This shop is a little off the beaten path, but taking the few minutes to get to this quaint delicious pizza joint is well worth it. The balance of sauce to crust is perfect and the toppings are plentiful. They have a few specials and some classics. This was recommended by a new friend and the local feel is amazing. The Food is always good but 2 plus hours for food with consistently overly intoxicated patrons makes the environment really hard to be in. The staff could be heard saying how hard it was to work there most of the night as well because it was so under staffed. This place is THE ABSOLUTE BEST in every way. First of all, the pizza is amazing. My daughter demands it whenever we're in the area, and she's a tough crowd! I always order a lot so there's tons of precious leftovers. But I don't post reviews for good food, it's the people who work there! Just, long story short, I ended up feeling a little accidentally "Kareny" when I was first a hassle with my ordering then later a hassle with my payment and it was incredibly embarrassing. (In my defense I had a very long hard graduation and travel day) and these guys didn't bat an eye at my idiocy and are so nice and accommodating. Then in all of my ridiculous chaos I left there without tipping them! I'm horrified. Guys, please trust me when I say I will get you triple next time. These guys are the bomb. Here's what I love most: my husband can get his pizza fix on, and I can do a salad, or their chicken (I don't know how they do it but this is the most moist chicken on the planet), or my own gluten-free pizza. Last Chance Pizza is located on Swan Mountain Road so it's kind of "hidden" unless 1) you are looking for it & 2) you are taking Swan Mtn. Road from Keystone to Breckenridge or Breckenridge to Keystone. After a very long and cold day of riding my friends and I wanted something filling, fast (but not fast food), and not overblown expensive; which in the ski areas can be a little hard to find to say the less. I had seen Last Chance Pizza from the road a few times while traversing between resorts and thought to myself: "Self that could be great pizza you have to remember to stop and try it sometime". We pull into the empty parking lot which normally makes me think that the food may not be very good. The pizza shop is clean, warm, and modern. They are friendly and have pizza pie examples for size reference on the wall which look like they are made of ceramic and painted. The pizza is good! We order the Margherita: no sauce, mozzarella, fresh basil, & tomato. The basil & tomatoes were shockingly fresh for the winter and for a mountain location! Next trip I believe I will have to try the Pesto Five Cheese! read more

Last Chance arguably has the best pizza dough and sauce in the Dillon/Silverthorne area. Unfortunately they're really stingy on the toppings even when you pay to add them a la carte. Ordering cheese or one of their specials, you'll do alright. If you're ordering a custom pie with a half-dozen toppings, you might be disappointed. read more

Waited 45 minutes for my pizza, when people waited far less time. They gave my food away to someone & said they would "re make it" and then completely forgot about it. When I was realized I was over charged significantly, they argued with me & disrespected me.... The workers wipe their noses, don't wash their hands, don't use gloves, use all of the same dirty pizza cutters, etc. for vegetarian & meat dishes. BLUF: Very good pizza, friendly staff. However, their popularity means that if you don't call ahead during peak hours, be prepared to wait. I went hoping for a sit-down place, which it decidedly is not (they have two tables). But I went and sat & waited for pizza anyway. The pizza is great, very light crust with good portions of sauce and cheese, with a good selection and quality of toppings. The staff is very friendly, and you can watch them make each pizza behind the counter. I also had a dessert, raspberry doughbites, which were delicious and decadent. It's pizza dough baked and covered in butter and raspberry sauce. I can't believe I ate them after eating a whole pizza, but they were too good to pass up. read more
