Before I went to LaserAway, I went to a private practice to remove unwanted body hair for about 3 years. I have done over 50-60 laser treatments (I KNOW CRAZY!) on my body, but unfortunately I did not see a difference. My sister decided to visit LaserAway and began receiving her treatments and she noticed a huge difference. I was hesitant at first, but I really wanted to try something new. I met virtually with my consultant Nadiya and she was extremely sweet and helpful. She gave me the best deal and kept in touch with me before and after the laser process. My visit to LaserAway has always been so nice. The ladies in the front are very helpful and sweet. Veronica, Rose, and Liz are the three beautiful ladies in the front who really listen to you and understand your needs and make sure that you are being taken care of. I was late for one of my appointments and Veronica was very understanding and still fit me in. Every time I have went to LaserAway I have had different RN's treat me, and every single one of them were phenomenal. My first time there I had the pleasure of having Elizabeth do my laser. She was so gentle when she was doing my laser. She made sure that I was comfortable at all times and all my needs are being met. My next RN was Lizzie, she also was very gentle and kept making sure I was okay. My third RN was Tashara and let me tell you she is so down to earth and funny! She made sure I didn't feel any pain and that (again) all my needs are being met. All of the RN's are amazing! They really take care of you and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. At first I was concerned about being with a different RN, but honestly all of them are amazing and I love meeting each and every single one of them. Now let me talk about my results! I have seen a huge difference between the laser procedure I got done from the private practice and the laser procedure I got done from LaserAway. This is my third treatment and I have noticed that the hair growth is little to none. If the hair does grow, it grows very thin. I highly recommend anyone who has stubborn hair to come to LaserAway. I paid for my wife because of a nurse forced her to do laser and so they get paid. I paid $2300 and they scammed us. they do not bother to make a phone call since on October 2. why in the world knowing I am deaf and I have faced this too many problems. this is actually not a deaf-friendly. they are truly a scam and don't bother to contact us. Hearing people are very spoiled. the way they talk and have all access and my wife doesn't. all she got yelled by the nurses. many different mangers talks to her. and what is that?? congrats to you for taking my money for FREE. unbelievable. i want my money back. NOTHING IS FREE. btw her airpit, pussy and legs are the same. again you are a scammer they didn't treat her well. they treat her like a horrible human. they forced her to email, not on the phone - why is that? ASL is our first language, not English. it is 2020, not in the 1940's. They made a choice to not bother us since on October 2. we don't deserve this when this money was free for them. I paid and my wife expected to be happy to get a good result at the ending. The result is a scam. Like you hearing people have a comfortable life that you can do anything you want. 1. Please know that - respect our wish that we want to make a phone call through a sign language interpreter. 2. give us full access to communication 3. Be patience 4. Let me start by saying I'm a trans woman, and the staff here has always treated me like any other woman who walked through the door. Staff is friendly, respectful and does a great job making me feel comfortable. I've gotten a number of laser hair removal procedures here and the technicians are real pros. They set expectations, they know how to help manage pain, they put a lot of effort into making sure you're getting what you need out of your service. If you're talkative like I am, they're great at engaging in conversation too. As for the procedures themselves, the difference has been night and day. I've done face, chest, arms, underarms, and am currently doing my legs. Strongest results were my underarms, I honestly don't think I've grown any hair there since my package finished. But even in the other areas, what amount of hair does return is heavily reduced and much much finer. My facial hair in particular is so much sparser and less present. I had a very present beard before laser and even though I still need to shave at least once a week, what hair remains is much finer, typically blonde and doesn't give any heavy shadow. It's made my life so much easier. I am also trying some of their other services and facials and so far I'm loving the results. After a lot of thought and heart-searching (because laser hair removal can be pricey) I decided to get laser hair removal for my legs at LaserAway. Everybody I contacted regarding signing up for my treatments and setting up my appointments was awesome and professional. The nurses who do the treatments are all wonderful and work hard to maximize the results of the treatment while trying their best to make it comfortable for you. Some areas are more sensitive than others and the treatments can be a little painful on occasion but almost every nurse I worked with helped me with the sensitivity issues and got the treatments done (The pain factor is still way more manageable than waxing and epilating with Braun, especially given that the results will ultimately be permanent). Special shout out to Lauren Lyons at the front desk who went above and beyond to let me know about specials as I have some other areas I would like to treat. She personally called in to inform me of special discounts and worked to get me the treatments I wanted at the best price. I am looking forward to exploring other treatments with LaserAway Frisco too and work with my gal Lauren to get the best prices! Before Covid my husband and I decided to purchase a Groupon for 3 sessions of IPL each. When we went into the consult we were convinced to purchase a package of 6 each for almost $600 minus the groupon price we paid. Fast forward to covid and the shop being closed temporarily husband started a 6 day a week