I had the most amazing experience here with juvederm fillers. The staff were all welcoming, and the facility was spotless. I have already told my friends to come here. After one treatment my underarms showed great reduction in hair growth. After two treatments I'm now noticing on legs and bikini area as well! I was skeptical coming into this to begin with. I've held off laser treatment for years, though I've always been curious. Finally, a couple of good friends convinced me. I bought a deal on Groupon, but you'll have to purchase a series if you're new to the treatment. I get it, a few sessions might not do the job and you'll need the package. Still skeptical, thinking, okay I just go suckered into purchasing what I didn't want to pay for. Forward to three treatments after, I'm hooked! First treatment, the RN walked me through the steps and made me feel comfy, it was painless, thank goodness. Waited for the hairs to grow out (since I was still doubtful), weeks passed, can't see any hair standing in front of a mirror, but with magnified mirror, very few. WOW! I was ready for my 2nd session, that was 4-6 weeks out for facial and 6 weeks out for the underarm. I go in for my second upper lip with a different tech. This time I saw tiny bit of hairs (upper lip) thereafter a week...hmmm! Second time for my underarm, the tech was awesome. Looking forward to my third session to see where this goes. Hair (underarm) is already barely there from the first session, I'm extremely happy for taking the plunge - made the right choice and worth every penny!!! Don't see much reviews on their botox treatment. Can I just say...OUTSTANDING. I've been to two different venues for this and L.A. is the best of the three by far. I would ask Megan for more information about treatments and packages, she's very helpful, sweet and not pushy at all. Oh and my appointments, I never had to wait more than five minutes to be seen =) They do book quick, so you just have to remember to pick up that phone and call weeks prior to your appointment. I heard about Laseraway from a YouTuber (Gina Darling) and decided to try it out. Because I've always wanted to get rid of hair from my arms, legs, armpits, and my 'other' areas. I setup an appointment to see how the process will and was instantly sold on getting it done. I've just got two treatments and notice a HUGE difference between how I've started and now! I highly recommend this place and don't be afraid to ask the receptionist and/or the nurses any question(s). *as an advice getting laser hair DOESN'T mean it's a one time thing! I've always thought about getting laser hair removal but usually wimp out at the thought of the pain. Surprisingly it's not really painful, waxing is way worse! LaserAway also puts me at comfort with the environment. Your treatment room includes a big screen tv that you can watch as you wait for your treatment to begin. Although my treatment time is only 15 minutes long, so I don't really get to utilize the television. I initially went in thinking about purchasing a Groupon deal but overall I wanted two treatment areas and they were able to provide me a package for 8 sessions during my consultation. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the following week but this place is super busy so I highly suggest booking your next appointment when you're there. All the times i've been there have been lots of people in the lobby area most of them there for consultations. It would be awesome if they could increase the seating area! Overall my review is really for the service and the people performing the service. The lobby may be a tad small and the front desk busy but once you get into your treatment room and talk to the nurses you're in zen mode. The nurses are super accommodating and ask you if there are any areas you find sensitive and will tell you that it doesn't hurt but will go easy on you anyways if you're still afraid. It ended up being so easy and not painful. After one session my underarms are already growing way less hair! I can go over a week and a half without shaving. I can't wait to see how hairless i'll be after 8 sessions! read more

Ladies do not come in. There are so many other places that do hair removal and much better. About a year now since I did the laser hair removal and LaserAway Burlingame did such a horrible job. There is so many patchy areas and some areas where the hair grows completely normal. After paying a little over a thousand dollars I now have to pay for waxing to take care of everything they did wrong. The "manager" contacted me through a direct message on Yelp and when I wrote her back... nothing, i called her.. nothing, and wrote her an email... nothing! Ladies don't be fooled by this location. they contact you nonstop until you sign up and once you pay they can care less about your appointments or reschedules. read more

