They lie to me about my services to my face!! They say that the record shows that I had gotten the same pulses on every session. When I ask to see the records the manager told me she couldn't give them to me. When i asked if I could have the corporate office phone number she said she didn't have it. This is the same girl that aggressively push me to buy facials on my first visit. She acted like if she was just a regular employee not the manager. They also mess up my credit by running my credit multiple time with out telling me. I believe there's a lawsuit for Lazer away because of the same reason. I called to cancel my appointment day of which in my opinion shouldn't have been a problem because I received a message from them yesterday stating I didn't confirm my appointment. No one ever stated before that it would be 50 dollars for same day cancellations. That is honestly insane when I'm spend 2k+. This is just wrong wanting to take more money from someone. I'm going to reach out and try to get the rest of my appointment canceled and see if I can get this taken off my credit. You guys need to state that if an appointment if missed or canceled day of that you will be charging them. I was asked to sign s doc in order to get an estimate of $1392, which was over my budget. I've been coming here for over a year now. My first package was for laser hair removal. It included legs, Brazilian, happy trail, armpits and mustache. I'm overall pleased with having less volume of hair, but i definitely still need to use a razor. After a lot of my mustache treatments, it would darken the skin and make it look like I had a mustache, ironically. For the fall special I purchased another hair removal laser for maintenance, and a clear and brilliant for 6 sessions. I also bought the membership. I got overwhelmed with always having appointments, so I focused on just the clear and brilliant this fall/winter. For reference I'm 33. I deal with acne and sun damage. I also took a collagen powder out of my diet, which helped my acne calm down, as well as not eating dairy, fried food, and sugar. Anyways, clear and brilliant has helped eliminate my sun damage and texture. It hurts like a tattoo even with the numbing cream. Follow the before and aftercare to a "T" and it'll feel a little better. Everyone here is a sweetheart, which I appreciate because these laser treatments can hurt and cost a pretty penny. My favorite nurse is Denise because she was efficient and had the best bedside manner. She really helped me get through some painful clear and brilliant sessions, as well as hair removal.
