I saw that this laundromat takes debit/credit cards, so I came here to wash some larger/heavy blankets, using the $12 jumbo washer. I had ample room, I could have easily fit several more blankets into the large washer than I'd thought. I arrived early in the morning to ensure I beat any crowds. The 2 dryers used only cost a total of $1.25 each to dry my 6 blankets. The dryers cost .25 for each 5 minutes. The washing machines work perfectly, however the dryers tap to pay feature does not work it is pointless. Half the machines are broken and have a note on it. Another 25% look like they work but they just eat your coins. If you want to try to get your coins back good luck since there is no one at the wash and fold area to give you a refund. read more

It's alright. Come really early to get the best spots to do your laundry - like run 4 machines all at the same time. We went here on Friday before thanksgiving after our washer died down on us and our growing pile of laundry. Honestly this is my first time going to a laundrymat and doing my own laundry. So to equip myself not to look totally dofus, i did the next best thing. Go to youtube and watch people operate the machines in laundrymat. Seriously, i was nervous that I might mess things up and end up ruining our jackets and pants so I told my hubby to accompany me. This place opens at 6am and closes at 11pm. The machines haves different service cost depending in how big it is. They have the coin slots to place your quarters and also a card swiper for your credit cards. They accept Visa, MasterCard, etc. If you only have cash but no quarters. There are two machines that give you change. There are vending machines and tv for snacks and entertainment or just kill time when you wait for your laundry to get done. Since it was early we were the 3rd customers inside and had the priviledge to chose which machines to use and the place is clean. Then why 3 stars you wonder. Something inside made me rush out coughing my lungs out. The place with lints and detergent fumes is making me suffocate and cough so hard I was crying. read more

I come here weekly. What I like about this place is that their machines work wonderful. I love the option of using my debit/credit card instead of using quarters. You can also hire the staff on duty to wash and fold your clothes. Besides that, the laundromat can get quite messy and dirty in a sense where people spill their liquids around the washer machines or leave leftovers. It can be unfortunate to those who use it next and end up with stains on the clothes. I wish the staff would take some time to clean/rinse to avoid that problem. People also toss their dryer sheets on the floor/carts. if they dryer sheets fall accidentally they do not pick em up and throw them away. read more

They moved time from 6 to 7 am, which was so inconvenient for us. We are over that though, since it's been a couple of months. We still go, we just have to work around it I guess. Today was different, Tiana, the girl with the braided hair, was the rudest. If she had to clean the dryers, then do it as soon as you get in, not when people are drying already. Once again, the dust were all over the place. When we told her to do it later when no one is around the dryer, she said "if you don't like here, then go somewhere else!" We've been washing clothes here since 2007, never had someone tried throwing us off. She needs better training. When we asked for her name, she was hesitant and tried offering us money back. Positives: This place is overall well kept and clean. Allows credit cards or coins for convenience. There are many washers and dryers with various sizes to choose from. Negatives: It's often crowded, so you need to wait for washers to be available. Very clean, great hours, nice staff, and customers are friendly too! I recently started going to this place and I love it. The variety of different washers and dryers is very cool. It's close to other stores if you need to go grab something real quick. Like one time, we forgot to bring detergent and it was a 5 min drive away to go buy some. Usually not too busy as well! The venue is really clean and organized, from the parking lot to the washers themselves. Wouldn't know about them really cause I only use the wash and fold same day service. It's by pound and it's extremely convenient if you are like me and don't really have to time to stand there and wash clothes yourself. Who knows, maybe I'm also lazy but this service is perfect for me, ha. I bring lots of clothes too, almost 30 lbs. and it comes out to like around that much. The people who work here are very nice, even though some of my workout/hiking gear is filthy they really don't care and just do their job to the best of their abilities. My clothes always come back to me just how i send them to them, only clean. Button ups are hung and everything is wrapped all complimentary, nice touch! Laundry is a pain in the arse, not because it's manually intensive but because you rather be doing something else with your time. A nap sounds great right about now! Usually whenever you head to the laundry mat it's like riding public transportation, unpredictable, overcrowded and full of awkward people with staring problems. I've been coming here for a few months and I haven't had a single problem since day one, ample parking, noticeably clean machines, quiet, people minding their own business and rite aid next door to provide you with an ice cream cone while you wait. It's pretty clean in here and the place has some really cool carts that you can use to carry laundry baskets or hang your clothes. It's located in a plaza, so you can grab food or go grocery shopping if you're bored. There's also TVs here so you can watch the news. I've been coming to this laundromat for over 18 years and since they switched to a new owner, the customer service has plummeted. The manager, Amilcar H. instead of listening to the customer's concerns and try to make things right he will argue with the customer and make condescending remarks. He said "if you don't like the way we do things now you can wash your clothes at home" so I'm going to follow his advice and go to a different laundromat moving forward. EDIT (to answer Ron's comment): Hi Ron, the issue that happened is that my clothes were taken out and put out on a cart when it hadn't even been five minutes since the machine stopped. I was outside tending to a very important phone call when my timer rang, so when the call ended I walked back to the washer I was using only to be told that my clothes had been removed and put on a cart. In the time I had been coming here this has never happened. I understand if my clothes had been sitting there an excessive amount of time and the place was super busy it would be reason to invade someone's privacy and pull out their clothes and undergarments but it wasn't even five minutes. When I asked the tenant he directed me to Amilcar and gave me the worst attitude and disrespect anyone has given me as a customer anywhere. His justification was that someone needed to use the machine and I told him that there were other machines that were available and he said (not that size), and the reason that no other machine that size was available was because they were ALL OUT OF ORDER in that isle except the one I was using, how is that the customer's fault?? Instead of offering to dry my clothes for the trouble or do any sort of damage control with the customer he proceeded to argue and make those rude remarks. The new owner needs to seriously retrain their staff on customer service or get rid of Amilcar altogether. Leo is dearly missed. The staff here is disgusting! They are horrible and abusive to clients. They yell at customers for throwing trash in the cans around their facility because they don't want to have to throw out the trash. Last time i was here i had my alarm for the washer and they removed my clothes and put it in the trash before my alarm even rang. Clean, super sufficient machines and prices vary according how big your load is. I always do $7.50 wash for big 4 towels plus 2 big baskets of dirty clothes. Use the $2.50 machine to wash your dirty rugs. Will be crowded on the weekend but if you go early in the morning, there will be no problem. read more

