I received laser hair removal on my under arms, Brazilian, and legs and I have to say the results are not as I expected. After the amount of money I paid I expected to have a decent amount of my hair gone but to my surprise I can say it got rid of maybe half. Not as promised. When I brought it to their attention I would have to pay a lot for extra sessions. I just wish they ser realistic expectations with cost, and PAIN. First few sessions were painless, but as you continue with the process the laser is more powerful and PAINFUL. WAY worse than a wax. I guess that's how they get you though. Do NOT go to this location. I had an appointment on today at 4:15. I had to cancel 3 clients (I am a fitness instructor) to make my appointment today. I even prepared to the extent that I had my doctor prescribe numbing cream (I used the last bit of my prescription for this appointment) just to be turned away because I had "left over spray tan". I had a spray tan over 2 weeks ago and exfoliated twice before my appointment. Not only did I completely waste my time, I now have to refill and purchase a new prescription for numbing for my next appointment, and I LOST money due to not working in order to make this appointment. When I explained that I am going on a 2 week vacation and that not getting my treatment couldn't be an option, the "nurse" said that she was still getting pigment. I when I asked her if I could see, she showed me a cloth with ZERO color on it.... I don't know if she was having a bad day or what was going on for her to handle my appointment the way she did. I will never come back to this location again. Externally discouraging. read more

I've been going to laser way now for a little over 1 year. I go the Folsom, California location. I've had experiences at other locations but my experience at the Folsom location specifically with nurse Natalia was the best experience I've had. She is amazing. She takes extra care to ensure you are comfortable throughout your session. She also takes her time and pays attention to detail, especially on those awkward areas. She listens to you and ensures she is providing the right advise. I've completed by platinum package. However, I still continue to go for my maintenance sessions and the Folsom location is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Helen was great! She helped me set up my package for a Brazilian, she answered all my questions and got me in to begin my first treatment within a few days of our call. I have already had my first treatment this week and the facility is really clean and comfortable and they were following safety protocols. The staff was very professional,knowledgeable and kind. I was super nervous and they made me feel comfortable. Today is day 3 and so far I haven't had a bad reaction to the laser so as I continue to get my treatments I will follow up with my reviews because I do have coarser and I am hopeful the laser will remove the hairs. read more

I'm writing this review about an excellent customer service experience I had with LaserAway. I had an appointment scheduled but unfortunately one of the machines went down and all appointments had to be cancelled for that day but they called me and asked me when the soonest I could be free to get my appointment fulfilled. They were so accommodating to my schedule and even had an extra nurse come in to ensure that I was fit in when it worked out best for me. While I really appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff at the Folsom location, I would hesitate to recommend LaserAway to anyone because the whole process of booking sessions feels like a slimy car sales scam. They're not transparent about pricing, and I'm guessing they work off of commission. I personally worked with a director from the Walnut Creek location to purchase my package, but it was still a super strange salesman pitch process that makes the customer feel like the service isn't legit. All in all, I still want to finish my sessions, & if those aren't enough, I'll just finish the process with my dermatologist. read more

Let me start off by saying go to laserweight at your own risk ! They are good at making the phone calls and selling you their products buy to get one free Etc. But they are not good at making your experience at Laser way memorable to where you want to go back every time you are looking for fillers are facials. My last experience at laseraway I bought two got one free of Juvederm . I went in to the office and Jessica who did my nasal injections injected me with a product that can only be used on my nasals. Jessica did not properly assess the area so when she went to inject on my nasals she was only able to use 3/4 of the syringe , might I add you $750 per syringe she was only able to use 3/4 . Jessica failed to tell me if I did not use that syringe within 30 days I would lose it . Jessica did not offer another product that can be used in your lips and your nasals . If Jessica would have assessed the area properly she would have known that she would not been able to get the whole syringe in there . So now I went back to laser way this morning okay to see if they were able to put any more in without me looking like a monkey and they said no the office that I went to this time they said if you put more in I would have the monkey effect . So now I'm losing out on the syringe I spoke with the district manager and explain to her that if I was properly assessed the first time I wouldn't be in this situation . No one has offered to make this right no one offered and said hey I'm sorry you weren't given choices we're going to make this right and just give you a new syringe of the other Juvederm that can be put in my lips and my nasals . After I use the last two of my Juvederm syringes I will not be returning to laser away. I would not recommend laser away to any of my family are friends. That is a lot of money for me to have a lost because I was not properly assessed the area was not properly assessed . Also you are not able to choose the nurse you want to work with so if you go in and you like the results from one nurse on your next appointment you cannot request her you just have to roll the dice and take a chance with someone's maybe such as Jessica who is not going to evaluate the area properly and take your money they need to be trained better. They don't care about you sorry $750 that's a lot of money for you to tell me oh we can't fit it into your face but we're not going to make it right I'm sorry Jessica didn't properly assess the area she was to inject and give you options but yeah we're just going to keep your money . This is unacceptable customer. I will add though Chris at the Folsom office has tried to help me Chris has been very pleasant through this whole ordeal. But her hands are tied she's not able to do anything without the approval of her District manager. read more

I was so excited when LaserAway opened in the Palladio. I had been wanting to get laser hair removal done but wanted it sooner rather than later (dermatologist offices are way too booked). I was also looking for a reputable, well appointed facility, with a no pressure type of environment. LaserAway is absolutely perfect. The staff always greets me pleasantly when I walk in. Scheduling has been a breeze and I've also added Botox and Thermage treatments since I started going there. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today and even though the nurse was out of the office at the last minute, they were able to schedule me with another nurse for the same time! Please be careful of trying to Finance a procedure. I qualified for a loan with no interest for 18 months but decided not to go through with the Thermage. Rcvd an invoice in the mail to make a payment when no procedure was done from Ally. Contacted them and they advised LaserAway needs to notify them of the cancellation. Sent another text to the girl helping me originally to take care of this right away. The invoice is close to $2,000. A company should never send an invoice till after the services are received. read more

It's a big deal because I an a big dude with a bunch of tattoos and no matter where I go I receive horrible customer service. I paid for 8 treatments in my armpits & Brazilian region - spent over $1,700 and I do not notice ANY hair reduction at all. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that I wasted my money and my time. Do not purchase the "numbing cream" package either as it doesn't do anything and it's a waste of money. This company has beyond exceeding my expectations. This location in particular has by far given outstanding service. In their eyes, it's not considered "doing their job"--its offering help let alone getting clients to their desired outcome. Both Amy's, Tiffany, Kim, and Tracy offer such great help, accuracy, advice, and service that is unfathomable. These ladies deserve recognition by corporate and no doubt deserve some sort of incentive. When I say they are motivated to help their clients, they do so within their power. They are transparent, genuine, and build ground with you to ensure you are on the path towards your goals with any package. They are patient and make sure you're absolutely comfortable.
