I had a Lasik consultation scheduled for 9:15 am yesterday. I arrived on time and was given two forms to complete. The first form was standard and the woman at the desk advised me that the second form was information about payment plans if I was interested in that. Well, what she should have said is that it was a credit card application! The form was already filled out with my information too! Never in all my years have I received a credit card application from a doctor's office already populated! Now, if that wasn't already a turn-off. I then waited in the lobby until about 10a for someone to begin my consultation! I spent about 15 minutes with the technician who performed my initial screening and she was lovely. When she finished her portion, she transferred me to a different room for the doctor to continue the evaluation. I sat in that room from 10:15 to 10:45 and not a single person came in to check on me or update me in any way. I decided to leave. I went to the front desk and told them how long I had been waiting and that I had to go to the airport to pick up my 10-year-old niece. I walked to my car and as I started it, a woman I hadn't yet seen came out and told me the office was having some logistical problems and the doctor could see me now. I told her I had to leave for the airport to pick up my niece. She then asked me if I wanted to come back with my niece! Excuse me?! I told her I was not coming back with a 10-year-old who has already been on a plane for 4 hours so she could wait for me to finish this consultation! If this practice is going to charge $4000 for Lasik, the least they could do is BE ON TIME! read more

It worked out very good for my mom But my eyes are just worst ! Been there 2 times after surgery ! And they keep sayin i can see better then before surgery ! Like what about me telling you guys that i can't see properly doesn't make sense ! Its worst ! I can't focus properly its been almost 2 months + eyes are still so weak ! Everything flickers like turn bulb on n off repeatedly i have gotten 2 tickets coz i can't see speed limit boards coz i can't focus far n sometimes closer ! Maybe its for old people and not for young age ! I don't recommend if you are young its just waste of 4000$ read more

I made an appointment for my son to have a consultation after hearing the $250 per eye promotion daily on the radio. I knew that it would be more but he came home with a quote for $2300 per eye. It's not the $$ that bothers me as much as the extreme deception of the advertising. Would never patronize a company with such unethical business practices. Hard pass. read more

I was very nervous about my Lasik appointment but they assured me that it will be alright and agreed to drug me heavily because I begged them lol My appt was at 9:30. Prior to my appt they do my eye exam and see if I'm a good candidate--which I was. Second appt was my actual lasik surgery appt and basically they show you a video of what will happen so you're not surprised. They checked my eyes again to make sure my eyes didn't change, gave me a relaxing pill which I took immediately and they took me back to the surgery area. I was scared but it really helped when Dr. Walker gave me step by step on what's gonna happen--and the pillow really helped. They gave me a pillow and I was squeezing it the whole time. Dr. walker really made the process smooth--it really helped that he talked the whole time saying that I'm doing great, just a little more, etc. The most scary part was cutting your cornea as your vision will go out for few sec but Dr.Walker soothed me saying it's almost done and my vision came back as soon as the flap went back on my eye. It's very uncomfortable as you feel a lot of pressure on your eye but afterwards they laser it and it's good to go. It's a very fast procedure- the first day sucked cuz your eyes are uncomfortable and feels dry but 2nd day I feel a lot better! I highly recommend this place! My vision is so clear now!!!! And the staff did an amazing job to calm me down during the whole procedure! Update: Took one star out because I lost my antibiotic drop that they gave me and they wouldn't give it to me for free when I only used it for 4 days so they charged me $30. (Please don't lose the antibiotic drops as they help moisturize your eyes- I researched because I felt very uncomfortable where my eyes got dried so fast that I had to put in artificial tears every few min to seconds and I guess the antibiotic helps them stay more wet. Another solution is to take fish oil 3x a day and have hot towel and put it on your eyes for a while). Also they only do one follow up. My friend who did his lasik somewhere else told me that his doc made him come in at least once a month for a year just to check on his eyes and made sure they healed without any issues. Lasik plus however only does one follow up (the day after your surgery and that's it. Once you pay and get the procedure, they don't have to worry about you. It's been exactly a month now and my eyes are still very dry and I still see halos. They do say it may take 1-3 months but my vision has improved over time. read more

