I arrived at 11:00 a.m., when the salon was still practically empty, and initially everything seemed fine. I was assigned a technician for my pedicure, and the service began normally. While I was getting my pedicure, the salon gradually started to fill up. However, once my service was finished, I was left sitting in the chair while the technician began working on another client. When I raised my concern, I was told that the other client had an appointment. I understand and respect scheduled appointments, but my question is simple: if the technician had a prior appointment, why was I assigned to her in the first place? It is also worth mentioning that the client with the appointment arrived only a few minutes after I did, while my service was already in progress. Additionally, since the salon was already full at that point, it meant I would have had to wait again to continue with my manicure. Given the situation, I chose to get up, pay only for my pedicure, and leave. I consider this to be a lack of respect for my time as a customer. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to assist me. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer. I understand that with the volume of clients you handle this may not seem significant, but I strongly encourage you to review your policies and customer service, as situations like this could lead to losing many more clients in the future.
