l've been coming to this salon for over a year, which is why it's disappointing to change my original 5-star review. I used to recommend this salon to everyone, but after multiple negative experiences with different lash technicians, I can no longer do that. My first issue was with Anouka. During one of my appointments, she used an excessive amount of lash adhesive, causing my eyes to burn severely. I lost my vision temporarily and had to go to the emergency room for treatment. As a result of the irritation, I developed a rash on my eye that I'm still dealing with. Two weeks later, I returned for a refill and decided to book with a different technician, Uka, hoping for a better experience. I specifically requested a volume cat-eye set, but what I received was a very basic set that looked nothing like what I asked for. I paid for a 160-piece volume set but was given what appeared to be a 120-piece set instead. At this point, I've had my lashes done by nearly every technician in the salon. Unfortunately, my experience with Emma was the worst from a customer service standpoint. I scheduled with her multiple times, and she was late to every appointment. After repeatedly waiting, I politely asked if there was any type of discount oraccommodation because of the constant tardiness. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she told me to "fuck off" and get my lashes done somewhere else. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I never expected to be treated this way. Between the injury that resulted in an emergency room visit, receiving services that didn't match what I paid for, and being spoken to so disrespectfully, I can no longer recommend this salon. I hope management takes these concerns seriously so other customers don't have similar experiences. read more

Pay attention to the negative reviews! My biggest complaint is regarding their questionable business practices. The experience here is far from luxurious. For example, the "manager" Emma has free reign to refuse services and cancel appointments on a whim and then attempt to charge you to reschedule. Bought a groupon and was very excited to use this. I purchased the super luxe minx lashes. I got them done right before my vacation (didn't want the hassle of using mascara in the tropical climate). When the lashes were complete, they didn't look like the super lux minx as advertised. It looked like a classic set. I was a little disappointed but they still looked nice. I had lashes put on before so I know the routine of how to care. I was sure to not use water on my face for 24 hours and nothing with oil in it. That night at least 10 lashes came off....and then every day after more and more lashes fell off. It's been only a week and it looks like I have no lashes left on my eye. I arrived at 12:15 PM and they don't want to accommodate me because they said that I was late and they don't have to work with Groupon. I tried to reason out in a very professional manner but Emma insist that they will not help me because I am late and was told that you have to deal with Groupon about refund because we cannot help you. I asked for a new appointment but I was told that they cannot do it anymore because I only had one chance. Emma is very unprofessional and rude and does not know the meaning of customer service.
