Usually I'm unable to predict when my stomach virus will wrap up. Totally unprofessional. No, I don't believe she is sick. I've dealt with providers like this before. As I was sitting on the stairs waiting for her to show up 10 min before my appointment, she texts other clients and I that she will not be coming in because of a "family emergency."
