one of my sisters who didn't have an appointment. They were all booked that day for services with an esthetician but they were able to accommodate her with a laser hair removal UA with Denise, she was wonderful. The front desk receptionists were all super friendly. I was booked with Jennifer for a Deep Pore Facial. She was amazing. I told her it was my first time so she walked me through the entire process and gave me expert skin care advice I'd recommend Jennifer, and this spa to all !! read more

I have been coming to Laser Plus for well over 5 years. Besides my Facials I often do, I must have tried every service they offer from Botox to Skin Tightening And they never disappoint!! What I admire about this Spa is they have the same employees since day one. it's very comforting to see the same faces, and if something new comes out, rest assured they will get it. One example is CoolSculpting.. which I just came back from seeing my follow up pictures. I knew in advance that it worked, as I fit into my favorite jeans again, But It wasn't till They showed me my B&A pictures, that I was amazed!! As In 7 weeks I forgot what it looked like. Have been coming here since it open. Since then i have pretty much did every service they have. This review is on the Clear n Brilliant, I have skin that's on the darker side, so there is no much i can do about the dark patches on my face, I sat with the Owner (by the way very nice person, and honest, as when i first started I desperately wanted a treatment, which i wasn't a candidate for, he said this wasn't for me, even though i was ready to spend thousands, that's when he won me over) anyhoo! He recommended the Clear N Brilliant, Excellent choice! as my skin is evenly toned. I am a very happy camper. oh! I have to say this place has it all! I am in the midst of doing my laser hair removal full body! compared to the last place i went to, i'm in and out in less then an hour! and I'm only up to my 4th session, and i only shaved once in 7weeks! Their prices are very reasonable. as far as their facials are concerned, awesome! as they use my favorite products. Dermalogica.. Very hard to find a place that uses this product during Facials. over the past three years i had four different estheticians, all were great. and that's another thing, they keep their staff as all of them are still here! Talk about having a place that does just about everything. I was recently introduced to Velashape by a friend of mine a few months back. I originally tried it at a different place in Manhattan and after that, I was turned off by the whole idea. Jumping into the action again, I heard about this place and thought it was worth a try. In lo, velashape is my new best friend. The technician I was appointed to was random, but Jen really knew her work. Im happy I started the sessions again, and I will continue to use them for vela. A few days ago, I had my first cool sculpting procedure on outer thighs with Larissa. I can't say enough good things about her. She was wonderful. My treatment went perfectly. Hopefully I will have a good result, but regardless I just wanted to say how much I appreciated all that Larissa did for me. She explained everything she was doing so that I would have an understanding as to why she was doing what she did. She was sweet, attentive and professional. I was very pleased with my experience.
