When stylists rush, that's when your hair gets damaged and you end up with broken hair. You can trust that Ly won't do that to you. She's honest with what she can and cannot do with your hair. She is especially great with fine hair. My son is autistic and tugs on my hair a lot so it's extremely damaged. After I leave Ly's chair, my hair always looks so refreshed. My girls were nervous at first but Loretta made them feel comfortable and they had extra pep in their step when they saw the finished look. And the owner is seriously so amazing she went above and beyond and printed my girls a first hair cut certificate and also I forgot to ask to tie my first daughters hair in a hair tie to keep it. As we went through cutting my hair she checked in about the length I wanted and made suggestions on what she'll do and if I wanted it shorter then we can go shorter. I fully agreed! Hair can always be cut shorter, but we can't put it back on once it's cut! In and out within an hour. Chef's kiss. Salon was modern, minimal, and cute. The result was good, but I felt it was expensive for what I had requested, as blending my multi-colored hair while still making it look beautiful and natural took a lot of work. But I could tell Christy really knows what she's doing and now understood how my hair reacts, so I came back couple months later with a clearer vision. We communicated really well, and she gave me honest input on what would and wouldn't work. I asked her to push my dark, resistant hair as light as possible without damaging it, and she did an amazing job. My hair turned out beautiful, and I'm very happy with the result!
