Lash pop is great .. I go to Haley off the rec of a friend after several lash disasters and I was not disappointed. She heard me out without judgement, listened to my needs and wants, discussed them with me, gave me her professional opinion, and then got to work. She's very thorough, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made adjustments when my sensitive eyes had a bit of burning. They looked great, though I think I am still not 100% landed on my signature lash look so I will work with her on that at my next appointment, but the quality of service is great. There is also a side lot for parking which makes going here super easy and seamless. Love her and will be going back next week. Ask for Haley she's awesome!

All of these ladies are extremely talented and do an amazing job at making you feel your best version of yourself! The salon itself is so cozy and welcoming. Upon arriving to the salon, I was greeted by lovely Savannah- took a couple of pictures and asked some questions before starting. I have seen a couple of the different lash techs there, but got my most recent set done by Savannah and I have not received this many compliments! Before starting our appointment, Savannah walked me through the entire process and explained what she thought would be the best style for my eye shape. I had shown her a couple of inspiration pictures for what I was going for, and she nailed it perfectly ! The salon is a 40 minute drive from where I live- and it's worth every minute! I recently had my lashes done here by Emily. I can't even tell you how amazed I am with my lashes. I was so afraid to get them done after a horrible experience years ago. Emily listened to my concerns and did EXACTLY what I wanted. I've seen some awful jobs done and you won't have that experience here. I found LashPop just from passing by it so many times. Finally I decided to book an appointment through the website without meeting any of the lash techs. I picked Evie because she had an appointment available and that worked with my schedule. OMG! I freaking love her. I've been back 3 times since. She's an absolute sweetheart and not to mention how great her work is. For a fill, she always has me in and out within 45 minutes. Not to mention how great my lashes stay. I got the wet/ angel style brown color and they look so natural, yet give me that extra pretty "pop" so I don't have to wake up and put mascara on every day. They provide blanket if need be and a quick access restroom inside which is always clean. You feel warm and comfortable right from the beginning. PRODUCT: the lashes are great. They aren't too heavy. They are very natural looking and I've received a ton of compliments with the classic and hybrid applications. I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. But I'm back and my lashes are healthy and the prices have improved.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because I was genuinely disappointed, especially given the cost ($150 including tip). Unfortunately, the results of my lash lift & tint were underwhelming--it barely looks like anything was done. It almost seems as though mascara was applied, and that was it. I chose this place because of the many glowing reviews, but my experience didn't match the quality others described. I'm not sure if it was the technique or the specific technician I was assigned, but the results did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. However, the person performing my lash lift hardly spoke to me, which added to my disappointment. I drove all the way from Temecula for this appointment, and sadly, it felt like a waste of time and money. If you're considering a lash lift, I would recommend exploring other options. read more

It was always such a pain to even put on a little bit of mascara to even go to the beach because I have such blonde eyelashes! Ava is the best! i've been going to her for a few months now and she is not only fast, but shes kind, funny and amazing at lashes! I have tried a few places after moving in July of 2023. I have worn lashe extensions since 2009. I have found an amazing lash studio that fits my needs. I use 2 lash techs to accommodate my schedule so I stay consistent with my lash appointments. Emily and Haley are amazing, kind and very skilled at the profession.
