This business is closed. I saw all kinds of locks on the doors. It's a shame since the lady was so good at alterations.

I don't get much dry cleaning done, so I don't know what the norm for prices are, but they didn't seem too high (in response to a review saying that $2.50 is too much for to launder a shirt was too spendy.) The owners are friendly and efficient, and I appreciate the drive-up service. read more

So I've never used a dry cleaner before but I'm entering the part of my life where I'm collecting nice enough clothes that need to be dry cleaned. And that's when I decided to do a sort of "battle of the dry cleaners" and take 1 garment each to several of the local corona dry cleaners to see which one I liked best. I went to 11 in all and American Cleaners was pretty good. Dunno about the previous review complaining of high prices but I found this place to be of average price. They weren't the cheapest but they def weren't one of the most expensive. I brought a dress here and was charged $9.05. It was ready 3 days later and was cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction. The clerk was nice. They even have a convenient drive thru type feature that makes it easy to pull up and quickly drop off or pick up. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience but I will say they close earlier than most other places (M-F: 7am-6pm, S-S: 9am-4pm) but maybe they open earlier than most places? Haven't checked to say for sure but 7am seems quite early so that may be convenient for some people. However, I prefer places to stay open later than open earlier. read more

Initial impression. Very slow and pricey. Shirts were Laundered and pressed. Cost per shirt was $2.50. Won't be coming back here.

Prices are not clearly posted and I believe this led to my poor experience. I went in about a month ago to have a dress cleaned and was charged $6.60. I thought that was a lot but seeing as I really like the dress and I really didn't want to mess it up by attempting to wash it myself, I was willing to pay. They did a really good job and getting it looking nice again, although I could still smell the armpit smell some. I was really hoping they would get that out and I specifically mentioned it when dropping off. Overall I was happy though, I planned to come back and I did. I went to pick up my dress today and was told the price was $8.05. What?! I let the lady know the price I paid last time, and even showed her on my banking app that I was only charged $6.60 for the same dress only a month ago. She said she would check the dress and see what's going on. She got my dress and said that the latest price was the correct price. $8.05 is the minimum price for dresses and last time was a mistake. $1.45 wouldn't usually cause me so much distress but it made me realize that prices aren't clearly posted and how was I mistakingly charged if that's base price? But also the fact that she didn't do anything to try and make me happy. A courtesy price adjustment and a heads up that next time it will be more would have made me happy but nothing. read more
