Had such a great time at Launch Trampoline Park with my nephew. There's so much to do -- trampolines, obstacle courses, and different activity areas that keep kids (and adults) entertained the whole time. Everything felt clean, well organized, and safe, which made it easy to just relax and have fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the energy in the place was upbeat and exciting. It's the perfect spot for burning off energy, celebrating a special day, or just spending quality time together. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Came here for a birthday party and we were highly impressed. We had the entire center bay area for ourselves and it had a 360 degree vantage of the entire building space. It was secluded enough, as we were up a few sets of stairs. But we also could see all that was happening around us. So many options to chose from - bounce areas, basketball bounce, wall climb bounce, games for ducking and jumping, ball pits and climbing areas. Also a mini arcade in the middle. All included with our time. Pizza was fresh and delicious. Beer option was a great idea for some adult fun. Jump socks were neon colored, and the atmosphere was fun!! I honestly have only frequented this place as often as I have because kids 2 and under are free. However, this week was my first "paid" visit as my son is now 3 and I spent about $23 and some change for entry. We've been reusing the same socks since our first visit so that saves us roughly $3/$4 bucks each visit as well. I can't speak much for the presence of management but the employees here are all teens. With that being said, please don't expect much assistance or customer service experience. These are simply kids overlooking kids for what can be assumed is minimum wage. The facility is decent but cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom had a weird odor and the door was very heavy and loud upon closing. On this Wednesday afternoon foot traffic here was not too busy, but there were enough kids in the building for kids to find friends outside of those they may have come with for the day. Staff was visible. My son got scared and was stuck inside of the play gym, and a wonderful young lady working the bungee area stopped what she was doing to climb inside and help him down. That was very sweet of her and I do realize she did not have to step in and volunteer to do that. I'm giving this establishment three stars because now that the euphoria of being free has worn off, it is very easy to quickly realize that there are other local trampoline parks that offer better quality and have staff that are a bit better trained. We love launch! We went at the beginning of summer. There is a lot to do, and it is easy to see & monitor your children, that makes it a safer alternative than some other local trampoline parks, for children that need close observation. The staff are young, friendly, and on task as they actively help to make sure children are doing as they should. Mine had to be redirected a lot, by myself and the staff- who did well to explain proper use, and were very patient, w my severely autistic kiddo. Staff was kind yet, concerned with the experience/safety of all children and definitely worked to make sure children were able use equipment safely. The layout of launch feels very secure, unlike other trampoline parks nearby. I would say the ropes course is a bit challenging for the children, but I saw adults using that area. We all loved the swing which is definitely difficult to find at a trampoline park. The bathroom could use some help, but everything else was fine. I think that sanitation wipe dispensers located throughout would be a great addition. The environment is definitely less chaotic than some other trampoline parks in the area. read more

Busted Halloween Bash! Took grandson to Launch for Halloween Bash this past Saturday. His favorite holiday is Halloween & favorite thing to do is jump around indoor trampolines. Win- win...right? Not so fast. After falling for the great ad, I paid approx $35 online for entry and another $3 jump socks for 1 kid. When we arrived I had to a pay for jump sock to follow him around - $4. So this was supposed to be their Halloween "bash" right. It was really a regular old overpriced Saturday. All he got was jumping and 2 pieces of candy on our way out, from a blackbucket of candy near the registers. The staff (mostly teenagers concerned about their costumes & looks) were uninterested and very unfriendly. They walked around, switched positions, and ignored the kids. None of their costumes were very good or scary; costumes were much to talk about. Could not tell if they were store purchased or homemade. Sorry The music Launch played wasn't even Halloween themed. Oh, there was a birthday party there with a cute little gift bag they gave out ; It was isolated up the stairs though. Why not give $1 gift bags for Halloween. The advertised bash with half kids dressed, unenthused staff, no candy was a Bust and not a Bash. * My daughter & grandson says they have fresh & hot pepperoni that taste pretty good - so does Nico's, Anthony's and flat bread from Walmart. read more

