Had Botox and Fillers done yesterday and she is so very patient (I had a lot of pain and dislike needles ) and understanding...does amazing work!! She also worked on my daughters arms and was so very thoughtful and thorough with us I'm going back because they are by far the best ones for what my daughter and I got!! UPDATE: As much as I used to love this place, it has severely deteriorated with their customer service!! I went a few weeks ago and this girl at the front desk (no one wanted to give me her name) was a total and complete rude and obnoxious person! First, she could not get why I was there correct, than she is rolling her eyes and making these noises because she wanted to be right!! I asked to have Michelle (Director) call me and was told by Mia that she would within 24 hours, mind you it has been two weeks and no call!! I have waited until now to update my review as I said I would wait for the "24 call back" that has never been recieved. Mia tried her best to rectify her co-workers behavior, but again, that girl (do not have her name but she is brunette and young) should NOT be working there!! It is so very disappointing that this location has gone from being a 5 star to a 1 Star now because of the lack of customer service. Extremely Satisfied! I have been getting treated for laser hair removal and my recent add on Clear and Brilliant. I must say that I was skeptical at first wondering if it would even make a difference. However, after my first treatment I notice such a big difference in both treatments. First of all be very careful when you go here. Know exactly what you want and understand what they want to do. I did some Botox and Lumina which was a disaster. I did not need volume i my cheeks it made me look like a chipmunk. They said they did 100mls of Botox and they didn't but charged me for it. i tried to contact anyone about it and all I got was you need to talk to Brian. When you call back several times I got the same voice mail saying I'm out of the country and cannot call you back. How can so any people be out of the country at the same time. i went to my dermatologist and she confirmed there was not 100 mls of botox in my face. My eyebrows are crooked and it looks awful. these people are crooks and I have no avenue to get my money back since they make you put it on your alphaeon card. Such a big rip off. Its a very poor business when they can't even give you a copy of your treatment. There should be a treatment plan given to you and break down what and where they are putting the solutions. DON NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. read more

So I decided to make the call. The person over the phone was really helpful with providing all of the information I needed and answering any questions I had. She also told me about a newer option called Xeomin. She explained that it has the same benefits but it's a little bit more natural. Once she mentioned that, I knew that was the one I wanted. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly which was nice. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They showed me around and offered to answer any questions I had to help me feel more comfortable. The waiting area was clean and inviting. I have had the best/easiest experience with Tustin LaserAway! I stopped in randomly one day to find out if this might be a good hair removal option for me. Hieu greeted me at the front and has been very helpful, communicative, and supportive through my whole experience. I was shocked that even several months into my treatment, she still remembers me when I come in and checks in from time to time to see how my experience is going. She has made everything so clear and easy! I also want to give a shout out to Shinobu who has treated me the last two times.