This place is the worst. First, after much odd haggling,​ they took my money for 10 sessions, promising lifetime free touch-ups​. Then later tried​ to change the contract saying the woman working at the time didn't know what she was saying-- and they fired her! Since-I assume​ because it is all already prepaid-they have changed just about every appointment in the strangest ways. They will call saying that my appointment, set 6 weeks ago, conflicts with the nurse's lunch, though it is at 9 a.m. Then when I go two days later at their behest, they are saying the same thing to other customers on the phone! Today they texted me my confirmation for noon tomorrow. Then I got a voicemail changing my 1:30 to 1:15. What??? They are rude and disrespectful​ to their customers​,​, and very odd. The nurses are always very nice and professional, but there's something about appointment scheduling that always leave me disappointed and quite upset. Like every other working professional, I have an extremely tight schedule and I schedule my appointments accordingly. I would set an appointment with the secretary up front, and receive a confirmation text for that specific time. Then a few days before my appointment, I will receive a text for a totally different time. This has happened to me several times already and is quite frankly, unacceptable and completely thoughtless on their end. The case with rescheduling is that the next available appointment isn't open for another month. I am extremely disappointed. read more

I came into this experience really skeptical! I ready every review and did lots of research and it seemed like a bit of gamble. I bought a reasonably priced package for Brazilian and underarms and have had 1 treatment thus far. So far the results are above and beyond what I expected. After 2 weeks of 1 Brazilian and 1 underarm treatment I have noticed; complete reduction in ingrowns; significant fallout of hair; no more dark stubble of incoming hair; patchiness; lighter more softer growth that is sparse. I am now way more optimistic! I will continue to update as treatments go on. Also I have had wonderful experience with the front desk staff and the woman who sold me the package - it seemed like the genuinely wanted to be helpful and supportive. Thanks guys! read more

This Laser Away location is really great. Not only does it have great proximity to good restaurants and shops, but the staff are very friendly as well. She told me everything I needed to know about cool sculpting & was able to help me do a virtual assessment with a laseraway nurse. After my assessment Krystal went over the different package options and even provided more info to my email for me to see a few before & after photos and even videos on how the cool sculpting goes in the session. I absolutely love the results I have gotten after only two sessions. I have done laser hair removal in 2010 and hair had come back. :( I understand it's not permanent but having it done again is definitely a pain and $$ I would rather not spend again. However the lasers have improved a lot!!! I have seen results and didn't even need numbing meds. It really is very minimal pain. This location has such a great staff. They are always very nice and work around your schedule if you book in advance. I am very glad I chose this location even though I am much closer to Santana row. Also I would like to mention.... I have used aspire laser Med spa by groupon on my underarms. Totally a waste of money. After 4 sessions I didn't see but 50% reduction at most. I purchased 6 applicators and was told that I had 2 rounds for my lower stomach in this purchase AND it is written on the paperwork stating "2 rounds" and that after my first session I had to wait a few months and then come back for the second round. Due to Coronavirus I have been unable to go for my second session so I decided to call for a possible refund. I was then told that I do not have a refund option available because all of the applicators were used in my first session. When I had the consultation, I was told I was getting 2 sessions, that is the ONLY reason I agreed to pay this RIDICULOUS amount of money. I am now almost $5000 in debt with NO results and feel lied to and misled. They were NOT clear about what they were selling me and gave me false information just to get me to sign. DO NOT go to this place, they will rip you off and you'll be in debt without results. Currently in the process of trying to dispute this but of course, the customer is always wrong and despite having WRITTEN PROOF of the "2 rounds", nothing will be fixed. read more

Customer Service: The girls here are amazing!! Everyone at this location always makes me feel welcomed and makes me feel like I'm a part of their family. Everyone at the front and all the nurses really do care for you and always make sure that you're being treated right. Laser Hair Removal Treatment: I've had my brazilian, underarms and upper lip done. I've only had two treatments done so far. To see actual results you need 6-8 treatments, so I'll review the results at a later time. As for the pain, it's actually not too bad, and pain is not as bad the second time. They have a cooling fan, which helps ease the pain of the laser. Underarms were more painful than the Brazilian, and the upper lip hardly hurt at all. Clear & Brilliant: I have some sun freckles and little acne scars that I want to get rid of and whitehead's on my nose, so I was recommended this gentle laser treatment. Like the laser hair removal, it takes a few treatments to see big results and I've only had two far. About 30 min before the treatment, you're given a numbing cream for your face which helps ease a little of the pain from the laser. The first time I applied a lot of cream which numbed most of my face and made it easier for me tolerate the pain, however I could still feel pain on my forehead. The second time, only a thin layer was applied and I could really feel the laser, especially on my forehead and cheeks. I hardly felt the pain on my nose and chin area. Not as painful as a tattoo, but definitely don't skip the numbing cream. The next few days after the treatment you might be red and notice that your skin feels a little like sandpaper with very mild peeling. I'll write more after a couple more treatments. read more