job and asked for a refund. They refused the refund but agreed to add his 6 ipl to my package. I just completed my 6 ipl sessions which were worthless they were very conservative with the settings compared to other locations I have had the service done ,other than Faye who has relocated out of state. I attempted to book my next session and they refused saying it was under my husband's name. I offered to call him and thoroughly explained but the new manager said the former manager was no longer with them for reasons such as this. The only thing she could offer me was to open a case with customer service who she said would resolve this issue in 5 business days. It has been a month and I have called and emailed several times. It appears they are going to keep the money and the services will not be rendered. Beware of this locations shady business practices!! I will escalate this if needed but at this point Myself and my husband would refuse to use this location again. read more

I was so please today meeting nurse Faye! She was very attentive and asked me many questions to insure both safety and comfort. Laser treatment can be a daunting process and she was motivated to be sure I was 100% good to go before she began treatment. During treatment, I feel nurse Faye was able to get full coverage, meaning she didn't miss any spots. Her treatment was the most thorough I have received. Laser can also be painful and she regularly checked in to make sure I was tolerating the pain well and asked me if I needed a break. She was good at reading my facial and body language indicating pain and was ready to help In any way she could. Not only this, but Nurse Faye was able to educate me more on the medical effects of some of the treatments I had questions about, not just telling me I will look great. She explained how skin pigmentation works and how lasers will target my hairs. I told her it was dissatisfied up to this point with my hair loss and she altered my settings in hopes to improve my results. I really appreciated my experience with her! 10/10 for all of LaserAway staff and especially Faye! I came to Laser Away a few months before my wedding because of a few lines in my forehead that were very prominent that I wanted gone before my big day (from too much wedding stressing!). I was greeted by Dani who explained the whole process (Botox injections) to me and made me feel so comfortable with my decision. She even gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to everyone there who were so sweet. Dani made sure to schedule me so that I would have time for my procedure to be the most effective for my wedding day. When I got home and told my (now) husband, he said he wanted to do the same procedure before our wedding so I called Dani back up and she made it work for him as well!! With our busy schedules it makes a huge difference to have someone who understands and finds ways to get us in! Since our wedding we have continued our treatments. I wanted to wait several months before providing a review. I started my first treatment in August 2020, and have gone every month since. I will start with the fact that everyone there has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. I have had to reschedule appointments last minute a few times, and I am always able to speak with someone on site, and get it rescheduled right away. Now on my treatments. I have put off laser hair removal for so long (I have been thinking about it for over 4 years). The initial process was very simple, and there are affordable options (monthly payments are available). I have had 5 treatments, and I can honestly say that I have seen a major (I mean MAJOR) difference. The hair is almost entirely gone, and what is left is thinner/finer and less noticeable. I still have 4 or All of my treatments were done by a nurse practitioner which makes the process a lot more comfortable. It also helps that each treatment was very quick and efficient. If you have been putting this off, don't waste any more time and just jump for it. read more

I called to get some information on laser hair removal and they were so friendly and informative. I was able to register and get an appointment for the next day! Which is uncommon. Nicholas, Carolina and Amber greeted me at the desk and were extremely nice, they had such good energy which made me super comfortable and excited to be there. Christina did my laser and she was great, answered all the questions I had and walked me through everything. It was such an easy process and painless. When I was ready to leave I was talking to Amber and Nicholas about lip fillers and they were able to get me in to have it done right then and there. Hayley did my lip fillers and she was AWESOME. Overall service was great! I purchased laser hair removal for lip and chin! I can say some techs are more thorough than others! This isn't a cheat service and some techs barely treat the areas! Go over it very fast no really getting good coverage! And for the price you need to feel your getting your money's worth in the treatment! My last treatment was early Feb 2019 it's now April 2019 and very fine hairs hay started to return! Of course they mentioned that it isn't permanent for everyone but it hasn't even been three months since my last treatment and hair is already returning! So for some getting the treatments will be a permanent thing if you want the hair to stay gone! As of now of course the hair is thin and very fine but. Wendy was informative, kind, and worked with me as we walked through the treatment; she approached the procedure in a way that allowed me to guide it (if there was discomfort, etc. -- which there absolutely was *not*) and was super professional and kind while I asked her a million silly questions. I can't say enough how exceptional the services and staff are at the Frisco LaserAway. Everyone is friendly, informative, and helpful, and all my treatments have been very effective. I'm a working mom with a kiddo at home, and have needed to bring my 4 year old along with me to a few treatments. My consultant Paige took her time to explain everything to my wife and I so that we were completely educated on the treatment options and recommended approach.