I can tell when a franchise has an absentee owner when I walk into one. I had never been here before and needed something for my 9 year old to do this afternoon on the fly. We chose to go to Launch. She and her dad loved itbased on fun. I on the other hand was not impressed by them having no water for purchase. It's 94 degrees outside and children are running all over the place. Yet, there are only beverages with artificial sweeteners and carbonation available to purchase. Not one member of management thought to go buy a $4 case at Sams, BJ's or Costco? I sat in the dining area while my daughter and her dad did their thing. I was there for 3 hrs and the tables (some which had shoes on them at some point) where not wiped down once. The girls at the entrance were super friendly and engaging, besides that I was unimpressed in comparison to similar businesses that I have patronized. The pricing was what is to be expected I would assume. They could definitely add more flair to the behind the counter appearance to make it feel more lived in, especially at the food counter. read more

The staff here is unprofessional and down right rude. A bunch of teenagers who are only here to make there check and go home. Ordered just one item at the cafe... waited 30 minute. And then when i asked about my order i was given nothing but attitude. My kids wanted to do the play on there "meltdown" attraction they have here, a staff member was sitting, watching as kids asked for the machine to start, but all she did was watch. We all had the best day ever! We went for my sons 8th birthday and have never been or seen the place prior to booking. Launch is by far the best trampoline park any of us have ever been to and we've been to all of them in south Florida. I couldn't believe how many parents came to me and pointed out how clean the whole place is and how much there is to do for all ages. Endless activities, the two hour party was more like 3 hours and the kids were still playing and having fun. Everyone loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shemeel was fantastic and had the whole party under control. Every time I went to do something, she had it started already. Everything was absolutely perfect! My 8, 5,and 1 year old all had a ton of fun. Thank you!! We will be back so I can jump and play with them next time. read more

Staff was mostly unresponsive and slow. No one was at the counter to cash out our kids tickets and when we asked the cashiers rolled their eyes at us. Trampolines aren't super bouncy, more of a sinking feeling. And the "events" to try are more for an older participant than small kids. Overall pretty unimpressed read more

I hope none of the employees at Launch WPB will ever have a special needs child and have to go through what my family went through this morning. We were invited to a bday party that started during their toddler time. Our daughter is just a little older than their age 3-5 requirement, but our special needs daughter has the mental and physical capacity of a 3-year old. She was not able to process the fact that her siblings and friends were able to jump while she was not allowed. The two other jump parks we have been to in the area have never given her any issue with jumping during toddler time because of her mental and physical disabilities. The other jump parks made exceptions and I hope Launch WPB will consider doing the same in the future so families with disabilities don't feel discriminated against. read more

What a gem! Very clean and a ton for kids to do. Everything was open and in clean working order and overall safe. I even jumped with my 7 month old in an area and enjoyed the park myself. The staff were kids but put their best foot forward being courteous, professional and informative which I appreciated and speaks well of management. I have visited other places where the staff (kids) where constantly on their phone and sitting on service counters but this was not like that at all. None of them where on their phones and actually encouraged kids to play if they seemed not to know the game or how to play. I was so impressed that I gave my compliments to management and will def be back. read more

Place itself is nice and clean and pretty quite during the week which I like for my kids. If you're willing to look passed rude , unfriendly staff then you and your kid will have a good time in the facility. I think the owner should really look into upping the customer service. I was supposed to have a coordinator to help me during the party and she was less than mediocre. Showed up 10 min late after I looked for her couldn't care less about being helpful on getting socks and wrist bands. When we first got there, we stood in front of the desk waiting for one of the 3 girls sitting there to acknowledge us, but they were talking to each other. When they were ready, one barely explained the process (we had never been before). After all of that was taken care of, and the kids got to play, the place was pretty clean, but most of the games were inoperable with no signs on them so money was wasted on them, because no staff was willing to assist us with getting anything back for them. There were about 4-5 staff girls that were obviously infatuated with a male guest, following him all around and using their cell phones to take pictures of him and try to get his number. Maybe they did, but either way, no one was actually working. I saw other people needing help with things in the food area, again no one to be found. And when they went to get a staff member, the kid didn't want to be bothered with cleaning up a spilled drink, and the guest informed them that they were "now notified " that there was a spill so if anything happens, it was on them, because there were no napkins or paper towels available to even try to clean it. The kid just went and got a wet floor sign and left the mess. It felt like I was watching summer campers with no supervision. Not at a place of business, not welcomed, not even felt a little comfortable being that it seemed to be a free-for-all. I couldn't trust that safety was paramount for my family, or any others for that matter. read more

