And not having a photograph of what was done in the past. What a nsaty attitude and a scream down in the middle of the salon. Reprimanding me about not knowing these are students and I SHOULD KNOW WHAT TO ASK FOR. Excuse me? I am paying $72 dollars for a service. Even if its student, I expect a bare minimum of service for my money. You are not doing clients a favor. Clients are doing you a favor to sit there for 5 hours so your students can make an absolute mess of their hair and then pay $72. Onto the students. The quality of students they have have zero competence. Again a bare minimum is expected when you charge $72. The students are so incompetent that they have no busienss even being students in any area. The school is doing a very poor job recruiting students. Most of the times you leave the insititute worse than you came in. The students dont give a rat's tail what they do. They are too much in a rush to sit and play with their iphones Lastly, they downright destroy your hair. During my blowdry she yanked so much of the hair out. I came out with a splitting headache. And after all this more of a surprise: A service that I expected to pay 50$ for came up to $62 plus 10$ tip. I could' ve gone to a professionals salon for this price. What a horrible experience. (you should've seen what they did to the client sitting next to me.)

I asked when I can stop by the school for a tour of their premises and I was told by the manager: You cannot coming and see the school unless you register for the program, I said well I will like to see the school before making a decision, I've already saw one school and I have an appointment next week to see another school, I just want to make sure I'm making the right decision that's why I will like to go see the school before committing to a program if possible. Managers reply's to me: "there is no need for me to go look at their school, what I need to do is make up my mind since it seems I'm not sure of what I want, when you know what you want gives us a call." Terrible school! Chaos and disorganization every day/week. I had 3-4 different teacher & subs, etc…read more within 2 months. Don't believe what they show you when you come for your "Tour". The part time classes are held in a cold basement not in the beautiful classroom that you see when you walk in. They don't disinfect their facial steamers (please see pic), Every teacher teaches a different method so it's very difficult to learn. There is no real student cafeteria. The vending machines don't work. They have 2 microwaves for 50 students to share on a 30 min lunch break. You're not allowed to use machines( they don't have any and at one point we were allowed to bring in our own, till they told us we couldn't one day out of the blue) so you'll never learn how to use them in the real world. This school is a total disaster, disorganized and a total waste of time & money. Find a better school because this is NOT a real educational institution. All they want is your money and they don't care about the students. On my first day all I heard were complaints from the older students. Day 2 I spoke with the administrators and informed them that I wanted to leave their program. They lied and told me that they were "working on the issues". 2 months later our teacher quit and our class had no official teacher. This place is run like a zoo!

Everything from the washing of my hair, which was very relaxing to the gorgeous blowout she gave me was phenomenal. The only downside of the experience is that it does take a while because there is some waiting for the instructor to give feedback ( i.e. I was in there from 9 AM to 12 PM for my haircut) but Sophia was so easy to talk to the time flew by.
