I've been wanting laser hair removal for the past two years now and I knew I wanted it to be done at LaserAway. I had put off the idea for awhile until two days ago when I went out on a whim and scheduled a consultation with LaserAway (which recently opened a new location in Sugar Land). It was extremely convenient for me, because the new location was much closer to my house. Immediately when I entered the store, I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist named Melissa. Melissa was so inviting and helpful. She answered all of my questions and reassured me of my concerns regarding laser hair removal. She was so kind to offer me different payment plans to help me out with the cost (she knew procedures like laser hair removal are BIG investments). Melissa made sure I felt comfortable with the cost, procedure, and paperwork before allowing me to make my final decision. I came into the store very unsure and doubtful, but I came out so incredibly happy and content with the choice that I had made with LaserAway. I am so excited to see the final results! Update: 1.) I had my first treatment done with Tosin and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel extremely comfortable during my entire appointment with the three areas that I was getting treated for laser hair removal. She made sure to converse with me so that my mind would be distracted from the laser on my skin. She was super kind and helpful. 2.) My second treatment was with Carrie. She was very focused on the treatment and she knew that the second time would be a little bit more intensive, so she made sure I was comfortable and would occasionally ask me if I needed to stop for a little break. I went to the SugarLand location and I was pleasantly surprised. Kaydee was extremely knowledgeable of the services and put my mind at ease helping me select the procedures that I had done. I explained what I wanted and told her that I didn't want to look fake or phony, I just wanted to look like I just had a relaxing vacation. After my consult with her, she recommended Botox and lip filler to make my lips look a little fuller as my lips have always been thin. The Botox for those little lines between your eyebrows that can resemble like a person is mad/upset. After deciding what I wanted she then scheduled me with Myra. OMG Myra is definitely the nurse you want for your procedures. She was wonderful and I loved the fact that she said let's start out little at a time instead of going full throttle; like she pointed out, You can always add, You can't take way. She explained in detail what she was doing so I wouldn't be in a shock as I'm a person who hates pain. I can honestly say, it wasn't painful. I'm now scheduled for Thermage for my neckline and can't wait. My husband said I look more youthful and I look like I just took a long relaxing vacation. BINGO!!! Exactly what I wanted to hear. After having a baby at 40. I had the brown spots/pregnancy masks all over, along with broken capillaries from preeclampsia swelling. Not to mention a double chin that wouldn't go away even after the weight loss. I reached out to the ladies at laser away and they walked me through a custom treatment plan. i got my feet wet with Thermage first and I waited the full 6 months to right this review, even though I saw results within 2 months. After 6 the double chin is practically gone. I chose to use second for firming the skin around the neck and chin. I think it will be a nice finish!! Can't wait to see final results. I have also went back and purchased a set of IPL facials and for the brown spots and half way in I'm already no longer using my foundation. Of I had to take advantage of the Botox too...it's great for my crows feet and forehead and paired super nicely with the Thermage. After having my baby I felt like I aged 10 years and Laser Away has brought my face back to feeling bright and youthful!! worth every penny and pinch!! Laser Away SugarLand location is like none other! The staff here is super friendly and the customer service is unmatched! I had an AMAZING consultation with Eboni and she was so KIND and professional almost felt like a friend! I immediately signed up for my treatments the same day and began my first one the day after. The whole process is well constructed. Also, LA used simultaneous cool air that blows with the heat of the laser and the laser is compatible with all skins types, as I have dark skin and course black hair. Mani, the registered nurse, was so gentle, quick, and sweet! She made me feel relaxed and was very skilled at the whol process. I am currently on day 2 of my full face and under arm treatment and I tell you my face and underarms feel SO SOFT after my FIRST TREATMENT! Ashley and the girls at the sugarland laserAway are amazing! I just finished my last IPL with Ashley and I can see a huge difference in my skin after each visit. I was skeptical at first But the staff did a really good job at walking me through the IPL visits. I was very nervous and afraid of the IPL in the beginning because it can be a little intense. But the ladies made it an easy transition and IPL no longer is a painful thing or at least not as painful as people might say it is And I used to the highest level on the settings. That's where you really start to see the results. The results are amazing and I think anyone should definitely do IPL if they are trying to get rid of redness, and sun damage. I've been going to this laser away for the past year and absolutely love their customer service and how friendly everyone is. I've also done clear and brilliant and have seen amazing results on my skin too! So today was my first time getting a clear and brilliant facial. I was a little nervous about what to expect. Yasmin was so helpful and nice at the front desk. She directed me to apply numbing cream over my whole face. Then I was directed to sit in the room for 30 minutes to allow the cream to do its job. The room was nice and clean, cool and there was a television to keep me entertained. Once the 30 minutes had passed, Mani came in and had me sign off on all the consent forms. She then cleaned off the numbing cream and began the procedure. The laser felt like little needles being run across my face. The forehead area seemed to be the most sensitive however the rest of my face was a breeze. The whole procedure time with the laser was about 20 minutes. Overall, the procedure was not bad at all and I am excited to see the results! Thanks Mani and Yasmin for all your excellent customer service! I am looking forward to my next 5 sessions! read more

