Came here to take care of washing large comforters and also when the washer at home broke. I don't write a lot of laundromat reviews but this is a solid place: Super clean floors and counters Very friendly and helpful staff who speak Spanish and English Equipment in great shape Electronic payments taken including Apple Pay and credit cards (no need to hunt for quarters or bring cash) Feels safe. Lots of security cameras inside Washer sizes go up to six-loaders ($7 plus .5 extra for extra rinse/wash upgrades), quad loaders ($6), and so on. Dryers are 50c per ten minutes so a load normally takes about 30 minutes to dry They close at 10pm but don't make you leave immediately if your dryer is still wrapping up. Last load is at 9pm They also have fluff and fold services if you don't want to do the laundry yourself and just wanna drop it off An asset to this community! read more

Complete waste of time. Sun 8/2/25 - 3 washers accept coins, 4 dryers. The rest are card only, but I don't trust it. Of the 60+ machines in the building, fully 4/5 are out of service x 1year. This place was usually packed by 0630 on a Sunday no less, but for the last five months or so, I have been there alone. Today was the 2nd weekend in a row where the coin dispenser was broken. Smallest detergent in the vending machine is $5+ and snack machine dead for about a year as well. No more wasting my time here. read more

Went out of my way & wasted my time coming here!!!! They advertise having big washers so I came here, unloaded 8 bags of laundry & the big washers are all out of order!!!! Ridiculous!!! I counted 22 machines that were out of order. This isnt the first time they have had several machines with an out of order sign posted. I seldom use a laundromat except to wash the dog beds because they are too large for the home washer and dryer. Every time I come, I forget the process of using the machines. Inevitably, there is always someone who can advise me on how to use them. The first 2 times I used the facility I was kind of nervous, but no longer. 28 machines out of 44 say "out of order". It's maddening coming here. Half the machines won't take Apple Pay yet every machine is set up for it. So 18 machines work out of 44!!!! 80% of the coin collection won't take phone payments because it's broken. Clearly do not keep up with maintenance. This was my favorite laundromat during my recent, very long, remodel. Stopped by to do a couple of loads and now most of the washers & dryers have out of order signs on them. Card readers don't work, even on those with signs that say card only. Lots of machines with coin only signs. Seriously, just about every machine in the place has something wrong with it. They recently added the adjoining space for the laundry service but there are still machines on the laundromat side being used for the service. Don't really want to come to a place to wait for a machine because most aren't working. Hope they take care of the problem. read more

The owner is selling the laundromat!!! He should be ashamed of himself letting the machines break down and not repairing them. The manager lied straight to my face and said they couldn't get the parts to repair them when he knew it is for sale!!! Owner does not care about the customers who do their laundry there, only 13 working machines and most only accept coin or card not both!!!! I just used one of the big washers and dryers at Ecospin. I"m giving it 4 stars in the hopes that the owners will note that there is "room for improvement". I give 5 stars to the staff, who were super courteous and helpful! I have to say, though, that with almost 80 percent of all the machines with "out of order" signs on them, I was not able to form a good impression of whoever is managing the place. It has tremendous potential, and I like the fact that it is in a quiet residential area. I will give it another try in the future, in the hopes that some serious maintenance takes place, and more machines are up and running. Again, many thanks to the attendants! You know you've hit a primo spot when your washing your clothes with people who own a Benz and a Tesla. This place is clean and the attendant is super nice and helpful. What I love the most is that I can pay with a credit card. It's a bit more expensive than other places but it's Pennie's on the dollar so I'd rather come here than go to other cash only laundromats. read more

For years this has been a great place to do laundry; in and out quickly, with friendly people working there. The employees still are quite friendly, to be sure, very helpful and friendly. But on the Tuesday afternoon I was at Ecospin there were just too many of them! They were all doing massive amounts of laundry, perhaps for their fluff & fold customers or maybe even for other laundry services like one called Happy Nest . A truck with that branding pulled up and unloaded many more sacks. (photo) I counted 8 employees in blue uniforms not counting the truck driver who may or may not do laundry. On this particular day it was basically an industrial laundry. I was able to get two large capacity washers right away but I considered myself very lucky to find two dryers after waiting for a worker to empty them. Many of the dryers are refilled right away by the worker who has just emptied it. One apologized genuinely to me for needing it again and I do understand: Work is Work. I needed three dryers and I did find the third about 5 or so minutes later so it isn't like I was held up for very long. It's just a bit stressful since you feel you are in competition with the other non-uniformed "civilians" in the laundromat, vying for an open dryer. In spite of this competition the mood in the place was very cheerful, with a lively mix of music from Mexico flowing through the room. I'm hoping this is just a Tuesday thing here at Ecospin. I arrived around 2:00 pm. and by 4:00 it was fairly calm although still a bit crowded with blue uniforms. The family running the place a couple years ago were very friendly and kept the place nice. I'm not sure if it has changed hands or, if like many other things, it has been forced to change the business model due to the Covid lockdowns. Have been using this place for years, and the service was great! Didn't have to use coins, card use was set up on all machines... Now, for last few months card reader is broken on almost 80% of machines, and each time there were more and more machines marked as "OUT OF ORDER", today more than 50% of washing machines are out of order!!! $6.50 for large wash Only came a couple of times. Once on Sat night and it wasn't too crowded. I didn't have to wait. Across street from Cream Pan, cute place where you can sit and have coffee and pastries while you wait. Parking lot is small. They have a change machine and detergent vending machine ($5 for small travel size Gain). Kind of expensive so don't forget to bring your own. read more

