We do not offer eyelash tinting, as it's not FDA approved in the state of California.

Today, I called again specifically requesting Tara, and once again I was told that she does not do gel manicures and that if I wanted that service, I would need to book with someone else. I completely understand if the nail technician I want is unavailable at the time or on the day I'm requesting. That is not the issue. The problem is receiving conflicting information and feeling like my request for a specific technician is repeatedly being disregarded. This has happened before as well. I once requested a pedicure with Tara and was booked with someone else instead. The receptionist has also been rude, confused appointment times, and then blamed the clients for the confusion. It's extremely frustrating because when you find a nail technician whose work you love, you naturally want to continue booking with that person. Instead of simply being honest about Tara's availability, I have repeatedly been given inconsistent information or booked with someone else. Tara is wonderful and does excellent work. My review is not a reflection of her service at all. Unfortunately, the way appointments are handled at the front desk has made me no longer want to return to this salon

Unfortunately, the results of my lash lift & tint were underwhelming--it barely looks like anything was done. It almost seems as though mascara was applied, and that was it. I'm not sure if it was the technique or the specific technician I was assigned, but the results did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the person performing my lash lift hardly spoke to me, which added to my disappointment. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved.

My right eye didn't take the lift as well as my left eye did but Dafne did not hesitate to reschedule me for a redo. As the weeks went on both sets of lashes settled to the same "height" and I no longer needed to keep my appointment. During the original appointment we talked about eyebrows and how I had an Ombre service done but how they're kind of faded now and how I wasn't happy with how thin they were. We talked about her eyebrow services and how I should grow my eyebrows out. So I did for 3 months. As California settles in for our 2nd lock down and the Salons/Spa's THIRD shutdown, I knew I had to try to get in to tame this circus. I hit up Dafne on Ig, she is super fast at responding, sent her pictures of my eyebrows and we scheduled an appointment. She cleaned up and reshaped my brows and tinted them. We decided to go a little thicker than normal and I am so glad we did. She brought me back to life. She will be my new go to. Her prices are right, her space is clean and her tint and lift products are CF and Vegan friendly. Plus I get my skin treatments and hair done all in the same vicinity, so it just works out well for me. Hopefully 3 weeks will go by fast and you all will be busier than ever! xo

My lashes turned out perfect; she personalized the style to suit my eye shape beautifully. It felt like she knew exactly how to apply the lashes without them being too close to the roots. The tape was completely comfortable on my skin, which is impressive because, honestly, the tape is usually a little uncomfortable, but not at all here. I absolutely love the result and can't wait to come back again!
