Ordered a custom engraved backplate for a Christmas gift. I called before placing my order on December 5 and confirmed that the order would be delivered in time for a Christmas party my family has scheduled for Thursday, December 14th. I was assured that it would be completed and mailed with plenty of time to reach me if I added the priority shipping fee (I did). I called on the 7th to inquire as to any update as the website has not shown any change in the status of the order. The call went to voicemail so I left a message requesting a call-back. Never hearing back, I called multiple times leaving messages inquiring about the status of my order and never received a reply. I then emailed them at their contact noted on their website and the email was bounced back as "undeliverable" (see attached screenshot). Wish I had done my due diligence and researched a bit before placing the order because Yelp, FB and the BBB all reflect ignored and unfulfilled orders. DO NOT order from these yuks, you'll just get ripped off. The fact that they proclaim to be "Veteran Owned" really chaps my a** as I am a disabled vet and it disgusts me that they use that to try to dupe customers. read more

Wish I'd checked before I ordered. I have purchased from them in the past. I understand they were sold. When I called to place a new order, I was told they had issues processing credit cards because they were somehow connected to California and had problems because they were firearm related. I foolishly paid using Zelle on Aug 15 for something she said was in stock. I have left 3 voicemails with no response. DO NO business with this corrupt company. read more

Thieves. They collected payment immediately, but have been "processing" an item that was advertised as in stock for over a month. No ability to cancel the order. I wish I had thought to look this company up on Yelp before purchasing. I ordered a custom back plate for my Glock 43X. I guess I was one of the lucky few who actually received the product I paid for, as everything I have found online would suggest that these people never bother to ship you what you pay for. However, the "engraving" has already washed off after only a few weeks of installation. Seems like this business is an all-around scam. They have charged by credit card and item has never shipped. Emails have been returned and the phone calls go to voicemails with no return calls. Due to item being in "processing" since the moment I ordered, I cannot cancel my order online. This company is a sham and a disgrace to the "veteran" name.
