I am extremely picky when it comes to my lashes, so I was very happy when I came across Lash Pilot on Yelp. Tram does a wonderful job in the Volume lashes. My lashes always look full but very natural. Not only is Tram an amazing lash artist, but she is also nice and sweet. Her and I have developed a beautiful client relationship. I bought a groupon for this place and scheduled an appointment online. I got a call from tram about my appointment saying that the tech i chose wasn't available, which was fine. She said that only specific techs take groupons (weird, this should've been noted on the groupon. The night before at 8:30 she called me again and asked if my schedule was set. I had my day planned out so I said I can't change the appointment. This call was kind of irking - sounded like it was disorganized. I showed up and got a tech who was friendly. During my appointment there was A LOT of pinching, tugging on the eyelid and shifting of my head. It seemed like this girl was new or training because they were chatting around me a lot..... and it took TWO hours. Wasn't even a volume set. I also had a few lashes leftover from my last set and she said it was going to be $15 to take out - that sounds ridiculous for the few remaining ones. The space also isn't very peaceful. This didn't bug me much as I had my headphones in, but basically they just have beds next to each other with no privacy and a hair salon on the other side. I was VERY scared to look at my eyes after but they turned out actually nice. My eyes weren't red and they didn't look like they went through a battle like I thought. I had purchased a light volume full set (using synthetic lashes) and it was any first time getting lash extensions. It was a great experience! My lash tech was Ciel, and she was very sweet. She was very gentle as she applied my lashes and was happy to make some easy conversation with me throughout the process. She asked me what shape I was looking for, and I replied that I wasn't sure, but I also shared that I prefer a more almond-shaped eye. She thoroughly scrutinized my eye shape and agreed that going for a more winged out look would be best. The whole application (after she finished setting up her station) took about an hour, but it went by quickly. I highly recommend Ciel if you ever do decide to get your lashes done at 95Lash! The atmosphere of the salon was cute and quaint. It was small and intimate, and everyone working was extremely personable. Always went to Tram for lashes while working in LA, they were usually great. However, I decided to do micro blading with her. The first session they looked amazing. When I went back for the touch up a few weeks later, they did not turn out even. Tram was on the phone a good portion of the time while doing my brows which I thought was inconsiderate and maybe affected the quality. The worst part, when I messaged her after the service, she refused to listen to my feeedback, or even offer to take a look and make any adjustments if needed- she just dismissed me and said they were fine and that they were supposed to look like that until they got lighter?? Didn't make sense, since my main issue was the inside of my eyebrows being uneven and really not matching up. I would have been satisfied had Tram offered for me to come back in, and touch up if needed to balance them out. read more

In the past, I had previously had my brows bladed twice before at two different places and they always faded in less than 6 months. With Tram, it has been two full years since my last touch-up and my brows were only slightly faded. She always allows a full period of time for numbing before she starts so there is minimal pain.
