There's a change machine for quarters, and takes $1, $2, $5, $10, and $20 bills. No laundry cards here, and no credit cards accepted. For the most part, it's effectively open from 5am to 8:55pm since last wash has to be started by 9pm according to the posted rules. See pic for holiday hours. The double digit numbers on the machines are the number of quarters needed to use a machine. If you see three digits, like 400, it costs $4 to use. As of July 2023: $4 for top loader, only 6 available $5 for 4 of the front loaders, $6 for front loader with a little more room (10 available) Dryers are $0.25 for 4-minute increments, can fit 2 loads' worth.  Recommend 40 minutes ($2.50) to get a good amount of drying for most loads. Lint traps look like they're locked by key, but should be checked and cleared before using a dryer. Aim to get here before 7pm to avoid the rush of people trying to get in at the last minute.  It's not the dirtiest, but not the cleanest either. Bring some sanitary wipes to be safe. read more

I went to this Launderland, because it was close to where I moved, too. In front of the door the two large washers would not take quarters. I checked to make sure the door was closed properly, it was. Of course, I found this out, after, I loaded one, and added my detergent and fabric softener. I moved my clothes to a large washer on the right side, which seemed to be okay? When, I went to one of the dryers on the leftside of the room, on the top, and started loading my clean clothes? I stopped, because there was a spent tied off condom and rapper in the dryer!!! Yuck!!! I found two clean dryers, because I wanted to get the hell out of here!!! Hi I am a customer that came to wash & dry and I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund! The washers don't wash well and the dryers did not dry my clothes what so ever! I have to waste my time and gas to finish drying my clothes elsewhere. $35 for just 2 loads of laundry and 4 dryers loads is ridiculous. The place can use a good wipe down as well! No attendant at all. Dryer #41 took 6 quarters and did not dry clothes. Same thing with dryer #42 and 43. Washer # 38, took a while to start after I put the coins and locked the door. No visible signs to alert of machines out of order. This has been the 3rd time this happened to us! Not coming back here at all! read more

This laundry mat is very dirty. The machines look like they haven't been cleaned since the location opened. It's a health hazard and it shows that the Health Department doesn't do regular inspections like they probably should be. The owner is happy to collect the money but pays no attention to the cleanliness of the machines. There is mold growing in every single detergent dispenser here. Pulled up at 8:50 PM one night just to dry my clothes for 16 minutes. That's it. That's all. But apparently, that was too much to ask for this dusty laundromat and its pressed-to-close owners. The older couple running the place looked like they were about to melt from the stress of me daring to use a dryer. The woman immediately hit me with the attitude, saying "we're closed" -- even though the giant sign said otherwise. Thankfully, the man had some sense and let me dry my clothes. But let's talk facts: Their machines? Trash. Half don't work and the other half rob you. Their customer service? Nonexistent. Just bad vibes and stolen quarters. The lady? One of the worst places I've been to in a long time. The majority of their dryers did not dry even after putting in 3 to 5 dollars per load and no I didn't overload them. Informed the clerk when she finally showed up at 9:21 PM right before closing that the items are not working, did not offer to pay to change the dryer to a different dryer or anything. floor was completely soaked then it was dirty from people walking in the water and tracking it around. Plus they don't even have a restroom for you to use but you in there for some people hours. Then they had a nerve to charge you for four minutes $.25 unlike most places give you eight minutes for the same price, for dryers that don't even working still charging that amount is ridiculous. AVOID this place at ALL cost; it's filthy and the owner is horrible! I went to the liquor store to ask for the owner because after putting two dollars it was not heating. He started arguing with me, was in my face interrogating me as to the details of his faulty dryer. Then I told him to get out of my face, this made me elevate my voice & yell a curse word. Half the time the machines steal your quarters. The number posted for issues never replies back. The cleaning lady has tried to tell me to leave even before the last wash/dryer time posted in the front entrance washing machine. Not sure if there is some miscommunication language barrier between her and operating hours because she's tried to tell me I'm too late when I'm clearly not before the last wash /dryer that is posted. So I would recommended coming a bit before last wash/dryer cycle unless you want her to tell you something. When the washing machines and dryers do work, they do a decent job, I can't say they don't wash my stuff well. read more

