I specifically asked for a natural look and she absolutely nailed it! They're soft, pretty, and not overdone at all. Easily the best lash extensions I've gotten. I've been staring at myself in every mirror since leaving. Yuki was also incredibly sweet, the studio was comfortable, and the prices were super reasonable for the quality. Safe to say... Upon some research, I found Ms Kawaii who offers evening appointments which was very convenient for my schedule. I had my appointment on a Thursday night around 7pm and honestly was not very excited with the final result, which did not look like the photos I had shown my tech, Yuki. I've never been the type of person who had the guts to speak up but I knew that Ms Kawaii has a 5 day warranty so I ultimately decided to send a text about 20 hours after my initial appointment and going back and forth on whether I should to share my experience and feelings on the set I received. I explained I had my event the next day so I thought it might be too late to fix them but that I still hoped for some sort of resolution. Luckily, they did inform me that they would be able to take me that night, which I was initially hesitant for since I was told my first set would look like the picture I showed and they did not so I worried what I wanted might not be able to be executed. For context, I've never been to lash salons that have a menu for you to choose different things, such as material, style, and glue type. In the past, I would just show reference photos and let the tech recreate them. So keep this in mind if you have also never experienced choosing from a menu since they explained to me that the "material" I chose is why my first set turned out the way they did. I came in again about 24 hours after my first appointment and Yuki was there to help me get my lashes fixed to what I wanted. She was incredibly patient and kind the entire time, even in our first meeting, and I am very grateful that both she and Ms Kawaii were able to help me resolve my issues.

I used to hate wearing false lash strips, because I could always FEEL them. With lash extensions, I do not remotely notice that anything is there. Taylor is meticulous, tasteful, and light handed. She is a licensed esthetician, and has extensive lash extension-specific training. Her touch is so gentle that I have fallen asleep during many of my appointments lol. She offers customized lash extensions ranging from natural looks to high volume. I opt for a light volume style with a subtle cat eye, which I find to be natural yet glamorous. I took an involuntary break from lash extensions from March to July due to the pandemic. Lash fills are needed every 2-3 weeks, so of course, all of my extensions eventually came off during that time. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my natural lashes were unscathed and looked the same, if not better, than before I started getting extensions. I currently drive 2 hours round trip to get my lashes done by Taylor-she is THAT good. Do yourself a favor, and make an appointment.
