This is where I go when I have large loads or when the machines at home are busy. The washers and dryers here have never given me any trouble. Some of them are very large which makes for good value, with some accepting cards for payment which is convenient. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. (Note that restrooms are available when staff are present - just ask) The only downside is that there aren't a whole lot of carts available but this could be remedied if customers wouldn't "claim" them by throwing a towel or something in them while they sit idle. Some people, eh? Well, I'd recommend getting in early anyway, before business picks up and while the vibe is still nice and mellow. read more

I visited this laundromat for the first time yesterday and unfortunately my experience was not good. The attendant/cleaning staff came across as rude during my visit. At one point, I had my laundry basket placed in front of the washer I was using, and although it was not blocking anyone or in the way (it was a quiet time with very few customers), it was moved twice without asking and placed on a seating bench. Since it was my first time there, I also asked about the dryer pricing and timing. He said he didn't know and had to ask another customer, which was surprising for staff on-site. Later, while I was transferring my clothes from one dryer to another because they were not drying properly, a dryer sheet fell on the floor. While I was still in the middle of moving my clothes, I was told, "we pick up trash we drop in this location." I understand keeping the place clean is important, but the timing and tone felt unnecessary since I was clearly still in the process of handling my laundry and intended to pick it up right after. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and not very customer-friendly. I hope management can improve staff training and customer service so first-time customers feel more comfortable. read more

Organized and clean co-op laundromat. Hours are good the last wash is at 9pm doors close at 10pm. 20 min wash $2.75, 6 load is $6 I forget what the others were but around that price and usually 3 quarters will dry a load in their big dryers. There are change machines, but they seem to be out most of the time. but there are options to pay with your card on 3,6,8 size loads which have been working great, and you can do big items like comforters easily. Price is less per load when you do the larger capacity ones. People doing laundry are friendly keep to themselves. read more

Washing machines are filthy. The coin machine is always out of quarters. The dryers and washers do not want to accept the quarters. When using a debit/credit card make sure to check how much they have charged you, as I have been overcharged. Be sure to use a lot of laundry sanitizer, there is mildew, mold and/or green algae looking stuff in the washers. Please see pictures read more

First time here....let me start off by saying it's filthy, no attendant on site. The reason why I came here was because the other Laundromat in Torrance I go to wash my pillows and blankets were out of order so I decided to come here as it was the closest location. The only thing on a door is to leave a note with info if any problems and they will send you your money (which I did, and have pics to prove if the owner responds to this or reimburses me) A 6$ machine stole 2 quarters. Another 6$ machine left my 3 body pillows super dirty and moldy. Instead of my pillows getting washed , my pillows washed their machine ( I left my 3 body pillows there for them as I was disgusted to take them home. I go here on occasion but todays visit was the first and last time during the Covid pandemic. I was shocked to find so many people unmasked and the lack of distancing made me furious! A sign on the door states "Masks Required" yet nobody to enforce it? Kids ranging 6--12 running wild no masks getting in everyones way, several people without a mask in sight. They knew they were being watched but they didnt care. We came here once and will not return again. The machines are filthy, but we had no choice, because we needed to do laundry so we stayed. There were kids running around. There should be an attendant on site to clean and help customers at least. We did not feel safe doing laundry here. Unsafe. This is my local laundromat as I live in the neighborhood next to here. I think it's fine to not have an employee on site at all times, as they don't do extra services. But today I was using a machine and it started leaking EVERYWHERE. I am unable to stop the machine from cycling and water is getting everywhere. I have tried calling many times to no avail. If someone walks past that machine they could seriously injur themselves. Not being able to contact anyone in an emergency is a HUGE issue. read more

A truly pleasant experience. My family and I recently moved and decided to add a 2nd floor laundry. The expected completion is taking much much longer than anticipated so unfortunately we could no longer get away with not doing laundry. I decided on this laundromat because the dry cleaners we love is right next door. I walked in not knowing my way around and not really knowing what it would cost. The washing machines were 1.75 and the times varied depending on the wash selection. My cold wash was 20 min long whereas my warm wash was 18 min long. The dryers were only 25 cents however I would say that it took about 2.00 for everything to fully dry. Although the laundromat handyman was there and he said if you load the dryers to capacity they actually dry faster because there isn't a ton of space for air. Makes sense. The laundromat was clean, had change machines, soap and dryer sheet machines and bench seating. There had to be about 30 washers and even more dryers including industrial size machines for comforters and pillows. What I really like the most was the fact that I was able to do 3 loads of laundry in 2 hours. That was heaven! I might be back!!!! Only downside was parking. I had to park a ways away near the grocery store because the laundromat only has a few designated spots available. read more

I used to come here all the time and do my laundry but now every time I come here I see homeless people taking showers in the bathroom.

It's a mostly decent place to stop by and do a few loads of laundry if you need to, but my chief complaint about this location is that the areas where you pour the detergent and/or fabric softener into have mold build-up in them. I mean, a light scrubbing once daily, heck, even weekly, would solve this problem. It would be really great to see that problem go away. read more

This place is weak sauce. I keep coming here because its close to my home but it seems to be more crowded every time. I've gotten used to there being absolutely not carts available to move your laundry from one machine to another, but today there are ZERO open dryers. I wish I was exaggerating. People are actually lining up for dryers. Every time I'm here there seems to be one or two gigantic families that take over half the place, and there is almost never any sort of management presence to deal with them (or the bums that sleep on the benches and yell at people for slamming dryer doors). Sadly this is the cleanest laundromat in lomita that I've found so far. For that alone launderland, you earn your one star. Congratulations. read more

I used to come here to wash my comforters & sleeping bags. I came today to wash them & it smells like a sewer inside. Like really bad. I don't want my blankets smelling nasty after paying $10 to wash them in the big load washers. I will be finding a new place to clean my stuff. read more

Definately the only place I go on a weekly basis to do my laundry!! They have atleast 30 washers($1.25) and dryers(.25 cents each). There are Atleast three 6 load washers and about sixteen 3 load washing machines and 6 new 3 load washing machings that are 10 coins $2.50 total. I love them. They have their older 3 load machines which are great but cost $3 and just a note if you do end up using the older 3 load machines make sure to close them tightly because they will leak and trust me it aight pretty mess. Yes this has happen to me. luckily it wasn't during rush hour so i didnt have that many witnesses watching me clean up my mess. The only reason why i say this is because once they are shut and the machine is started their is no way of opening them up so you have to force them shut. Just a clumsy note to the clumsy ones like me. haha Oh and make sure to claim your basket when you get their beacause you do get a few territorial people and if your see me there im marking my basket so dont even think about it!!! lol I am the only one in my house hold and i dont know how i come up with atlease 7-10 loads weekly I might be a messy girl i dont know. I always seem to go when it's busy. Although there are lots of washers and dryers I seem to have trouble because entire families come at once and use them all. Some of the dryers are appallingly old and I have to keep pumping in quarters. I feel like there is no employee presence here at all. read more

Then place is decent and they open late. I came very late one night. I wasn't done with my drying after closing time and I ask the attendant if it's okay to let it dry some more. She let me stay for a couple more minutes to finish the dry. I thought that was really nice. read more
