We came unplanned after looking on Groupon and found a deal for a 90 minute pass to use anything in the trampoline park. When we arrived on a late Saturday afternoon, the place was full of kids and lots of energy was burned off with plenty of things to do. You can literally spend the whole day there, but I found that two hours was just enough to get the kids worn out. There are obstacle courses, foam pits, zip lining, swings, trampolines, basketball, slides, beams, dodgeball area, and a bunch of other things to do. It is suitable for all ages and I found that the deal was worth it. There is also a food court that offers pizza, concession items, and beverages with a sitting area upstairs. There was plenty of staff walking around and making sure that the participants were safely having fun. They made sure that people were not using the areas that needed staff supervision if there wasn't anybody there to monitor the area. What a fun time! read more

I have been to trampoline parks in the past. Typically, they are geared towards children and can become monotonous after 15 minutes. Defy is not one of those parks! Defy takes action park to the next level by offering several different attractions within their realm of trampolines. They have a ninja warrior course which is challenging yet safe because of the foam pits to break your fall. They have a dodge ball arena complete with trampoline sides so you can run up the walls. There are several areas where you can get some extra bounce and do trick into a foam pit. They have swings, a trapeze, ropes to walk across, gymnastics areas, basketball, battling, zip lining, and so much more. You will be entertained here for hours! In addition to all of the attractions, they have a food court and an upstairs eating area. I didn't try any food, but it looked like decent snacks to hit the spot. My teen son went here for a jump party and had such a great time! He loved all of the jumping and loved that he was able to hang with his friends. Loved the trampolines and obstacles as well. There is an area that they could have pizza and that was good. He also did get a pair on non slip socks as well so that is key for jumping.There is a dodgeball section a well which he loves. Luckily the kids like to jump and they really can't screw that up. The jump area could be a little cleaner. There is some trash and it debris on the ground. The bathrooms have literally no toilet paper and only paper towels. This will be a huge problem for the plumbing of the facility since most people are going to just flush the paper towels. The concession stand only has the bare minimum which is drinks and a few chips. No nachos or other food, no smoothies or other items which are listed on the menu. My kids had so much fun here!!! DEFY is a little more than just an indoor jump park, there are a few obstacles course type of areas to play on that sets this place apart from other venues we've been to. We purchased on Groupon for $12 for 90 minutes of play. You do have to sign a waiver, as expected, and you'll need the non slip socks. As far as covid precautions, we wore mask going in when speaking close to the employees at the check in desk and also at the snack stand. There really wasn't too many people there to worry about "social distancing" but I mean if you're willing to come to a place like this during the craziness, I'm assuming social distancing isn't something you'd be too concerned about. A dangerous place for young kids on the weekends. It is filled with older kids that do not care about smaller children. I've seen little kids being pushed, trampled over, and bullied on several occasions. The staff is nice, but very young and they do not know how to handle any conflict. I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet considering this is our second home! We LOVE Defy! I have 3 kids under 5 and we visit Defy at least once a week! I have seen on multiple occasions the manager showing and overseeing employees not only what to clean but how to clean it well! He doesn't shy away from getting down on his hands and knees and showing his employees how he expects them to clean. There have been huge improvements recently including massage chairs and arcade games. They also have a snack bar that we were more than impressed with the quality of food (we've only gotten the pizza so far) The staff is always so kind and Helpful. I love this place and always beg to come here it's lots of fun but on the huge swing if you jump off the rubber scratches your back Once I was here with some friends and was on the trampoline and my leg fell through the corner I was screaming and no one could here me because the music's so loud and springs were wrapping around my leg and pinching me and I only weigh about 75 pounds so if your suuuuuppppooeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrr heavy I wouldnt go on the tramps But this was just my experience and this park is clean and well organized And I don't understand the reviews about teens running it a playing on there phones there actually give kids lots of self esteem so they feel comfortable doing some scary stuff and they pay attention and I see them learning from well experienced workers In reality this place should get a 4.5 Would definitely recommend read more

So my lady and I decided to take our 3 kids and their cousin to Defy on this lovely August Sunday afternoon. School is almost starting and summer is almost over so why not?... Defy indoor trampoline park is a great alternative to the beach, pool, or water park, especially on cloudy/rainy days. There are lots of kids on a Sunday but there is always a comfy place to sit for adults. The kids are required to wear gripper socks with the rubber on the bottom.. so make sure you bring a pair for each child. Otherwise you'll have to buy them here for $2-3. I consider Defy relatively safe (although we personally never take out eyes off the kids). The kids usually make a mew friend or two here, so overall a good crowd. The dodgeball section is another story lol... things tend to get a little chippy so I rarely let my little one play there. Defy has water fountains near the restroom and they don't allow you to bring any juices but you can bring in water bottles. read more

Wonderful experience every time! The other reviews are correct-a lot of the staff are young adults but they are great-Always willing to help the kids or attend to any need. There are a bunch of them who are regularly moving through the park so it feels like there are always eyes everywhere. I can't speak to the food here as we have never ordered. Food mixed with jumping on a trampoline just seems to be a bad combo! Overall, it's clean, staff is friendly, & membership prices are fair. This is our favorite trampoline park that we've been to. Wear and tear are starting to show. Cleanliness is going downhill. I use to brag about the cleanliness of this park. Can't do that any more. It's turning into the rest of them. It's disappointing. My kids love coming here. It's still my favorite because of the open floor plan. I can see all 3 of my kids even if they run out in different directions. Plenty of seating throughout. We don't visit any of the other parks any more because they are filthy and too many hidden corners to hide and climb in to. The last 3 visits, the bathrooms have been dirty, messy and not fully stocked. If they aren't maintaining the cleanliness of the restrooms regularly it makes me wonder how seriously they are taking care of cleaning the rest of the facility. I'll end on a positive note, we attended the Members Luau Party. My kids had a great time. They handed out Hawaiian Leis, had a hula contest, a relay race, games, arts and craft, photo props and plenty of time to play and jump. read more

