Love them ! Had my lashes done by several techs here over the last couple of years and they never disappoint !

The attitude they have for a first time customer really blew my mind. They wanted to charge me 120$ for a "foreign fill" when I booked a one week fill Hybrid . I only needed a touch up and they decided to tell me this after I got there . Not before . They had all morning to call and notify me. The girl up front said "well I didn't see it so ..." I said you don't look at the news appointments when you get here ? She said no. And rolled her eyes. I asked for a refund and they said absolutely not . They obviously only care about money not building a loyal clientele . The dirty looks and talking behind my back thinking I didn't understand them was the cherry on top. Trash. read more

Don't go here if you're looking for natural looking lashes. The management sucks. All my lashes fell out after getting them done.

I should have known that the best of the best is posted online vs. Yelp photos. They also get mad at you when you call in to ask questions. You are in a room with about 7-10 beds with everyone getting done at the same time. No biggy unless you have a lady talking the whole time with everyone responding to her. read more

Please avoid this place... I've been getting my lashes done for 4 years and have never had a problem. this place came highly recommended so I decided to try it big mistake. The lashes are thick and heavy very plasticky. the second day after getting them done my eye felt itchy and uncomfortable shortly after I saw a bump in my eye... the next day it was even worse long story short I ended up with 4 sty's in my eye!!!! 2 on my water line and 2 inside of my eye... I tried contacting them and they said they could not give me a refund even tho I had to get them removed a couple of days after. Was really excited to go to this place since there instagram account is so amazing. I've been 4 times and 3/4 were extremely disappointing. The first time i went was with Lilit who did a really good job, she booked up quickly and was not available to do my two week fill so i decided to get a full set from someone else. She was 20 mins late and then was a little upset I had to leave 1.5hrs after my scheduled appt. She said that 1 hr and 10 mins to work felt rushed but it was because of her tardiness not mine. Regardless, She did a good job with the placement but sadly 70% of my lashes fell out quickly after that. Didn't really last for more than 1 week with a significant shedding in the first 2-4 days. I've been getting lashes for about 5 years, i have very full lashes myself and have never experienced early shedding or loss of lashes like this. I let time go by and and tried a 3rd technician-this was incredibly frustrating. The girl took 2hrs and 15 mins, i was getting very frustrated with how long I was there but I shut my mouth, was kind and thought to myself.. she must be doing one hell of a job. She seemed very detail oriented and focused. When she finally finished, and i was able to look at myself, one lash line was fuller than the other, one was wispier and the other more cat eye but I decided to shrug it off and move on. Again, to my disappointment, one of my lash lines was 50% empty the next day with lots of holes and gaps. The other had minor shedding but certainty less full after 24-48hrs. Two weeks later it looked like it had been 4++ weeks since i got it done. I tried to give them multiple chances and communicate the issues, even asking for full service instead of just fills. I've been doing this for a while and i am not unrealistic. It sucks there instagram is such a great account and not true to what you actually get from the technicians. Maybe it's only worth it if you go to Anna. read more

I highly recommend this lash studio. I have been driving well over 45 min to an hour for at least 3 years to have my lashes done. They always looks beautiful and absolutely feel amazing. I should of went with my gut and avoided this place.. I'm not gonna lie I did read some of the horrible reviews but I was so desperate I booked my appt. Everywhere else I called had a 2 week wait and this place gave me an appt next day (Red flag) .. First of all the lash room is a huge room with maybe 7 or 8 lash technicians and beds right next to each other ... Never seen that before . The lady that did my lashes didn't converse with me which I appreciated cuz I just wanted to do my lashes and leave. The reason for my 1 star is that night when I closed my eyes to sleep my lashes were literally poking me so bad I couldn't keep my eyes shut .. I had to remove some of the lashes from my inner eye but the rest of my lashes came off within 2 days .. I will never be back and wouldn't recommend this place .. read more

I have been getting my lashes done religiously for years with my lash girl. After years of seeing her regularly (every 2 weeks) , she now is in nursing school and unable to see clients. I'm super picky with my lashes because I have had issues prior to finding my girl . I've had infections, I've had my natural lashes come off, nightmares! Update: I went back to try again. The lash technician, Liz, was amazing!! I have to say, my first review was honest, and true to my experience. However, second time around was the difference of night and day. She spent time listening to my wants while advising me what would look good. I was thoroughly impressed! This is by far the best lash experience I've ever had including the quality of work. I can tell Rosie truly takes pride in what she does. First she took the time to listen to what look I was going for and then she went the extra mile when she cleaned up the previous work and removed all the lashes that grew out. The girl who did my lashes was very sweet but my eyelashes started falling out within 2 days of getting them done, after paying $150! I called them and they gave me an appt to go back for a "quick fix." I went back in and she did another full set of lashes. Those started falling out too, I don't know if it's the glue or what but it is not normal for it to start falling out within days. I have gotten my lashes done before at a different place and never ever had this issue. read more

Went in for a lash lift with tint. I purposely scheduled my appointment with a technician, not a student. The person who was working on me continued to ask the person across from us how to perform the lash lift. My lashes came out looking sideways. Lowered to 3 stars - A lot of the .20 lashes are falling out. assuming my lashes can't hold the weight. I would do 5 stars expect the language barrier was some what annoying when I want to express how I wanted them done which lead to some what of a complication later on... The lady who did my lashes did a great job, I didn't caught her name (I know I'm a horrible yelp reviewer for that) First she started off with doing .20 which are very thick lashes, (me being a blonde with fine hair don't have the lash thickness to support something so thick) and I don't like D+ curls on my lashes... After I started to feel how thick they are I asked her what she was using then asked her to do a thinner lash and not a D+ curls. So we went with a Cat Eye with 7-14 length in a .15 thickness. Looks perfect. Second - I got an brow wax which turned into plucking. and boy o boy that hurt like hell.. Wont even lie, I almost tapped out. But everything looks great. read more

I'm not one to write a bad review -- I usually let it go...but I am very upset that I got my lashes done here for my first time , and a week later most of my lashes started to fall off. I trusted a friend that recommended this place but she was so naive and didn't know that lashes are supposed to last a month -- NOT A WEEK OR TWO!!! These amateurs are just taking money from their clients and having them come back for a touch up every 1-2 weeks.