After driving around looking for a laundromat I came to ecospin because we used to come here until we found one closer to home. Keep in mind 3 other laundromats in the area were out of hot water so I didn't have much of a choice I truly don't understand why this place is even open. 95% of the washers are out of order, 3% take coin only, 2% take card but are the larger loads so you'd end up wasting money if you have a small load. I don't have a problem with using coins but the coin machine is broken too! There's towels everywhere from soaking up water on the floor. It's just a mess. & the dryers? Forget about it. If they aren't out of order they are taken up by their laundry service. I'm disappointed because this place used to be really good! read more

The people who work here are so nice and helpful which is why I still go here. That, and the fact that it is a 14 minute drive from my house. There are no laundromats in my neigborhood; this is the closest. Unfortunately every time I come there are more broken machines...now there are only a handful of washers that work. This place used to be a gem. Now its lost its shine. At least for the wash and fold service. I've had several instances over the last two years where the service had started declining with late service, using the wrong detergents, clothes that weren't mine, poor folding. I notified management of a recent bad service and they rectified it. Unfortunately their machines are always out of order or marked as "coin only", but it's usually only 1-3 machines at a time. Today I walked into their business today, as I have done for the last 2.5 years every week, and I was surprised to see more than half the machines marked as "out of order" and another third marked as "coin only". I tried my hardest to find 2 machines to use with card, but could only find one, and decided to try my luck somewhere else. They served me well for the last few years, and the inside was always clean and the attendants were always very kind and helpful. This used to be my go to laundromat. Not any more. It has really gone downhill big time. I was there about a week ago to wash a big bed item. Only one of the four large washers inside the front door was working. The other three had "out of order" signs. I would estimate that more than half the washers and dryers are out of order. It was not like this in the past. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I cannot imagine what it is like working in a place with so many broken machines. I will be looking for a new laundry spot for sure . read more

We started coming here 4 years ago, it WAS great. More pricy than other places but the place WAS so clean and well kept. I completely understand that covid can be partially blamed...BUT it's not like that much business was lost since laundromats we're essential businesses. NOW the price has gone up at least 50 cents (which would be ok if it was still kept well) the sink in the bathroom is falling off the wall, ceiling has water damage from the last big rain (which was months ago), a third of the dryers have something wrong with them (either they don't close well OR are card only OR just don't work), washers are dirty and faulty (machine 28 the rinse in the detergent receptical didn't work so we had to run around and add water to get it to feed into the machine). We usually come at 6 so I understand not having staff - but it's really unpleasant to come to the place with it looking so rundown. read more

Ive been to several Laundromats in my time, some have been dirty, broken down, no bathrooms, workers were rude so needless to say my experienced havent been great BUT today Samantha at Ecospin changed my outlook & showed me what a well kept, clean, functional, maintained laundromat SHOULD be. The moment I walked in I was greeted by this friendly, welcoming voice, it was Samantha. Shocked me because I was not used to the friendliness & welcoming atmosphere. I told her this was my first time at Ecospin so she gave me the rundown of the machines, where everything was, payment options (Wait? Payment options? What's that), im used to the typical coin operations (most of which ate my change & I never got reimbursed). Here at Ecospin, there's cash, credit and a laundry card you can purchase and reload-awesome! I asked if there was a restroom, she pointned it out and its FREE not coin operated. I was impressed, I know its a bathroom your probably wondering what's so impressive? Let me tell.ya, it was spotless, smelled clean, fully stocked, for an open public bathroom I was impressed with the cleanliness, very nice! They have washing machines that ranged from I believe 2.75 small loads and prices went up from.there. I used a $4.00 machine I had your basic laundry, 3/4 of a duffled bag no seperating and one washer was all I needed and still ad space left. Dryers were .25 for 10 minutes, I dried all.my clothes on high heat in 20 minutes. For under $5.00 I was done. I was thrilled. They have 2 vending machines in the back corner, one for laundry goodies the other was for snacks. I believe I s aw a television but it wasnt on. They do offer laundry pick up services but I didnt inquire about that. The area is nicely lit and safe. Only a 2 minute walk to Fantastic Cafe if ya get hungry and Rizzos pizza across the street, very convenient location. Parking is easy as well. Due to Covid you are required to wear a mask at all time while inside, which I prefer. The staff sanitized and cleaned and made sure everyone felt safe and seemed to really care about there customers. I honestly can't think of any negatives to report at Ecospin. If all the employees are as helpful and friendly as Samantha this place will do well. I plan on coming here every Wednesday for laundry. I have laundry facilities at the apartment where I live but I really life the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness here. I have been coming to this laundromat off and on since the 1970's. Recently I moved back to the area and remembered this place so I started to use the washers about every six months. Samantha was the best part of going to this laundromat, she was funny, had a very helpful attitude and there was great music playing. My last experience was disheartening though. I had three white (expensive) bedspreads to clean and ALL THREE were ruined with bright orange streaks on them that would not come out. I had to toss those expensive bedspreads (and yes, I used the proper machine for each separate bedspread). No offer of any kind of reimbursement or help! Just shrugged shoulders and a whatever attitude. Fluff and fold service should be done elsewhere. Inconveniencing customers is not the way to do business! Given the current reviews of this place, I wont be back. I will not tolerate employees with crappy attitudes or a badly maintained environment. I'm very sad about this because, like I said, it used to be my favorite laundromat. read more

This place should be renamed "Out of order"..I gave 2 stars because of what this place used to be. 4 years ago this was the place to go, with a variety of new machines, and the option to use cash or card. Now there are few machines available because either the washer or dryer is broken or card readers don't work. I am not a fan of carrying $20 I'm quarters. And even when I need to get change, the damn change machine is broken. It feels like the owners are literally trying to stop people from coming here, maybe they are planning on turning it into an apartment complex ...oh and make sure you go to the bathroom before you get here, it's also "out of order". read more