Did my first laser treatment 2 weeks ago, today I came in for my first Clear & Brilliant. I can already see the results from the laser after only the very first treatment. It was a little painful for me but nothing too crazy. When you come in for a consultation they go through all of your options, I had a lot of questions. Yasra gave me every option and recalculated every time, it was just so great I couldn't say no and bought my package. As I say, this is an investment for myself. The ladies are always so lovely, it's like a doll house in there. I definitely recommend you get your consultation, see all of your options and go from there. Also, I'm glad I came in earlier today to do the numbing cream for the Clear & Brilliant, I had it on for almost an hour instead of only 30minutes. What an amazing first time experience at the Sugar Land TX location. The staff is so professional and make you feel right at home. I love Laseraway's services. The front desk ladies are always friendly and very helpful. I have been to other location and they didn't really do a great job on my face. Like "clear and brilliant " laser did nothing for me. However, At sugar land location, a wonderful nurse called Carrie did such an awesome job. I actually feel the sandpaper feeling on my face after "clear and brilliant " and that is exactly how my skin supposed to feel if it's done right. All the bad stuff and pigmentations are pushing out to the surface and that's how the sandpaper feels come from. 3-4 days they can be washed away and the skin will be very smooth. I didn't experience that at all but painful the first time I did it with someone else at the other location. So please ask for Carrie when you go to Sugar land location. She is a very experienced nurse. My daughter and I both love her services read more

I had a consultation with Liana who provided me with in-depth information about a procedure I wanted to undergo. She was very knowledgeable not only in describing the physiologic changes that my body will undergo with the procedure but also what I may expect afterwards. Liana made me feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and call me to schedule a time that was convenient for me to have the procedure. I had a evaluation with RN Kristen which was also wonderful and in-depth. Ultimately I underwent with my procedure with RN Mani Who took great care of me. It was absolutely wonderful to have professionals around me to make me feel that the procedure I was having was safe and effective. All of the other people I met in the office were very kind as well. First of all, this LaserAway is one of the best locations. I was living in California and was going to a different location but nothing compares to this one. The staff is incredibly friendly and the laser technicians make you feel so comfortable and are beyond professional. I felt right at home the second I stepped into this place! Thanks for being incredibly knowledgeable (medically) and efficient. Great experience! I was extremely surprised how the laser hair removal didn't hurt (to give you an idea I have a rare disease called CRPS; and a feather touching my skin could feel like shards of glasses running across it). So for me to be comfortable during the treatment, anyone could be comfortable! Parking could be better, but that's not their fault, due to it being a "destination mall," as well as, next to the an actual mall. I would recommend this place to my close friends and family. I truly didn't believe it was possible for laser hair removal to work because of my thick/coarse hair. Even if I got the closest shave, my legs and underarms would never be smooth. Butttt after all my sessions, I am so happy w the results! I started off with my legs, underarms, and bikini area, and now I'm doing upper lip and happy trail. I honestly can't remember the last time I bought a pack of razors. I've also gotten a some clear and brilliants as well as a few of their other services and my skin has been more smooth and glowy ever since! I wax referred to Laser Away by a friend to do the clear + brilliant since I am not happy with my skin complexions (pores, uneven skin tone, a little bit of scars..). I came in, greeted by Christina and the signing in process was super easy. Myra was my nurse today. She informed everything I needed to know about the procedure and if I have any questions or concerns at all. After Christina put the numbing paste on my face, I waited for 30 mins then Myra came in and took care of business. She was thorough, helpful, extremely kind, and took her time with me which I really appreciated. As a guy, I was skeptical and somewhat reserved going in but she put me at ease with her generosity and help. After my consult I was very impressed with the ladies at Laser Away however things changed days later. Got a call asking if I want to reschedule my consult after I had it. Didn't make me feel as if they were professionally organized. Then day of my procedure I never got confirmation call prior. So second time poor organization on their part. My gut is telling me not to continue business with a very unorganized office. If they can't keep my appointments record correct what happens with a procedure. I won't be continuing with this company and I encourage you to go elsewhere. Poor organization is very concerning. read more