FINALLY! That old man that yells and that "cleaner" gone! The new owners really took charge here. They did a fresh paint job, brighter lights, new ceiling, new TVs, and machines are mostly all working, and more importantly, it's clean. I come here 2-3 times a week and the new cleaning crew are so nice and really pay attention to detail. The location is great but I stopped coming because the old owner and "cleaner" were terrible. I've been to a lot of laundromats... This one was disappointing. Still soapy after running the washer, had to pay to run it again (and I don't use a lot of soap)... And still turned out in same condition. I split the load into two dryers for 30 minutes each, on hot, and checked at the 20 minute mark. One load was completely dry, which was great. In the second dryer, the clothes were ice cold to the touch. I checked just to make sure I didn't mistakenly dry on the wrong setting, but it was on HOT. I ended up transferring the cold clothes to the other dryer to dry the rest of the way. They were still a little damp by the time I pulled them out, but honestly I was so frustrated and fed up that I just took them anyway, and I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Also, no fans or air conditioning, the place was extremely stuffy. I definitely won't be back. read more

I've been going here for the past 2 years. I feel like the machines don't get your clothes clean enough. I also feel like they aren't properly cleaned and maintainenced themselves. There is tonssss of old soap in the soap compartment and yucky gunk on o-rings in washers. Typically hot inside. Limited seating. Also, very expensive. Came here because my Maytag took a dive after 13 years. There big machines in front take $5.50(22) quarters. I kept putting money and didn't hear it lock to start. After I put in $8 of quarters I called the manager/owner who works in the liquor. He also argued with me telling me I don't know how to use true damn machine, then basically calls me a liar for telling him how much money I put in the machine.. he told me to call the number on the wall and I said NO!!! Give me back my money to start my load. He mumbled something to himself telling me he will be right back. He returns with the key to open the machine and proceeds to take out $5.50 worthy of coins to start my load. I said, hey where the rest of my money. I wasted $8 you owe me $2.50. He was bothered and told me call the number and they will send me a check. I told him I used CASH not a check to use your machines. He told me to contact management and take up with them. Uh You are the management. I walked to the liquor store and said where's the rest of my money, I walked out upset and disappointed but not before I told him I was going to review him on yelp and report his business to the BBB for fraud.. his machines robbing people of money, not dispensing your change back. Once a machine ate my quarters in the big 4 dollar machine...called the number on the board and the owner refunded me over at the liquor store quickly. No problems. It was pretty quiet when my boyfriend and I came to do our laundry and as we were sitting on the benches, roaches were making their way out from under the machines. Awful. Filthy and broken machines. When you tell the manager the machine is broken he blames you and claims you don't know how to properly load/operate it. He argued for a while and finally agreed to let me re wash my item. He made me do it in the SAME machine. I told him it was broken (who would want to wash the same stuff twice of the machine that was broken) I think he was trying to prove a point. The point was the machine was still broken the second time and yet he still blamed me cause I am too stupid to wash. Here is the best part....if I don't Iike it (the broken machine) then I can go somewhere else. I can take my liquor store business too. He doesn't want any customers who have the nerve to complain about broken equipment. Hope the owner sees this. Your manager doesn't clean, maintain, repair or resolve customer issues. So what are you paying him for????? BTW the TV should be turned off if you refuse to repair it. The constant stuttering is annoying. Multiple machines have no labels so u get to guess what temperature you are washing on. This is not a fun game. These items need to be repaired. I had to leave with a soapy mess because the machine would not agitate or spin. The manager came back and started to offer me my my money. When i started to tell him good, because my item is still full of soap he snapped his hand back and started yelling at me about why I complained. Only one star because there isn't a setting for less. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use this facility. It is VERY dirty and several of the machines do not work. They aren't marked just take your money and then you figure it out. Settings don't work on many of their machine. What a waste of money!! read more
