I used to recommend this salon to everyone, but after multiple negative experiences with different lash technicians, I can no longer do that. My first issue was with Anouka. During one of my appointments, she used an excessive amount of lash adhesive, causing my eyes to burn severely. I lost my vision temporarily and had to go to the emergency room for treatment. As a result of the irritation, I developed a rash on my eye that I'm still dealing with. Two weeks later, I returned for a refill and decided to book with a different technician, Uka, hoping for a better experience. I specifically requested a volume cat-eye set, but what I received was a very basic set that looked nothing like what I asked for. I paid for a 160-piece volume set but was given what appeared to be a 120-piece set instead. At this point, I've had my lashes done by nearly every technician in the salon. Unfortunately, my experience with Emma was the worst from a customer service standpoint. I scheduled with her multiple times, and she was late to every appointment. After repeatedly waiting, I politely asked if there was any type of discount oraccommodation because of the constant tardiness. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she told me to "fuck off" and get my lashes done somewhere else. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I never expected to be treated this way. Between the injury that resulted in an emergency room visit, receiving services that didn't match what I paid for, and being spoken to so disrespectfully, I can no longer recommend this salon. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so other customers don't have similar experiences.

Be prepared to wait about 15-30 minutes past your appointment time, as the lash tech (Elaine) is usually finishing up with another client. She was sweet, and the overall vibe was calming. I even fell asleep during sessions thanks to the soft instrumental music. However, the lashes themselves were just okay. At all three appointments, my eyes burned during and after the application, and I had to use a fan every time to relieve the discomfort. The classic sets I got during the first two visits had poor retention. Maybe it's because they're classics. I experienced daily fallout, which was annoying as stray lashes would poke my eyes. The third time, I tried a volume set and they were gone by day 25, which I'm not complaining. The style looked bulky, black, and unnatural, but slowly started looking like classic with fallout (which was also itchy/poking me). I made sure to clean and fan-dry my lashes every other day. Also, keep in mind that switching styles doesn't come with any kind of pricing adjustment. She did check how many weeks had passed since my last visit, so I thought there might be a slight discount but nope. Overall, the lashes are cute, but I wouldn't return. I heard about them from Groupon- paid $33 TOTAL from Groupon but ended up paying + $30 (sales talk) + tip. The place is ok to me, they have 2 beds on the other side that I did not get a chance to take pic 'coz there was another lady there, neat, I just wish they had dividers so we have a little privacy but I guess bec the place is too tiny that will not be possible. They are very busy, people come and go, one after another, and the same person and lady that Made my lashes alternate between picking up the phone and answering clients who just arrived. They have a restroom inside, I found parking right in front, side St free 2 hrs max - perfect. They accept Apple Pay.. Another point!
