The worst place I've ever been too. The manager is rude and kick people out !!! MID WASH! This recently happened to me. I'm a regular costumer here because the laundromat is a good distance from my home. Every time I've been here the manager (old ass lady) is usually there with certain people, she washes and folded their laundry, and never cares or just seems to forget to close the laundromat at 10. So in that time I wash and DRY my clothes. I usually end up leaving at 11, latest 11:30. She never seems to care, she just lets me be and she closes when I leave. HOWEVER, this time I guess since she didn't have anyone to chit chat with she was rushing me out of the laundromat at 10:03pm, even tho I had arrived at 8:30pm! (Last wash is at 9:30 which is also stated on a sign inside the laundromat) also keep in mind I came to wash ALLOT of clothes and blankets. About 80$ was spent to wash. And she didn't even let me dry my clothes. She kept pestering me out the fact that I was 10pm and she wanted to go home, because she was "tired" and I said oh I'm just waiting for my clothes to finish washing I still have to dry them. She proceeded to make snarky comments about how late it was and that it was time for me to leave . She had even sent her worker to sweep next to me to try to get me out of there. So I asked her "wait so I cant even dry my clothes?" She said no because I'm tired. And I want to go home. We close at 10. I told her I completely understand that it's 10 but I've been here since 8 and my clothes weren't even done with the wash cycle yet. She said you could just leave the clothes and come back tomorrow. I said I'm sorry ma'am but I think you are being unprofessional. Just because you have no one to chit chat with at the end of the day doesn't mean to have to be rude . She said look I work everyday and I'm exhausted. Just come back tomorrow. I said look I also work everyday. I understand it's tiring but I just need to dry my clothes . She said sorry but no. So I deadass had to take my WET CLOTHES back to my car and drive away. I'm never ever coming back again. Rudest lady ever: also it's always dirty ! Went there to wash my blanket. Put in the quarters for a vertical washer. But accidentally put in more quarters than it needs because the machine showed :25 even after I put in enough. It means 25 min not 25cents more. It's confusing. None the less, the machine should reject more money once it's enough. It's not the dryer. Also it should allow returns of the extra quarters. Tales to the Indian boss there. He was kind of ignoring me at the counter. After I got his attention, he was rude and unapologetic to my situation. No refund of extra quarters and just walked away didn't give a shit. read more

Holy cow, this place is one of the best maintained facilities I've ever been to! It's got a small convenience counter (sells snacks, drinks, and laundering supplies), a restroom, functioning dispensers to meet your basic laundering needs, AND a utility sink for rinsing off those soapy detergent cups. I wish this was near my apartment in my college years. What's most astounding is that it meets and exceeds the basics for any laundromat: it's clean with machines of all sizes in *working* order and no shortage of availability. Maybe I'm here on a good day, but after walking up and down each aisle, I did not see a single Out of Order sign. There's even an attendant who can answer any questions and assist with troubleshooting. I highly recommend this laundromat everybody. You should not be disappointed! read more

This place has gone down hill fast since new owners, plus new owners are rude. They down care about customers. Not a clean place as old owners used to have. I truly don't recommend this place. Last note dryers don't dry as good as they used to. read more

I come here every weekend i noticed after new ownership not all washers have hot water which is annoying and upsetting when u have put your money, clothe and detergent when you really need that hot water. When i complaint they didnt seem to care and tried to say i had alot of clothe when it was just a few baby clothing which didn't take up space and not much water was coming out either. Im back again today dealing with the same problem another washer now. No hot water. Please fix. wish i didnt even have to pick a star. read more

I'd have to say, it's the best out of the laundromat trio in Alum Rock. My family LOVES it here because the attendant is so friendly. Though he lacks in English, he tries his best. The machines are great too. They actually WASH. (unlike some places) And recently, it seems like a new owner took over. Whoever it is, he's some great person. I saw him once, he was fixing machines. I think he used to work as an engineer or something. Well, thanks to him, we can use the middle load washers. They are always full. And gosh, he's really friendly. The food and detergent selection certainly improved. They even carry my favorite Takis. :) Yum. THERE ARE 3 HDTV's. Humongous ones. And there's also a water dispenser. It's so convenient to get water and wash clothes at the same time. WHAT I DON'T LIKE is the some of the people there. They overload the machines and expect the clothes to be washed thoroughly. It can get annoying when they break the machines (especially the middle size ones!). Then others can't use them, for Heaven's sakes... Hope it helps :) read more

My favorite laundry spot. Not too busy during the weekday but weekends can be busy. Free wifi and purified water inside to fill your water jugs. Small arcade area for kids and a small shop with laundry needs and snacks. Big washers are a great price, single loads are a bit much but I just use the larger washers. Always someone on duty to help which is the best! They have some flat screens too to watch tv and a clean bathroom. Better than most laundry spots so an extra dollar on my laundry to come here is no problem! read more
