This is my first experience with laser hair removal treatments and I've been very happy so far! My hair is growing in so much lighter and slower and there is definitely noticeable progress. The office is very nice, the front staff is always so friendly and responsive. All of the laser technicians I have had have been great and today at my appointment I had Brandy who was truly wonderful. She was thorough, took her time and made sure to ask about any outliers I might have in the areas treated which I really appreciate. I signed up during a march promotion they were having. I wanted hair removal and clear+Brilliant. I finished my clear+ brilliant treatment and never got called back to finish my Hair removal treatment. I was also told I wouldn't be getting charged a 0.00% internet rate for signing up during a promotion. Now I've paid $526.96 in only interest. I just wish the staff wants so untrusting and said half of the truth. I understand you have to get your commission for every signing you do. And to know that I have to still pay the rest of the amount with still Hair for the treatment areas and still have the Melasma on my face that I was promised it would lightener up and even disappear. very dissatisfying. My experience with the Fresno location has been horrible. The first couple times you get great treatment because they want you to spend money but once you have been established it's been downhill. Last month, I had my appointment canceled 2 hours before my appointment and then was told they couldn't get me in until a month later. Well I am sitting here now and my appointment was at 1p and it's 1:35p this is outrageous to wait for an appointment you had scheduled out a month in advance. I had to ask the staff is there a wait or are they running behind and she said oh yea they are and I said well I had plans to be out of here at 2p she said well they can maybe have you done at 2:30p. The customer services lacks bad you guys are quick to call to take our money but you can't call us for a sooner appointment or that you guys are running late. I cannot wait to be done so I can take my business else where. This place only cares about their money! read more

Very inconsistent treatments. Certain days they'd be training different people and practiced on me. I went in more than 8 or ten times and every treatment was different in time and thoroughness. I've only had two treatments so far so my review is more customer service related. When I first called the consultant (salesperson) on the phone was super nice and made it seem like this was going to be a spa experience. I would say if 7-Eleven was a Spa then this would be it. They try to get you in and out of there ASAP. I had to reschedule my second session and they didn't have any openings for nearly a month. FYI with laser you must get your treatments on time every six weeks so that it works, if you go too far between appointments then your hair will grow back. This place has overbooked themselves and cannot accommodate customers who need to reschedule. OR, it's a ploy so that if you have to reschedule they push you so far in advance that you go too long between appointments and then you have to come back and purchase more sessions. Additionally, the sales person who signed me up has been the only nice person I have talked to at Laser Away. When I showed up to my last appointment I was almost 5 minutes late and in an almost threatening tone the lady up front said I might not be able to have all of my services that day. Now I am already overdue for a service and I'm freaking out and she's saying I will not get my treatment because the person after me showed up early???? I was not aware that I would have to compete with other customers for appointment times. I asked if there was a grace period, she didn't answer my question but said that rooms are only booked for 15 minutes and if the technician can't do everything in 15 minutes then you gotta go. I am paying thousands of dollars for services so it is the company's responsibility to make sure that they are able to service all these customers that have signed contracts. I was planning on getting many other services but after just my second time I decided I will never do business with this place once my contract is up. There are many other places in Fresno who will do the same service for a fraction of the price please do your research and go elsewhere. read more

Okay so I got a tattoo removal. I was pretty scared. It hurt like hell, but was literally 1 minute. The room was very cold, but I like that, the music was a little too loud on the tv. Had to wait 30 min for the numbing cream and that was plenty of time for me to build up a ridiculous amount of anxiety. You have to put the cream on yourself because of covid, which is odd because they are about to be in close proximity to me during the laser treatment. They have me a squeeze ball for pain, I needed it. I kind of wish I had a pillow to squeeze too. I was shocked when she said she was done. I don't know why I expected the laser to start and stop like a tattoo machine but it just lasers all the way through till they're done. My only gripe, I had come down with the worse flu about 4 days afterwards. I thought it could be covid, it wasn't. But the dr said that this is typical to have flu like symptoms or be susceptible to sickness as your immunity is lower. All your white blood cells are going to this laser area. So maybe not a good idea to do this during covid. I was out of work for a whole week. The area they lasered had no pain, no swelling and no scabbing. It was an easy healing process. I just can't imagine doing it 7 plus more times. As of my first laser, I do not see any changes at all. Maybe a slight blurring of the tattoo? If I get sick like this on the second one, I may have to quit the laser process and just get a cover up. But I'm not even sure if I can as they sign you up for payments paying for your 7 sessions at once. read more

Had my appointment and I couldn't find my mask and I walked in. The girl with red hair she has freckles everywhere right away asked me for one. I told her I didn't have one. And she answered I can go get one at Trader Joe's! I have a boot on my foot and I walked in limping. I was so upset and said I can't just go get one I have my appointment right now and it's kinda far for me and she answered well you can call and reschedule. I don't plan on buying anymore packages or anything her anymore. I can't believe that type of customer service is allowed. I mentioned it to Mariam who did my laser hair removal and was so kind and gave me a few things but That still doesn't justify that type of customer service..if you want people to wear mask at a medical place you should be providing that for a customer. I'm extremely hesitant to write this review. I've reached out to customer service and even the agent who set me up with a (what I thought) great promotion. I have to say, I've been to different laser treatment spa's and this has been my least favorite. 2 machines were broken when I was there. My machine broke 1/4 of the way through. It overheated and stopped working. They couldn't move me to another room bc apparently that machine was also broken. This wasn't my only issue with this place. I paid thousands for a package to find out a Brazilian is NOT a full Brazilian. I've never been to a waxing or another laser center that does not have a full Brazilian. Extremely disappointed. There were a couple of other minor things that came up the day of but these two stood out to me the most. They made my experience less than anticipated (I'm putting it nicely). The staff there are were all nice and apologetic... I just wish my experience met my expectations. read more

Loved the staff, they all are soo friendly and helpful, I def had an interaction with almost all the staff, so kind and welcoming ... I went for a laser removal lip appt and xeomin injections with Rhianan. She was so nice and insightful on the procedures being done... I was amazed how gentle she was with my Xeomin injections, this was my first experience with it so I was super nervous and was expecting more pain. But it wasn't painful at all.. Their laser machine amazed me!! I normally go to another location for laser but this location machine was soo quiet and it blew cool air the whole time!! There was no pain or harsh heat at all!
