I went back in after a month noticing how all the hair was still there. They were being so rude and said it wasn't there problem. If I could score 0 stars that would be my rating. In my opinion and bad experience, their business practice is unethical and dishonest. I paid for eight laser treatments in a very personal and private area... After both treatments, I noticed stubble growing back after the second day. Being completely new to this, and not knowing anything about laser hair removal, I went in for third treatment. Before the treatment began, I told the nurse, Emily, about my concerns and that I was noticing the stubble that grows back within 2 to 3 days after the treatment was white. I mentioned that nobody told me that the laser was ineffective on blonde or white hair. I had to find this out by doing my own research on the Internet. after showing her the evidence of my concern she recommended that we don't do a third treatment. She said she would contact management and see if I could get a refund on the remaining six treatments, and that the manager would be getting back to me in 2 to 3 days. After one week of not hearing back from the manager, I re-contacted Laser Away to find out the status of my refund. I was told that because I purchased this package at a discounted rate, they didn't owe me anything. I was told that was their "protocol" and nothing could be done and that I was owed nothing. I mentioned the unethical business practice of not providing complete disclosure of the limitations of laser hair removal, but she just kept repeating herself saying it's just their protocol!!! Apparently, their "protocol" is more important than customer satisfaction and recommendations! read more

She heard out my concerns, and addressed them so wonderfully. They rescheduled like half of my appointments, missed a lot of spots and burned me. There are some areas where it's clear that my hair is thicker so that's why I still have hair there, but there's a few spots an inch in diameter that just look like they were missed completely for multiple sessions. I impulsively bought $1,350.00 worth of units of Xeomin after having a phone consultation with a Treatment Specialist named Sunshine. This specialist quickly set me up with an appointment on July 15, 2023 at 5:00pm at the Roseville LaserAway. When I got there, my injector escorted me to the room where my appointment would be. When we walked in, the linens from the previous appointment hadn't been cleaned up/changed over. This should've been my first red flag, but I worked in customer service for decades so I was cool about it and just stood to the side while the injector tidied up the room. The appointment seemed fine. I was provided with after care instructions which I have been following to a T. However...about 5-6 days after my appointment my eyelids started drooping. Idk if anyone else who's been to this location has experienced this but it is freaky af. And suuuuper uncomfortable! At first the thought hadn't occurred to me that it would be because of the Xeomin. I have had Botox in the past and didn't experience this at all so I didn't even realize eyelid droopage from injectables was a thing! I spoke to an advice nurse who asked me what I've done differently lately. I told her about my recent Xeomin treatment. She informed me that the droopage is rare but I'm likely experiencing this due to being assisted by an inexperienced injector. I realize everyone has to start somewhere but dang! That sucks! Luckily this seems like it'll be temporary and it should go away but I'm so freaked out. I will not be returning and I will be requiring a refund. Attached is a picture of what once was my perky right eyelid resting heavily on my lash line. Be careful, folks! I can't say I recommend this place.
