If you have a coupon for a discounted custard, and they ring in any other item after that, it will restore the custard to the full price on their register. I did not notice that and paid the full price. The manager did give me a card for a free custard next visit so they certainly took responsibility but just wanted people aware to keep an eye on that. In defense of the staff, I don't think they noticed either that it had occurred, so I did not allow that to detract from my impression of five star service from their pleasant, friendly and attentive staff Of course the custard is a star. It comes in all sorts of different ways to serve it. I tend to usually be a purist indeed, as a soft serve, but sometimes their specials are so exciting that I cannot resist. I have never tasted any of them that I did not find awesome. Their steakburgers should not be left as an afterthought. These are not like other fast food burgers; the meat is actually very tasty and because there's not any "proprietary" seasonings on it I even order an extra one so that I can sit outside with my puppy and she can enjoy it. It is small enough to not be unhealthy for her and big enough to be a satisfying snack. Its fat content does not make her ill like the typical fast food burger would. I personally like the fries and find the sauces to be quite good. Prices are more than reasonable and they have hours that make them convenient whenever you're hungry or craving that custard fix. I am a Freddy's fan and wish they would open one closer to where I live in Miami.

We're hooked. Live close by for a number of years and never ventured in but am I glad we did! We won't be going anywhere else for Philly cheese steaks. Piping hot on toasted buns. UMMMMM Gooood! They're the best. Great menu and friendly staff. The LaSpada's Famous Italian hoagie is the best I have ever tried! The hamburgers are hand formed and are second to none. Great employees & owner that remember your name after the 2nd visit. The place is packed daily at lunch time so prepare yourself for the wait. Weekends are the best time to go. P.S. Best Cheesesteaks in Orlando, hands down. My office orders from La Spada's with some frequency and no matter what we get, it has always been excellent. This place is no frills, but the food is amazing. If you are local to the area and a business, they will deliver at lunch for a $2 per transaction fee. My suggestion is to lump the order's together and pay once so that you don't each get hit (learned that the hard way). read more

The bathrooms also had no soap or paper towels, which was especially disappointing. Overall, the food was edible and the employee was friendly, but the combination of the limited menu, cleanliness issues, empty napkin dispensers, and lack of bathroom supplies made this a pretty inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Hopefully some of these things were simply due to them being in the middle of a menu transition, but based on our visit, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

Service was good, the food was great! Ordered a philly, 4 Cajun ranch wings, and 4 garlic parm…read morewings. The Cajun ranch was spot on, tasted just as it sounds, flavorful but not spicy. The garlic parm was also tasty, creamy and subtle. Of the eight wings I only received one flat, but I'm sure one can request. The philly takes the cake, perfect in every way. I'll definitely be back.