I went to a 10YO birthday party at Launch this weekend (not my child). The place looked clean & fun. However, when it came to service, the staff was disorganized and unfriendly. Staff didn't seem to be prepared for the basics like having enough supplies (cups & plates or a knife to cut the cake). There was no process for the lazer tag and as the kids began picking their own teams & equipment, the staff member began yelling at the kids. Unfortunately, the cake was late, & didn't arrive until the party was nearly over. At the end of the scheduled party (4:30) the staff came and repeatedly barking "You have to go" and "party's over" in a very forceful/unfriendly manner, claiming that "another party here & was waiting for the room" including raising voices to the kids. Naturally the father asked for 15 more minutes so that the kids could have time to eat their cake. The manager immediately denied the request. In an effort to help, some parents got a table in the general dining area. They were immediately told to leave because the cake was "outside food" which was not allowed in the dining area. This eventually led to one of the host parents momentarily raising his voice to the manager. 30 minutes later the police arrived because the manger called in a complaint against the parent. To be clear, the cake was late, which was not the management's fault, but the severe way in which they spoke to the all of the guests, AND the reluctance to be flexible in any way or help provide any solution, combined with the added insult of calling of the police, was sad and reflective of a staff that is more concerned with flexing their muscle than working with a family who had just spend significant $ at their establishment. My son & I stayed about an hour longer so he could continue to play. At 5:30, the room was still sitting completely empty. There was NEVER another party waiting. The whole scene would have been easily avoided if they had just given the kids an extra 15 minutes to eat their cake. If I owned this place I would be looking for new management & staff. I'd also be issuing sincere apologies to the host family and the other guests. With several other trampoline parks in the area, there is 0% chance that I would ever return to this place. If you're looking for a venue for a fun party, I would avoid this place like the plague. read more

I'm giving this place a 2, merely because the kids enjoyed it. We had our birthday party for our child here and while the kids had fun, it was a bitter experience for us. There's always that one employee at any business that you may get stuck with who is lazy, rude, unwilling to help or provide the services you paid for and just utterly visually miserable with their job; however, I've never experienced a business where every employee is like this across the board. We paid a few hundred dollars to secure time at the stations, food, a private room and then we paid an additional fee for the rope course. Every employee from our initial entry, registration, set-up, food service, station service, clean up etc. couldn't have expressed their utter misery for being there. We ordered several nacho platters (the one thing my kid wanted) and weren't told until we arrived that they were unable to make those. Instead, they gave us four small individual movie theater style chips and melted velveeta cheese that tasted like they cut it with old dishwasher water. We ordered several plates of chicken fingers for the kids (weeks ahead of time to be served in the room we rented). The chicken fingers came out after the cake was served. They had a schedule for us but left the "rope course" out and then just crammed it in for us after telling us we had to wait because they couldn't find the "rope course guy". They finally found him and he was less than thrilled to be there after telling us the rope course wasn't included in the package even though we paid for it. He then demanded we show him a receipt which we did. The laser tag course we paid for was cool except for the miserable person setting the kids up with the equipment who never bothered to ensure my kid's equipment (the birthday boy) actually worked. My little boy spent the whole course running around with a vest and gun that didn't work, too shy and timid to tell the employee,, oh wait, he couldn't because the employee stayed in the prep room and never went in to watch the kids. How do I know this???,,, because the fathers wanted to watch their kids but couldn't get in the door because Mister Misery locked it. That's right parents, if you think your kids are monitored in the dimly lit laser tag room you would be mistaken. Parents basically have to force their way in. Why would the employee lock the door and hang out in the prep room on his cell phone while ten kids played laser tag by themselves? The employees, with their "I don't want to be here" looks on their faces had no concept of time or schedules. The kids had 5 minutes before our time slot ended to scarf down the food that came out after the cake! I ordered several beer buckets for the parents. As soon as the chicken fingers came out (after the cake and five minutes before our time was up), the employees swarmed the room and started packing everything up. One employee said, "your time is up" to which I responded, "you just brought out the food!" She in turn responded "you have to leave now." They packed up our food and put in on a cart; however, they must have forgotten to pack up the six unopened beers in the ice bucket that was clearly sitting next to the cake. I had parents coming up to me telling with a wry smile that everything was packed up except the unopened beer mysteriously vanished. I bitched and told them to either give me the six beers or take it off my bill. They gave me five but I was so irritated I didn't say anything. It's obvious that there is no leadership or employee accountability at this location. Corporate seems to be oblivious but I suppose with the way they get parties in and out like a factory, the turnover rate justifies the miserable employees when calculating profit. I guess parents suck it up because the kids don't have to experience this side of things. It's a shame that an entire staff is a bunch of miserable, rude and useless group of individuals. read more

