So like: I went in wanted to get my botox refreshed b/c it had been a while after I moved to LA, and Nicole was the MOST helpful! She was the sweetest, and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She also helped explain laser hair removal to me in a way where I didn't feel pressured to sign on the dotted line right then and there, but just gave me information. I tried coolsculpting on this location and wait for 3 months! For nothing. My stomach did not go down not even an inch. Same weight same everything. They said it would take from 1 week up to 3 months and when 3 months hit they said it's because I have to did had to do exercise. What is the point of paying so much money if you still going to the hit the gym everyday? I ate healthy and follow all the recommendations for nothing. This was just a waste of money and time. I had a IPL laser treatment Friday, 3 of 3, had no problems with the first two, however, I woke up Saturday with a full-blow swollen face. I called them and was told a Director would call me back, NO CALL. Here it is Monday and I'm still swollen. I went to Urgent Care yesterday and got a steroid injection. Didn't help. Have appt. with Dermatologist tomorrow, he's not in today. She was very knowledgeable, professional, sweet, and detailed-oriented. When I went in for laser you first hair removal session, I was was nervous at first not knowing what to expect. She was very informative about the services offered and gave thorough instruction on pre-treatment, the actual treatment and post-treatment so that I would get the most out of my experience with laseraway. She helped me set up my payment plan and overall was extremely lovely to work with. The nurse that performed my laser services during my first visit didn't make much of an effort to make me comfortable and really blew through it quite quickly. I was rather disappointed after I left and almost felt like I didn't want to return. When I called back to make my next appointment I requested a different nurse. Veronica completely changed my mind! She was such a delight! Not only did Veronica really make sure I was comfortable, answering all of my questions during my procedure, but she double and triple checked that she covered all of my areas and made sure I was happy when I left! I've visited her three more times since my first with her and I just keep thinking more and more highly of her by the time I leave!! I very much am a fan of this location. From the amazing people up front to the nurses, I was pleased. I just finished all my sets of laser hair removal and am so surprised at the results!! The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5/5 is that the touch ups are so expensive. And I feel that if you're already paying over a grand you should be allowed to have at least one free touch up. Not only would that benefit the company name but I would be much more likely to recommend or come in again for all my other needs. I began my journey with hair removal and I was very nervous at first. However a few techs or nurses attended me and the experience was tolerable however it wasn't until Julienne attended me that I actually felt cared for. She was so thorough with getting every space and area to make sure she was doing her best to remove each little hair. She was also a great conversationalist. While talking to me and being warm I was able to relax and get the treatment done without flinching and stopping much. She always asks how I'm doing and how the process is going and updating me on many other things relevant to the procedure. I also got the clear and brilliant because of her. I loved it. I have been waxing for 25 years. I would wax EVERYTHING. I tried laser about 10 years ago but it was awful. I never went back. Last year, I started looking for another wax alternative because I was tired of Brazilian's and the uncomfortable conversations that would ensue while "hanging out" I decided to research laser again, and read about Laser Away and it's new treatment. They were running a special on arm pits, and spoke to Christina. She was patient...I asked a ton of questions. She answered all of them. I ended up going for a full body package and ran a loan through Green Sky. Bottom line, I am so happy I did this. I have thick black hair on my legs and pits and within just three treatments i see a HUGE difference. HUGE! I would have to shave every 2 days and wax every 10. I'll never go back to waxing. Give this place a shot it's worth it. Sometimes it will hurt, but nothing worse than a wax day where you waited 6 months before you went back. I purchased a promo package $1300 for bikini & underarm laser removal. After completing all the sessions (about 1 year) I am not happy with the results at all. I was disappointed that a different person completed the procedures each time. There was no continuity between the visits. When I came in for the consult I asked them specifically about outcomes for Asian women as I have fine, sparse, dark hair. I was told the laser technology would be adjusted for my hair type.
