I'm saddened to say but I would not recommend this place. I am truly appalled and upset with how my lashes came out. I spent two hours on the chair expecting to have beautiful lashes at the end however that was not the case. I did a full volume sexy eye look But what I got in the end was a mess. As you can tell from the pictures the look was not full volume, the lashes are placed in odd spots and despite them telling me to brush it out it still does not look even decent. If you check their photos you can see how full volume the other customers are however mine is a mess. Both eyes are not the same, and there are some lashes that are not even glued to my lash it's glued to my eyelid. This is not even full volume as well. Excuse my language but this was half assed. I am truly upset because I expected what the photos showed on yelp, but I got less. If I could I wish I got a refund because this is not something someone should be paying for.

But I had to move and it was just to hard to get to her. So when I moved to Paramount I talked to a few different salons and found one right up the street and he sounded like he knew what he was doing (Big Mistake). Before I could even answer his question which was how would you like it done, he had stared cutting 1 1/2 inches off and then he made a statement to me this is how I like to do old ladies hair. I was frozen in the chair hoping there was away he can turn it around. I walked out of there so embarrassed. When my grandaughter walked in to pick me up she gave me a look as if to say. What did you do to my grandma I was so shocked she didn't I think she knew that would of made me feel worse But then I talked to Isabelle and I'm so glad I did. I was so afraid to go to another unknown stylist but the minute I sat in her chair I was at ease. The gray in my hair had grown out so badly I was nervous it couldn't be covered up but she did it with also a great color choice. She was so sincere after the color was done and she finally was able to take a good look at the cut she kindly said Geri there's nothing we can do about the cut until it grows out. She could of simply said oh I can fix it don't worry you'll look beautiful when I'm done and charge me more but that's not the woman she is though. The time you spend with her while in the chair isn't awkward at all So Monday I'm going to call to see if I can get in next Tuesday to cover the grays and a cut I hope it's grown out to be able to start the process of a great hair cut again. Let me start by saying how extremely picky I am when it comes to my eyebrows (and Stephanie had no idea just how picky I was ). From the moment I met her, she was so sweet and had such a warm, welcoming aura that immediately made me feel comfortable. Before we even started my eyebrow wax, she asked me questions about my skin and my eyebrows, which I always think is a great indicator that you're in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing. But my favorite moment was when she handed me the mirror to look at my eyebrows and said, "Be picky." As someone who is VERY particular about my brows, I absolutely loved that. It made me feel completely comfortable speaking up and letting her know if there was anything I wanted adjusted. My eyebrows came out AMAZING! I'm so happy with them and will definitely be going back to Stephanie. If you're picky about your brows like I am, I highly recommend giving her a try!