I bring my daughters when I can. The park is clean, safe and very well maintained. Every single staff member has been kind, professional and extremely friendly to my kids which meant everything to me. I have a blast playing against my kids in air hockey and the rest of the video games. I don't usually write reviews and my money is hard to come by these days but every time I go, I and the kids enjoy ourselves. Plus, I get some good exercise jumping. I believe that the management is very accommodating and very attentive to the guests, and one thing to point out is, I have seen how the managers treat their employees. I was impressed by how respectfully they regarded the kids who work there. So, if you are wondering if you should check the place out, do it. EXTREMELY INSECURE PLACE!!!! My husband's phone was stolen today from our table and nobody from the staff even tried to help us, they all said they couldn't check the cameras. We Had to call the police and when they checked the cameras, we found out that a member from the SAME STAFF took the phone! This is unacceptable, nobody even apologize for the inconvenience. Bought a special package during spring break that was buy one get one and use the second on a later date. I went to redeem the second thinking they would be able to look up the purchase. I was given a hard time and told I needed to keep a card I was given at the original purchase. I was not given a card for entry or tickets when I made the original purchase. I was given a receipt and the original purchase was March 16. I looked up my email and found the waiver, I showed that to the GM and he agreed that there was a promotion that I was talking about going on at that time. I asked for him to look up the transaction so I could redeem what I purchased and he said it was not possible. ( I'm sure his loss prevention team will claim otherwise since I'm sure he gets audited don't lie to your customers) after about 10 minutes back and forth he finally agreed to honor the promotion I had already purchased. By the way the card he was talking about was the arcade ticket card.... THE ARCADE TICKET CARD THAT YOU USE TO GET THE CHEAP PRIZES! THE ONE YOU GET AND USE AND THROW AWAY! MAYBE THEY SHOULD DO BETTER TRAINING FOR THEIR STAFF TO EXPLAIN THAT THE ARCADE CARD TICKETS SECOND AS AN ENTRY TICKET TO THE PARK! ‍‍‍ There also needs to be an option to email receipts especially if you're going to do promotions that are buy one get one for reentry at a later date, you email a copy of the waiver so it's definitely a plausible thing to do. I appreciate the GM finally agreeing to honor the promotion of what I had already paid for but the process needs to better for the customer so no one else has to argue about promotions they've already purchased. It also goes back to training the staff to explain what the customer will need to have for the reentry. read more

From the second you walk in there we had a fantastic experience. The staff was so incredibly helpful, courteous and just happy and attentive which is very unusual for an amusement facility. My out of town friend was shocked! I have to say so was I. They even came over to make sure we were enjoying ourselves with my friends daughter. The facility was super clean and I'm not sure who had more fun, us two grown ups or his daughter. We'd planned on going to the gym but there was no childcare but I have to say after 2 hours on rock walls and trampolines and obstacle courses we were all beat and probably ended up having a better workout. Followed it up with laser tag and it was one of the most fun things I've even done. Then some video games and 3 hours later we were spent. Literally one of the best activities and experiences I've had in a long time and she even wanted to go back again today!!! The staff is so friendly they even walked us to the door to make sure we had a good time and enjoyed the experience. I really can't say enough about this facility. Hands down one of the best family friendly and fun places ever. Makes you feel like you are 10 again. Though the following day maybe feeling more my age HA. But that's my own enthusiasm. Had to give a shout out since I didn't see any ratings, and this place really deserves the praise. Well done all at Launch! read more
