I would like to update my status since my original post. When I first posted my review laser away made an attempt to contact me immediately to reconcile the situation the best they could. With time and avoiding of the sun my legs have since faded tremendously to wear I finally feel confident again in wearing dresses or anything that reveals my legs. I have since been back to Laser Away for my clear + Brilliant laser facial (which I love btw) and Sneha has personally gone out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable and takes care of me. Theresa the district manager has as well been very attentive to my situation and making sure I am happy. I would like to since give them a 4 star updated review as they truly have done what they can to make this "freak" rare incident better for me. read more

In regards to doing a tattoo removal. I first went to another place for a tattoo removal. It was great but the price was high. I found a groupon for Lazer Away for 3 sessions. First they start you at low levels and work you up to only a certain number. Company policy I get it. When my 3rd session was done they worked me for another 6 sessions with a discount. They told me that if my tattoo wasn't gone by then they would do it for free till it was. $1600 into tattoo removal. The tattoo wasn't gone they did 20 more removals free. After the 20th removal they told me they were no longer honoring there part of the deal. I still need work. Every time I went in it was someone different. Some will disinfect you some wont. I felt they never took the time on my tattoo. I was in and out less than 2 min. I have been going through my removal for over 2 years with them and I am still not close. They do not honor their word. read more

I am not at all happy with my results. I paid for the initial 8 treatments then an additional 3 treatments of laser hair removal. I still have hair in all areas that I had treatments. I had a follow up 6 weeks after my last treatment to evaluate the hair because I am very unhappy with my lack of results for the amount of money it costs. I was told someone would call in about a week to discuss it and that was 2.5 weeks ago and still no call back. Would definitely not recommend laser hair removal. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have never had such terrible service in my life. This place is only out to get you for your money. I have been placed on a DIRTY bed for treatments, my appointment moved around with no heads up just for them to squeeze other people in, promised phone calls about my terrible results and never called back. You also never get the same technician, some are thorough and others half do it. No one in there cares. Came here and had removal of unwanted hair through laser hair removal. I was assessed by a helpful and friendly nurse. The sales staff always greets me kindly and seems to be helpful and well-informed. The most recent time I was treated by Samantha. Friendly and easy to talk to, she took care of my situation and did her best to obtain results I was looking for. I still need more treatments but am happy with how it's going so far. I recently started getting Juvaderm here and they are amazing!!! I have done it twice now and I love them. They do a great job and they are SO professional. This place is super clean and cute. Terrible customer service. I paid almost $500 in full for my appointment three weeks in advance. A few days before the appointment I received a text saying that due to a nurse calling out my treatment had been cancelled. I responded to the text, called the sales associate that I booked the appointment with, and called the 800 number three times. I have still received NO RESPONSE from these scam artists! They have my money and due to my schedule I can't change the date. If I don't receive a response by tomorrow I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and showing up to their Las Vegas location to speak to someone since they can't manage answering their phones. read more
