Horrible, just horrible. They charged me $35 lash removal (most places I've been to it's $20) for removing exactly 5 lashes! The other customers were loud and ghetto screaming and it was impossible to relax, much less for my tech. Nobody said a thing and it wasn't my place to do whatever. Oh and she used these very cheap paper under eye pieces that fell right off - no comfy moisturizing eyepatches that feel amazing at other places. She (Elise?) was done in less than an hour and I literally had to ask HER to place more on the outside edge of my right eye - could have been the really crappy lighting but it was completely bald. The funniest thing of all for me is that they sell lash brushes for $3 on your way out I've never been to a place where these weren't free!! I left with what they called "natural" but it was so natural that I could have obtained the same effect with mascara! I have had my lashes done dozens of times and should have stayed to what I like, not what they suggested because it was terrible advice. I went to my regular place a week later when they almost all fell out. Horrible experience, will never be back. I can't believe I got so desperate for lashes on my birthday (of which I didn't get any discount). read more

Awful...for some reason the technician told me "I don't see a lot of curl, I'm going to do it again" and recurled the lashes one or possibly two more times. In addition to stinging way more than any lash lift I've gotten, to the point I was clutching myself the whole time and at one point had to sit up in shock at the pain, they were just horribly over processed and look ridiculous, all stuck together and pointing every which way. read more

I live in the area so I had seen their 30% off sign (first full set of lashes only) and decided to try it out. I booked my appointment online, which was super easy. Nikki walked me through the many different lash features I could choose (length, number of lashes per eye, volume, etc). I explained what I was looking for and trusted her judgment to choose what would look best for my eyes - best decision ever! She did a great job and I was so positively surprised when I looked in the mirror after she was done. The process takes long since each lash is applied individually, but it is worth the wait! You can tell their glue is very high quality - I tend to be very sensitive to eye products but didn't feel a thing. A few hours after my application there was still no irritation, so I was very happy about that. The location is super cute, clean and they play relaxing music so overall it is a great experience! I already got many compliments on the look, so will definitely be coming back for my refill in a few weeks! read more