I had Lasik about two weeks ago and it was great! Virtually no pain, no down time (went to work the next day!), and the staff was excellent! I was lucky enough to qualify for the $500 special - yay! I can see distance really well now, but were light readers for up close and computer work. Love not having to wear contacts and all the upkeep! I highly recommend it! read more

I'm fairly surprised about how quick and easy this process was. I went in for an appointment/exam one week and scheduled the procedure for the following Friday. The procedure (bladeless lasik) took about 10 minutes total and when I woke up the next morning, I could see! Just had my follow up today, and I now have 20/15 vision. Pretty great! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The office is clean and professional. The only thing I have to say that could be construed as a negative by some is that I was the 37th out of 38 people total who had procedures done that day. It kind of felt like an assembly line as you hear the same schpiel repeated for each person almost verbatim by different staff as you wait. There were 5 people ahead of me that were told the exact same thing I was (the inner waiting room is right next to the final exam room and operating room). Not a big deal but it kind of hammered home the fact that they were probably tired and had been at it non-stop for 12 hours. Take that how you will. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 and I walked out of the office a little after 7:30. Im assuming that they had a quota to hit since they seemed to have jam packed as many people as possible into a single day. All of that being said, I would very much so recommend LasikPlus in Renton and am very happy with my decision to get lasik done here! I've had great results so far and I'm sure if you decide to trust LasikPlus you will too. read more

I had a really great experience. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answered lots of questions in person, over the phone, and email. That want you to be completely aware of what's going on. They do their best to ensure your comfort with beverages and snacks. To echo another reviewer, the only downside was the wait on surgery day, as it did feel a bit like an assembly line. My appt was for 2:40, didn't get into the procedure room until about 5 or so. However, the staff was attentive, so you never felt like you'd been left in a room and forgotten. They take the time to explain each step of the process as they're doing it, and check on you frequently throughout. I strongly recommend this office, they're all great, especially Elexis. read more

They gave me a free t shirt and it's HARD....also all the designs they had were hard but didn't have my size. I can't explain it but who ever designed all of them needs a raise lol. I wore rigid gas permeable contacts for over 40 years with monovision and astigmatism. In 15 minutes, Dr. Walker and his assistants corrected my vision to 20/20 and I no longer have to wear lenses at all!!! Love LASIKPlys! read more

I went to this place because of their commercial of $250 per eyes . I felt that this was reasonable and I was finally able to get this done . I took time out of work to do this after two hours they did the exam and dilated my eyes and told me that it was actually going to be $2300 hundred dollars but they could take me back to the office to talk to me about payments plans. I wasn't interested on being lying to anymore and I said no ... they let me go without even giving me a pair of $1. Dollar dark glasses. I went back to work praying I didn't get into an accident, it was awful. Don't trust them. Very misleading. read more

I am so happy the staff made this amazing experience! I was very hesitant about getting lasik I had been debating it for years because I was so nervous healing time and I have a fear of anything getting close to my eye I can't even handle contacts but after meeting the staff and getting all of my questions answered (there were a lot) I felt more confident In knowing this was right decision for me. I am so happy and thankful that I went through with it the day after my surgery I could see 10x better then I ever did with my glasses on. the surgery its self was 15 minutes tops Dr. Walker talked to me before we went back because I was so nervous I was shaking but he sat with me and explained everything to me and communicated during the entire procedure which helped ease the remaining nerves. I was on the fence about lasik and they told me to come in for a free consult, without wanting to tell me any of their prices (if I had known, I would have just said no, I was trying to qualify for the $250 per eye. But now I know you only qualify for that if your prescription is less than +/- 1, which is not me). I went in and liked the place but they kept hassling me to sign that day and commit. She kept talking down the price until I agreed to it with the option to cancel for free if I had to, then she had to run my credit to see if I qualified.. all she told me was that it would be a soft credit pull and insisted on me writing my SSN down. A few days later I get a credit card in the mail opened in my name!!! This office did nothing but lie and withhold information from me. Will not be returning for the surgery. Wish I had read the other reviews that they probably just advertise that to get people in then hassle you for these expensive surgeries. Mine was going to cost $4300 total. read more