I know 3 people who have been injured at this place. The stack of injury paper work that have been filled out became so large customers now need to sign a waiver to enter. Kids had fun. Only thing I didn't like was that when you buy their drinks, you can't bring it back into the trampoline sidelines where parents sit. They make you get a locker and you can leave it by cashier lockers... even if you bought the drink there. While looking at the contract it was signed by the employee and not my wife. Yesterday was my daughter's birthday, we had her party booked here for over a month. I feel that there was no communication between Defy and myself to confirm all the details. When I got there the person checking people in for birthday parties didn't seem to know what was going on. I was told there would be a place to put all the decorations, food and other things for the party but had to wait over 30mins the cupcakes melted in my car, and the balloons started to deflate. The trampoline park itself was fun for the kids but the other issue occurred when it was time for the kids to go eat. Our room should've been set up and ready for us to go in at 5:30 but at 5:20 I still see our cart of stuff sitting next to the check in desk. I go to ask what's going on and I see the kid flipping through papers and asking me, "umm what time is your party?" Another person came and said "oh you will be in room 1." When we got in the room at 5:25 there was juice spilled on the counter, kids shoes still on the benches and trash all over the floor. While I'm trying to rush to get the room set up they are telling all my guests that their time is up and to go to the room, the room that wasn't even ready. I was putting decorations out on the table and spilled on a puddle of water, if the day hadn't already been terrible that was the icing on the cake, the roof was leaking in multiple places. My back has not stopped hurting, but their remedy for this was to bring in a huge Home Depot bucket that only contained one of the leaks, no towels or anything to dry the floor not even a wet floor sign. We couldn't even use the whole room. When I told the staff about my experience they claimed they could only give me vip passes or something from the concession stand. In my mind that was like a slap in the face given the situation. The pizza came in almost 15 mins after the kids got to room, I'm glad I brought other food for them to eat because they were hungry after jumping for 2 hrs. Then they forgot one of the pizzas, which took another 15 mins. They also forgot to bring my daughter her T-shirt and the other kids their water bottles until I mentioned it. Then after the party they bring me a survey, one that was previously filled out by another family and told me when we ran out of the form but you can write your answers on this tiny post-it note. I told then with the say I had I needed a whole sheet of paper. He left and came back with a survey saying o we were able to print one out for you. I'm highly disappointed in the lack of care or attention to anything regarding my daughter's birthday. This was the worst experience I've had with a facility in my whole life. We had the worst experience with the general manager, Alan, at DEFY. First off, I've spent over 3 months trying to get my money back when I realized that I was being charged multiple times for a DEFY membership which I had already cancelled in February 2020. So I called and spoke with one of the managers and was told that memberships were automatically frozen in March 2020 due to COVID and then automatically unfrozen upon their reopening (even though I had already walked in and cancelled my membership prior to DEFY temporarily closing). I never gave authorization to "unfreeze" my already cancelled membership simply because the COVID closing was over. I was given an email address to send this information to so it would be resolved and after reaching out more than once with no response for months, I decided to just go in. So my husband and I went into DEFY and explained the entire situation to the general manager, Alan. He was seemingly very kind and apologized about the situation and said he would take care of it himself, emailing the woman he needed to email regarding our issue right then and there. He assured us that she would reach out to us by the following Tuesday and also gave us a number to call her with ourselves. After unanswered emails, multiple unanswered phone calls with too full of a mailbox to even leave a voicemail, the whole week went by so we decided to come in tonight (Friday) to finally get it figured out. When we arrived, we requested to speak to Alan again so one of the staff members went to go get him but told us he would be out soon since he was busy. After patiently waiting outside for over 30 minutes, my husband decided to go in to make sure Alan knew we were still outside and waiting to speak to him. After being pointed to his office, my husband knocked on the door and a female employee opened the door while he stood at the doorway. The general manager then said something (which was unheard at first as he was sitting far into the room and loud music was being played in the trampoline area) so my husband leaned in asking what he said and then the manager abruptly got up from his seat, got in my husband's face and began yelling at him "I told them to tell you I'll come out when I'm done, I'm busy and dealing with a personal matter with an employee, get out! I thought I told you they would take care of it for you!" and then the manager proceeded to threaten him with trespassing. On the way out of the building, multiple employees said that this was not the first time something like this has happened, not only towards customers but employees as well. So we stood outside talking with one of the higher-up employees while still waiting to speak with the general manager and then a cop pulled in... he did not get out of his car and seemed to be just observing. We continued speaking to the employee and asked for any other phone number that would actually help us resolve this issue but were told that there unfortunately is not one and that multiple customers are complaining about being charged for memberships without permission. After waiting outside for about 5 more minutes with the manager Alan still inside, we decided to leave and take care of the matter through the bank. I loved DEFY and planned to go back even after the whole ordeal with unauthorized membership charges. However, I can't even begin to find the words to express the absolute inappropriateness of the way the general manager spoke to and threatened my husband, a customer, and just handled the situation.
