I would highly recommend Dystiny! She truly exceeded my expectations. I came in with lashes from another lash lounge and was dissatisfied with retention. I came in only after about 1.5 weeks of a fill and was told I would need a full set. At that point I was so upset, like no one was going to take me in or work in my lashes. I started going to Lashbar and bought a membership. By the third time I couldn't get a hold of them to make my "fill" appointment and change my credit card to pay my monthly memenrship. I called them four times and left three messages. To this day I have never heard back from them. My lashes need a fill and I no longer have a place to go. So disappointing. Everyone was nice and they offered me a glass of champagne while I waited. However, the lashes didn't even last 1 week. When I went to another place, the technician told me they had applied too thick/heavy lashes to my natural lash which was why they were falling off so quickly/breaking my natural lashes off.... I had them redone at the new place and my fill lasted 3 weeks. So, my advice is go elsewhere - you get what you pay for. read more

They have these signs on their front desk with your name to welcome you. I thought that was very unique and clever. I've never been to a place where they have your first name to welcome you. Came in for a three week fill. This time I had Yung do my lashes with sensitive glue. I wasn't so sure of how long it would last because I thought it wasn't as strong as the normal one they use. Hands down, best glue ever for my lashes! Yung's work is amazing! It's been a week and I haven't seen any lashes fall off. My lashes feel a lot lighter than the first time I got them done. I had my lashes lifted about two weeks ago, and the overall experience and result was wonderful. The lash technician was detailed and took her time to ensure each lash was treated individually. The entire time I felt relaxed on the comfortable bed, pillow, and blanket and even dozed off a few times. The finished product was the best part. I didn't realize I had so many lashes, but with the lash lift you can see a noticeable difference, even without mascara. Highly recommend!!! This place is super cute and clean inside. The personalized welcome sign when you walk in is a nice touch! Cindy (senior stylist) greeted me and sat me down for a short consultation. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so Cindy was super helpful as she guided me to what lash look I was aiming for. The back room is very peaceful and comfortable. The laying table is cushy and there are comfy pillows to hold and rest your hands on. Cindy made sure I was comfortable before starting. Other than feeling light touches with my lashes, I didn't really feel much going on. And since you don't get to actually check on what's going on cause your eyes are shut, I naturally had all kinds of "what if" thoughts running through my mind. What if my eyelids are glued shut when I go to open them? What if the lashes are horrible and my eyelids are swollen? But when Cindy was done, I opened my eyes with no problem and I felt nothing. The lash extensions feel no different than what it feels without them. Then, I looked in the mirror and was even more excited to see how great they came out. Cindy nailed it. The lashes were exactly what we discussed in the beginning. This place is professional, clean, courteous, and relaxing. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and how my lashes turned out. The place is cute and staff is friendly. However, I don't feel that I received what I asked for. The "junior stylist" that threaded my eyebrows was very slow and did not pay attention to my request. I asked for a lite eyebrow clean up just around the brows. I stated that I use castor oil and that I am trying to grow out my eyebrows. I stated that I did NOT want much taken off. Not only did I feel pain during the threading, she took off MUCH more than needed. I don't feel pain when threading unless an unfamiliar spot is being threaded. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 7 years and understand the process. I went home with tears in my eyes - I couldn't wait to put makeup on. As a suggestion, fully paying attention to your clients/customers requests goes a long way. read more

I wanted to update my review by saying that the morning after I posted the review, the owner reached out to me and immediately asked if I could come back so they could make things right. I hesitated at first but decided to go back. The owner scheduled an appointment for me that same day, with a master stylist, and she did a terrific job. I am just under 2 weeks since they were re-done and they still look great. I appreciate the persistence of the owner and appreciate the work done by the stylist. I had a lash lift done by Jessica. I didn't even know what this was. It's basically a perm for your lashes that lasts around 3 months long. I use an eyelash curler everyday, and often this is the only thing I do to my face. So getting this lash lift seemed like a great investment and let me tell you, it sure is! I love my curly lashes. I don't even know where my curler is these days and when I come out of the shower and see my wet curly lashes they make me so happpy :) Lashbar facilities are also clean and peaceful. Jessica tucked me in bed and gave me a nice head massage before the procedure. The whole experience was so relaxing that I even took a little nap! Thank you Jessica and Lashbar team! At first I was excited about getting my lashes done here because they made me feel they knew what they were doing and states where I did get them done prior to coming here they did not do a good job bcz they used to much glue, they applied one lash to several lashes and you are not supposed to do that based on each lash grows differently! But at the end of the session I wasn't impressed I was a bit disappointed my lashes looked great but it was unfinished I was missing lashes on the inner and outer sides of both eyes and I have several lashes without lash extensions. The next day they sent me a survey asking my to rate them I gave them a 6 out of 10 and the next text asked why I gave that rating and I explained why and the next text response was "Got it"! Not we would like for our customers to be happy and get a 10 rating can you please come in so we can fix it!! I just got my lashes done and they look great if you can stomach the fact that I just dropped a little over $170 on a hybrid set with a novice lash artist!! :( the girl didn't even wash my lashes even after I told her I had coconut oil on them so let's see if they even last 2 weeks. Love, love, love this place! It's so peaceful and relaxing the second you walk through the door. I was taken care of by Jessica for a lash lift, which I desperately needed. I've been a mascara user and eyelash curler since I first started wearing make-up and once Jessica was finished I couldn't believe the results.
