I've been coming here for clear and brilliant for awhile now. Ultimately, I was hesitant to touch my lips since I don't need it. I have great symmetry on my lips. I started coming to LaserAway for their Clear and Brilliant laser treatments about a year ago and have loved the smoother texture to my skin. I am now starting to come for a little bit of a fuller lip and also some Botox for the forehead. The nurses who do the injections are always reasonable with what you need to achieve the results you want with which product and how much. And the front desk is very nice, helpful, and actually remembers you from prior visits even if it's been a few months. One tip I have if your interested in any of their services, is to always ask on the phone or the front desk about any specials that are happening. Signed up for hair removal treatment in December. Full body. Got a decent discount. Went to 2 locations. This 1 is much better. Technicians are so hospitable that I actually ask them to raise the light intensity because I can handle the pain. Lol. European here. Space is large and it's always clean and bright. I tried different technicians and each of them I'd choose again. I chose LaserAway initially due to technology they use that is the least painful and results are noticeable. After years of debating about tattoo removal I decided to go for it. I got both of my tattoos as a teenager and decided it was time for a clean slate. Initially I purchased the package at a different location. Since I recently moved I decided to call up other locations closer to me. I didn't even know if I could go to a different location, but I figured I'd give it a try. This is where my experience at LaserAway went from good to amazing. Faith answered (literally, that's her name - Faith) and gave me a few different dates that I could book for a session. I explained my work schedule makes it difficult during the week and if there's anyway she can get me in today - the same day. She advised that it would be unlikely but she will try her best and call me back. Not even 5 minutes later I got a call from Faith at LaserAway saying something opened up if I wanted to take it. She updated me regarding the new and improved technology being used for treatments since my last session 1 year prior. Overall, it was clear that she really cares about her customers. All of my experiences at different LaserAway's prior to this were good , but this was something different. She went above and beyond the scope of her responsibilities , even being fully booked for weeks at a time, Faith made me feel like I'm the only customer that mattered. Where do I start? So unprofessional, contacted them early in the week was given a 4:30 15 minute virtual consultation appointment. I got on zoom at 4:28 & was left waiting. I heard my phone vibrate, as I was on my laptop & turned my ringer off in deference to the Consultant I was about to meet with, finally realizing maybe it's the Consultant, which it was at 4:35 - why call though we're on zoom I have 2 emails confirming the zoom link - I'm following directions why aren't they? So now she is 5 minutes late which in a 15 minute appointment window is a lot to be late. The the Consultant says "oh let's just do it by phone" - but wait I just rushed home to have proper lighting to get a consultation that I made an appointment for I want her to see what we're talking about. She says she can't work the zoom camera, but I can see her, but she says it's not working properly so she goes dark. I stay on and say I guess it's okay if you see me even if I can't see you. It's my hair we're lasering off. So I tell her I have less than ten hairs near my chin that are annoying I ask how many sessions does she think I'd need she replies "oh 10 sessions to be sure we get them all." Seriously 10 sessions for less than 10 hairs????? I have friends that have had large body parts lasered for under 10 sessions. Seriously this is a pretty poor way to run a business. read more

Hate to be this person... but I haven't even stepped foot into a location and already so turned off. I signed up with my email to get my information on a particular service (they also make you give your phone number), and I have been basically harassed the past week. Nonstop phone calls, texts, and emails from different people at all hours of the day. I'm a normal person that works full time, and am generally very busy. I unfortunately can't just pickup the phone to chat anytime which is why I asked to be contacted via email. It got to a point today that my phone was blowing up during several important business calls, that I texted two different people asking them to take me off of their contact lists, and to only contact me via email so I can respond during my down time. This is the type of email response I receive when asking about rates.... what? I feel like I'm being punk'd at this point.
