For years, I have searched for lash techs who not only care about the perfect lash look, the health of my lashes (& eyes), as well as exceptional customer service too. For awhile, my search was bleak....until I discovered Lash Pilot. The entire experience from booking online, to entering the salon is divine. The place is so cute, welcoming and PINK. Which is one of my favorite things about it too! The techs also have the cutest uniforms- I've ever seen. Love it! This is my second fill that I've had done and my hybrid Russian volume set continues to not only have great retention, but the experience is lovely. I can wear my contacts to the appointment and NEVER experience red eyes or burning....because the techs not only use quality products, but are absolute PROS at what they do. I am beyond comfortable every time I go and look forward to my appointment each time as it always one of the most relaxing parts of my day. I'm so happy I found last pilot. I have tried many different lash artists over the years, and the one thing they all had in common was frequently causing me anxiety. Im high energy and have blinky/twitchy eyes. Being told to stop blinking, keep my face still, stay silent the whole time didn't help at all! Well with Vivian I don't have that problem! She is sweet, laid back and chatty. She makes conversation to distract me and make me feel comfortable! Not to mention my lashes look great and last very well. I had the nano blade eyebrow semi-permanent makeup done with Tram. These are individual strokes that look exactly like your natural eyebrows. I cannot recommend Tram enough! I booked my appointment three weeks in advance. It was a 9am appointment. At 8:56 when I'm standing in front of the building they called me and said they didn't realize they had an appt at 9am and they could get there at 10:15 from Orange County. I received 4 reminders from them, two text and two emails and confirmed multiple times. When I asked if they would be able to provide a discount for the Inconvenience they giggled a little and said 10 percent off. I said well I'm already receiving ten percent off because this is my first time so I'm receiving the new client discount. She then proceeded to tell me I wouldn't because that's not applied to fills. Their website doesn't explain that. They just unfortunately lost a solid two week fill client. Very unprofessional and inconvenient without apology. That's interesting because when the woman called me to tell me about missing the appointment it was because they said the technician didn't speak English so technology was difficult for her and she did t see the appointment..... Lovey excuses those, your response to my review is actually just as unprofessional so I'm glad I didn't come in! I wish your business and clients the best and that they don't deal with this. read more

I wasn't going to write a review. I was so furious leaving this establishment. However, I received an email asking to review, so here I am. I CANNOT even begin to explain how TERRIBLE of an experience I had. First of all, they made me wait 15 minutes in the lobby. Second of all, when they finally acknowledged me, I laid on the bed and listen to them chat for what felt like an ETERNITY before they started. Third of all, they charge an INSANE amount of money for a service that is mediocre AT BEST! Forth of all, they yell at you to add a tip. Like, they take your card and they scream at you "15, 18 or 20%?". Don't get me wrong, I always tip 20% or more. However, this place guilts you into giving more than you should. Tram is an amazing artist. She's been microblading my eyebrows for a couple years now and I must say I refuse to let anybody else touch them. I'm a male, which means I need my brows to looks as masculine as possible, Tram NEVER disappoints! She introduced a new procedure during my last touch up and it was perfect! There was absolutely NO pain or residual blood, and the results are very natural looking- I must say that I'm extremely satisfied!! Overall I had a great experience. My appointment was on time. She walked me through the options and what would be best for me. The duration of the appointment was as expected - about an hour for a fill. I've only had my lashes for less than a week so I can't be sure how well they will stay, but so far so good. The only thing I didn't love was that they charge an additional $20 for a fill if you're previous set is from somewhere else. At the end of the day it's the same work being done regardless of where the original set was from so I didn't understand the necessity of the additional charge. read more
