Overall a very good experience at Laser Away Roseville. The front desk/receptionist staff are always kind and very patient with my difficult schedule to help me find an appointment that works! (Although I know it's also a sales tactic,) they will always notify me of good deals for services I use/ may be interested, but it has saved me a lot of $$$! Amari is one of the receptionists I've interacted with a lot and she is the sweetest! Nurse Jessica is really excellent! I've had IPL and Botox with her and she does really great work!!! She uses clinical judgement instead of just following a Botox chart of where it 'should be' injected. If it wasn't for Lorena honestly I would not even be a new client I didn't even know I could qualify for care payments or whatever they're called I didn't know I could afford it because I can only afford like 500 a month or less and when I got my boobs done I paid everything all at once so I I was just going to hang up and say okay it's 170 over what I can afford bye and maybe get on Groupon and make the worst mistake of my life because my mom told me don't do it at a cheap place don't do it you get what you pay for after talking to her for like not even 5 minutes she told me Kelly let's just try let's just try this application to see if you will be eligible to make payments and then you can get all the stuff you want done and then we can put it in 24 or 12 months and I picked the 12 months cuz it's lower interest and honestly we can get your all your concerns addressed in one day if you want and then you'll be a member and you'll get you know other things for free or for a discounted because you're a member and you get really good stuff for free when I say free and she like opened my eyes to like literally actually think that I could get the stuff done and it's been wearing on my self-esteem for 10 10 15 years I quit all alcohol and drugs about 3 years ago and my face looks like I still do drugs and I don't do drugs and I want to look like a mother like a human being like a good woman and I'm sober now but I don't look sober so this is going to definitely make me feel like a new woman and I just can't tell you that none of this would be honestly none of this would be possible if I hadn't talked to the woman I talked to on the phone Lorena read more

This is an update to my previous review. I am getting my second Clear & Brilliant today, and I am currently awaiting my treatment with numbing cream on my face. Just need to add that Amari is amazing!!! She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and considerate! I began having treatments done at laser away Roseville about a year ago, 3 weeks ago was my last session (sadly) but my results have been magnificent and the ladies who work there always brightened my day and provided me with so much care and information!! ( love you girls ) I'm attaching pictures from my IPL photo facials, i had a total of six treatments, yes it stung a little but the results were so worth it, after working 7+ years outside in the sun I had gotten excessive sun damage and hyperpigmentation, now my skin is clear and beautiful and doesn't look like I've ever had any damage at all. The way it has helped my self esteem is insane, it was able to take away my insecurities and now I am super confident once again and get so many compliments on my skin! I'm so upset! I went in to get my regular full face laser treatment and walk out with no eyebrows!!!! The more I see my face the more mad I get! and mostly because the women at the front desk just said that my eyebrows looked normal. She offered to take a picture, I don't know what for. And then went to the back and came back saying that that wasn't because of the laser it was because of the tape that the nurse put on. (Tape don't do that) I just left. They didn't even apologize or anything. Now I have two weddings to attend with this ugly eyebrows. I just hope they grow back like they used to be. I absolutely love LA . I went here about a year ago for under arm and Brazilian laser hair removal and I absolutely love the results! The staff is always so helpful and informative. They always make it easy to make and change appointments if needed. After my laser treatments were done I was interested in getting some of the other services they provided, so Now I'm getting Botox and Juvederm . I was new to both procedures and the nurse was able to answer all of my questions she made me feel very comfortable and made I was able to properly care for myself when I got home. This was my first time EVER doing laser hair removal and I had a really fabulous experience. The receptionist was incredibly kind and personable and the nurse working on me was very professional and knowledgeable. I am not entirely sure how people can say the treatment is painful but I had "sensitive" areas treated and I literally couldn't feel anything. They use a cooling treatment while performing the removal and I'm not sure if that was why it was not painful but I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
