I got my lashes done here and while the ladies were so great and friendly, I don't believe my lash artist was very experienced with different types of lashes (read: Asian). I came out with really pretty lashes but they were too thick and heavy for my thin lashes. They were already twisting around from the weight after 3 days. I had one lash in the inner corner of my eye that turned upside down and wanted to make itself at home inside my eye. Ouch. Some of my lashes were also already drooping from the weight after the application (and the drooping only gets worse as your lashes grow). Six days after the original set at Lash Allure, I got them "fixed" at Pink's in Bellevue. The lash artist at Pink's told me that the lash application at Lash Allure was "actually quite good" but she used a standard thickness and length that doesn't work on everyone (including me). What I needed was finer extensions in basically a volume/classic mix and now that I've gotten a few fills at Pink's and the original ones from Lash Allure have shed, my lashes are staying on for much longer and without all the twisting. read more

I have been going to lash allure for about 5 years now, and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them. All of them are so kind, and really good at what they do. Once you get your lashes done here, you will be able to tell how much better they are than any other lashes I've seen on people! I recently moved for a couple of months and had to get them taken off, and the lady that took them off said I have great natural lashes, and that she could tell it was because my lash salon did a really good job. Okay so I haven't been to this place in a while but I decided to speak and not shut up- the reason why I am writing this review is because I have talked to EXPERIENCED lash techs, and told me I got completely scammed. When I walked in it was completely awkward only 3 beds 2 inches away from each other, the lash techs are completely stuck up B's and I felt not welcomed, if your not a white middle aged female then they will treat you like shit. I was maybe 5 minutes late, and lash tech was so rude to me and told me she wasn't going to finish and I would have to come back? So I was like okay that's fine I guess, I showed her what I wanted and she said she could do it. I was laying there awkward while the blonde lady was just talking about personal shit that no one needs to hear, I try to start a convo with my "tech" like a normal human being, and she get irritated- like damn u mad?? Find a better job if u can't work with people. I looked at my lashes at the end and it was horrible!! They didn't look anything like the picture and she still charged me for the full price!! She said " you would need to come back for longer lashes because it takes sessions" my gullible ass at the time was thinking she was right. Come to find out that's not at all how it works. Thank god I found a lash tech that gave me the 3d full set I wanted in ONE session. Yeah don't go to this place, they will use you for your money and give you false hope and promises. I let all my friends and family know how much this place is a total scam. I hope they shut down. read more

This place is amazing! All of their lash artists are super friendly and make the hour go by super quickly whether you want to chat or feel like snoozing. The joint is super cute and cozy, and super clean which is so important to me. All of the staff and the owner and super personal, approachable and will give you great lashes but also educate you on how to properly care for them. I've had a last minute schedule change and they filled my spot (because they have such a high demand!) and avoided me late cancellation fee. This place is absolutely the best lash place in Washington. I have been to a few, and seen friends with lashes and not only do you feel like you are one of Erin's and Michelle's friends when you are there laying down getting the best eyelashes ever, but they take the time and pride in doing them right. The first time I can in, my lashes were clumpy and awful looking and they took the time in removing them and giving me a new set even though I was not booked for it. I thought the most professionalism was in not slamming the person who I used to go to, but just assuring me they could and would fix them. I now have the most amazingly beautiful eyelashes that look so natural if I didn't tell you, you would have no idea. I love these girls, and my eyelashes. Erin is absolutely the best at eyelash extensions! I have been to a few different lash bars on the eastside and, without a doubt, Erin tops them all. The conversation is great and easy - she is so welcoming and friendly and her work is fabulous! Erin takes the time to do lash extensions the "right" way and she is flexible with scheduling, which is great for a busy person! I've had my lashes done by both Cassie and Ana-Lisa. They're both wonderful lash technicians :) They gave me exactly what I asked for every time, and answered ALL of my questions! I get so many compliments on my lashes, I highly recommend them to anyone I meet! The only downside is the price point, but this in no way reflects on them or their work, which I why I'm giving them a 5 rating! I have very sensitive eyes and skin, and experienced no interactions with the glue other than some sensitivity from the fumes, and both ladies were very respectful and understanding about making sure I remained comfortable throughout the entire application process. Erin is amazing, kind and welcoming. I tried lashes a few months ago, and was really turned off by them. Then I had a good friend suggest that I give Lash Allure a shot, and I am so thankful that I did. The lashes, studio and conversation is high quality. Oh dear..... I made a mistake and tried this place again after 4 years because my lash lady wasn't available. Same poor experience! Lashes are down to nearly nothing after about 7 days. I've been doing extensions for over 6 years so I know how to care for them and I've only experienced problems with this studio. I got a full volume fill and they are like a regular fill. What is going on? Please train your staff! How does this place stay in business???!!!!! read more

Such a great place! I did a lot of research and chose this business for my first full set of lashes. Erin guided me thoughtfully through the process and made a recommendation that turned out perfect for me. Not too dramatic - but just enough to ease me into the "lash world". I love them! She didn't try to "up sell" me in anyway and was even upfront with me about some of the drawbacks of my particular natural lashes (i.e., my outside corner lashes are super tiny so she warned me they may not hold an extension.). I appreciated this very much because she was right - my extensions didn't hold the lash but she did such a great job with all my other extensions nobody will ever notice the ones on the outside end. It bums me out because it would be awesome to have those little flirty lashes on the very end. . . . but there's nothing they or I can do about how my natural lashes grow. I feel beautiful and can't wait to go back for my fill. They are so gentle with the application process and your comfort is their utmost priority. I'm so glad I went here for my first experience. This place ONLY does lashes. . they're not trying to do nails, waxing, pedicures, massages, etc., like some other salons. These girls know what they're doing and Erin does not mess around. With all the rave reviews I decided to go and get a full set. $150 and one week later I'm left with one eyelash. I followed all the advice: no hot tubs or excessive moisture. This was really disappointing. The service itself was good. I has Cassie: nice, really seemed to know what she was doing. I got a ton of compliments on them. Couldn't even wait to get home to post this but had gotten Erin's number off here and was desperate to find a place to "fix" my full set of volume lashes I just got 3 days ago. They looked more like classic and were spacey. Erin immediately text me back and was so accommodating as we were going back and forth with my schedule. I picked Saturday which was only 3 days later and saw Emily. I posted a picture of the work Emily did - it was only a 30 min mini volume fill but I thought I had a whole new set on. I just had two appointments done within the past 24 hours - because of this high quality service Erin and Michelle deserve a 5 star rating for their lash services at Lash Allure! I went in for a full set yesterday, being a newbie lash gal, wasn't quite sure of the look I was going for but knew I wanted a more natural look. Michelle, the lash stylist, suggested a look and while I loved the look of the lashes overall I found the outside lashes to be a bit heavy and unnatural for my Asian eyes. I sent an email to Erin last night, she was so courteous in her response and suggested that I could come for a redo the very next day rather than the usual adjustment at the 2 week fill time. I went in this afternoon and Michelle expertly removed and reapplied my outer lashes while offering her thoughts on keeping my outermost lashes natural giving me an overall better look. I couldn't be more pleased with Michelle's suggestions and she even noted that she would make slight adjustments for my fill appointment in 2 weeks to give me an even more natural but enhanced look. As a busy mom, dance teacher, wife etc....I can appreciate the ease of not having to take the time for mascara or really any eye makeup and the beauty of lash extensions that can enhance someone's natural beauty.
