I've been a client of Chrissy's for as long as I can remember. From the first day that I met her, she's always been so nice, sweet and welcoming! I used to bounce around with different lash artists because there was always something that I was unhappy about, whether it be retention, or they just aren't able to achieve the look I want.. that was until I stumbled upon Chrissy's insta. I booked an appointment on March 7th. However, does salon contacted me saying my lash tech was ill and if they were able to reschedule me monday or sooner. I notified them I would sooner since I have a flight the next day. They said they needed to move thing around. I told them I appreciate it. They asked if I liked a nine thirty appointment or ten I told them nine thirty since I have a flight and easier for me. They said they needed to move things around and they will confirm once it lash Tech artists was able to accommodate me. They said a last tech artist was able to accommodate at 10 AM. I told them I would greatly accept that time frame. They said for the inconvenience they would give me 25% discount with a brow service. When I arrive to appointment, the lash artist said my lashes were not a fill but a new set. I still had 50% of my lashes but I wasn't going to argue, i just wanted my lashes for my trip. Once she finished my lashes, she said due to time constraints she was able to due as much as she could (did not like the result since it more like natural set verses a wispy medium volume. They charged for a full set (my lashes did not end up like a full set, it was more like a fill). They also they did not give me the 25 % discount. I normally pay 77 for a fill (including deposit). But was charged for 87 for a new set. I didn't want to say anything since I had a flight to catch and I wanted to leave ASAP. Never come back again, worst experience ever since the new company/owner took over. 75% of my lashes fell off in the span of 5 days when I was on my vacation. read more

I trained with Chrissy and her assistants and let me just say I learned so much! First off my favorite part was the hands on/ model practice we had on the last day. Chrissy and her assistants would come to each student and stay with you until you got everything down or helped if you had any questions. I loved how, Lexi her assistant, kept coming and helping me with everything including when I got stickies and she helped me perfect my fans. Chrissy and Pam were so patient and explained things so well! The way Chrissy taught and broke down everything was very impactful. I have taken classes before with other lash artists and none of them have explained it as well as Chrissy. Her manual aka the lash bible is absolutely amazing. She definitely wants her students to learn and leave confident knowing how to lash. I would definitely recommend her to everyone! This was the first time ever getting my lashes done. Molly did an amazing job. Molly and the front desk Pam made sure that I was comfortable during the 3 hr session. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my lashes; my lashes were very full for the first week and slowly fell out into a more natural look. I was told that the lashes would last about 1 and a half weeks but my set was actually still looking great at the 2 weeks mark. I took Chrissy's classic and wispy volume masterclass and all I got to say is her training was the best. Kit had incredible items. I learned so much during the training. Chrissy and her team were very helpful, they actually took the time to sit with us to show us some tips, including photo editing, and how to promote on social media. Did not have a good experience here. I also provided messages exchanged with the owner. She mentioned that I'm a licensed cosmetologist so I pretty much have to suck it up and not complain whether I like something or not. That me being a stylist I can't express how I'm feeling if I like something or not. She not once's offered to remove them. I am not happy with my lashes at all, and not happy with my experience with the owner. My lovely stylist was super sweet and I had no problem with her and she understood my concern, but the owner didn't even try to come to an agreement drove back and forth for 2 days for lashes I don't like and got offered 30% of what I paid and tipped my stylist. Whether or not I liked them I always tip stylist I wasn't going to take her tip from her because she did take her time and was lovely. But I would not go here. It'll be a waste of time and waste of breath. I tried to work something out with them but no one answers there phone and there mail box is full but once again she said she didn't receive any calls from me. Made me feel like since I'm a stylist I'm not a human and can't voice my opinion. Paid 155$ for something I don't like. read more

I want to start by saying I took a 2 day volume lash extension course with Chrissy, Lashere owner. As a beginner who has no experience with eyelash extensions I was ripped off. I paid 1600 dollars for a class and did not gain any type of skill. I learned more when I came home and YouTubed how to apply lash extensions. For this cost I received: Standard 3-ring binder with single sheet print out for cover and bare minimum instructions - I would have liked to receive a higher quality looking manual with more descriptions, and explanations and instructions for any mishaps. It doesn't list in manual what comes in the kit like a "kit checklist" and I don't know how many clients I can do with this kit? The kit itself came in a plastic gift bag - I would have liked to receive a nice kit (caboodle of some sort). Quality of 2 days (12) hours training - I felt very rushed especially with theory. I feel many topics were skipped, such as: How to do A patch test on a client if they have an allergic reaction Demonstrate how to properly sanitize and disinfect lash tools without damaging tools Safety procedures and policies were brief State Board guidelines were not discussed Beginners techniques- you're a great trainer for an experienced lash artists I feel for this cost, I should be ready to start my small business confidentiality; that includes having a manual that I can actually use a reference guide (without needing to call you so much), a presentable/usable kit, and full awareness of the kit's value and how many clients I can produce with it. I was extremely unsatisfied with the outcome. I invested 1600 dollars and did not get my monies worth. I attempted to reach out to Chrissy for at least half of my money back and she declined. I do not recommend any beginners to train at Lashere. I recommend you go on YouTube and learn the basics first! I hope this can help some of you so you are not out of 1600 dollars ! Response to comment below- Chrissy was well aware of my difficulties - I was lucky if I got two eyelashes to stick on my mannequin doll!!! I was nowhere near ready to work on a model!!! Despite her knowledge and observation, she continued to charge me full price after reaching out for half of my refund. I requested half of the refund due to not being able to successfully pass the beginner lash class. I was nowhere near ready to learn volume. In this case, the right and reasonable thing to do would have been to return half my money for at least the volume course. You should re-read my complete review again. You misunderstood most, if not all my words. Prior to my meet with Chrissy, I had never watched any YouTube videos. I also didn't advise that you shouldn't spend money on training classes. I said if you are a beginner-I recommend watching YouTube videos before enrolling in her class. Chrissy is a good instructor for seasoned artists, but she was unable to adequately train me as a newbie. This review is not intended to disparage Chrissy, but rather to raise awareness of emerging lash artists. I'd hate for anyone to lose their investment of $1600 or more read more
