Busted Halloween Bash! Took grandson to Launch for Halloween Bash this past Saturday. His favorite holiday is Halloween & favorite thing to do is jump around indoor trampolines. Win- win...right? Not so fast. After falling for the great ad, I paid approx $35 online for entry and another $3 jump socks for 1 kid. When we arrived I had to a pay for jump sock to follow him around - $4. So this was supposed to be their Halloween "bash" right. It was really a regular old overpriced Saturday. All he got was jumping and 2 pieces of candy on our way out, from a blackbucket of candy near the registers. The staff (mostly teenagers concerned about their costumes & looks) were uninterested and very unfriendly. They walked around, switched positions, and ignored the kids. None of their costumes were very good or scary; costumes were much to talk about. Could not tell if they were store purchased or homemade. Sorry The music Launch played wasn't even Halloween themed. Oh, there was a birthday party there with a cute little gift bag they gave out ; It was isolated up the stairs though. Why not give $1 gift bags for Halloween. The advertised bash with half kids dressed, unenthused staff, no candy was a Bust and not a Bash. * My daughter & grandson says they have fresh & hot pepperoni that taste pretty good - so does Nico's, Anthony's and flat bread from Walmart.

Can we visit with only our two grandchildren boys 10 and 12?

Yes, of course. There's plenty to do at Launch. Besides the trampoline areas they'd love the arcade and laser tag.

When we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon, the place was full of kids and lots of energy was burned off with plenty of things to do. You can literally spend the whole day there, but I found that two hours was just enough to get the kids worn out. There are obstacle courses, foam pits, zip lining, swings, trampolines, basketball, slides, beams, dodgeball area, and a bunch of other things to do. It is suitable for all ages and I found that the deal was worth it. There is also a food court that offers pizza, concession items, and beverages with a sitting area upstairs. There was plenty of staff walking around and making sure that the participants were safely having fun. They made sure that people were not using the areas that needed staff supervision if there wasn't anybody there to monitor the area. What a fun time!

Defy takes action park to the next level by offering several different attractions within their realm of trampolines. They have a ninja warrior course which is challenging yet safe because of the foam pits to break your fall. They have a dodge ball arena complete with trampoline sides so you can run up the walls. There are several areas where you can get some extra bounce and do trick into a foam pit. They have swings, a trapeze, ropes to walk across, gymnastics areas, basketball, battling, zip lining, and so much more. You will be entertained here for hours! In addition to all of the attractions, they have a food court and an upstairs eating area. I didn't try any food, but it looked like decent snacks to hit the spot. I also really liked the loud, upbeat music playing. It created a lively atmosphere and it felt like a party. Overall a wonderful experience!!!

He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. I really appreciated the designated area for kids under five it's a safe space where little ones can play without worrying about bigger kids.

Unfortunately, my interaction with the front desk associate, Kelly, was unpleasant from the start. Kelly (blonde hair) was rude, passive-aggressive, and showed no willingness to help resolve a simple issue with my Groupon. I've visited this location several times over the past few months and even booked my son's birthday party here. On multiple occasions, when the internet connection made it difficult to access my Groupon voucher, other employees and even a team lead gladly provided a tablet so I could log in and redeem it. The same thing happened on the day of my son's birthday party, and the staff handled it without hesitation. This time, Kelly simply stated that "the rules have changed" and that tablets are no longer provided. While I understand that policies can change, there was no effort to offer an alternative solution or show any empathy. Customer service is about helping people, especially returning customers who have supported your business. I left feeling frustrated and unappreciated. Consistency in customer service is important, and no customer should be treated differently depending on which employee they happen to encounter. I hope management reviews this experience and provides additional customer service training so future guests receive the respectful and helpful service that I've experienced in the past.

Their staff is misleading and unprofessional and there are concerns regarding conduct by management. On multiple occasions, the main trampoline and activity areas were extremely hot because the AC was not operating. Employees repeatedly stated that the system was broken. However, private birthday party rooms appeared to have functioning air conditioning, raising concerns that cooling may be provided only in select areas while customers in the main activity spaces are left in uncomfortable and potentially unsafe conditions. This is especially concerning given the physically demanding activities and the large number of children using the facility. When concerns were raised, staff responses were dismissive and inconsistent. Different employees provided conflicting explanations about the AC. A front desk employee contacted a manager, who stated that if we were unhappy with the temperature, we were free to leave. He then ended the call without identifying himself or attempting to address the issue. Shortly afterward, he called the employee back and continued the discussion privately rather than speaking directly with us. This does not appear to be an isolated incident. I visited approximately two weeks earlier when the air conditioning was functioning, but it was again not operating a few days later. I have also seen online reviews from other customers reporting similar concerns, including excessively hot conditions during birthday parties. Because this facility promotes vigorous physical activity for children and adults, maintaining a safe indoor environment should be a priority. Excessive heat can increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion, and other heat-related illnesses. Liability waivers should not excuse a business from maintaining reasonably safe conditions for its guests.

Everything, ESPECIALLY the floors clearly need a deep clean, and it was surprising that the facility appeared not to have been cleaned before opening. The bathrooms smelled bad, and the trash near the front entrance also had a strong odor. There were several staff members standing around talking, but no one seemed to be monitoring or maintaining the play areas (aside from the café area). I didn't even capture how dirty the kids play area was. Some of the foamed cushions were black. For the price we paid, we expected at least a clean environment for the kids to play in.