Owner is super nice guy who fixes the machines himself. 2. Super CLEAN 3. Large, spacious facility 4. Decent selection from small, medium to large machines. 5. Next to supermarket, Seafood City 6. Clean sink with towels 7. Televisions available in both English and Spanish 8. Nice staff. 9. Holiday themed decoration. Only drawback 1. Can get very busy and crowded. 2. When too busy parking may be hard to find close to the facility. 3. Wifi was available. (coverage spotty, and has been down awhile). I have yet to find a better all around Laundry-mat. read more

UPDATE 5/6/19: I called again at 8:15am and they were able to find my things in another bag! Mike folded them up for me and I picked them up just now. FYI to anyone interested, they don't have an employee on-site til 8am. And Leo did message me back apologizing for the inconvenience and saying they were trying to solve the problem asap. I appreciate the quick service and attentiveness, and I'd recommend maybe having an itemized list system for customers so they have something to cross reference when bagging items. 5/5/19: This is a review for the Wash and Fold service. I called at about 10am on Sunday (today) and Mike was friendly and professional. He asked for an estimate of how much clothes I had, and I was able to pick up the same day. There was also a coupon available in their website for $7.50 off 20lb order or more. And I was able to give them my own detergent and such to use so that was nice. Now, here's the bad part. I am missing ALL 4 PAIRS of jeans I dropped off, and 6 or 7 single socks. I picked up my clothes around 8:30pm, and when I got home and finally sorted through it all I only noticed the socks were missing. I called just a few minutes before 11pm (closing time), and I spoke with Leo. He was kind and tried to ask the laundry attendant about my socks, and she unfortunately didn't have much to say that was helpful. Just that she put them in my basket. He gave me his number and I texted him pictures of the single socks, and haven't heard back from him yet. But I'll be calling the business again tomorrow. And now it's about 1am, and as I was putting my outfit together for work, I realized all my jeans are missing as well. So, I left a message and it looks like I'll have to drop by in the morning and hopefully we can get this sorted out. Edit: Realized I am also missing 2 towels. I went here this morning to clean our comforters because it's much less expensive than dry-cleaning and they are too big to fit in our washer/dryer. $24 for washing and drying 2 queen and 2 king-sized ones. One Star: Hours are 6am-11pm, that's nice because I was there at 7:30 a.m., ready to get this chore out of the way. TWO More Stars: This place is CLEAN for a laundrymat...and I'm a little neurotic about clean so for it to meet my standards is very cool. I was here for 3 hours and saw the man who worked there at least three times, going around and wiping surfaces, picking up newspapers, emptying garbage cans, etc. He was cordial and seemed to know a lot of the regulars there. One More Star: for having a lot of the large washers and for having fully stocked vending machines, including soap and fabric softener dispensers. I went to this laundromat to wash the blankets my dogs sleep on. I haven't been to a laundromat in years and didn't know what to expect. I was impressed with this place. It was clean and the machines were in good condition. It had many washing machines for small, medium, and large loads of laundry. There were quite a few dryers, too. I arrived at 8:30 am and there weren't a lot of people, but the place got very busy around 10:00 am. Some people are a little messy and leave dryer sheets on the floor, but the attendant went around and swept them up. I was very happy with how clean my dogs' blankets came out and didn't have the "dog" smell. I will definitely return here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a laundromat. read more

Everything here is constantly down. It's always 5 or more washing machines and dryers that's down causing all the customers to shove and push without "first come first serve." They never resupply their paper towels here to wipe off any spills or leaks. Employees here are always texting on the job, so you could never really ask for help if you run into a problem with a machine or supplies that they would usually provide here. PAYING A STRANGER TO DO YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY? A year ago, I would have scoffed at this concept. But at $1.25/lb, I could see myself indulging in this little luxury in the future. It's friendly, fast, and cheap. Oh, and not only does the staff speak English (kind of hard to find around here sometimes) but they speak it well. The 2 workers I encountered also seemed to speak Spanish (an added bonus). Both employees were friendly and eager to help. One dry cleaners was going to charge $3.00/lb for wash & fold service (no hangers)... Not EZ Coin. For $1.25/lb, EZ Coin will fold your items and/or hang them (their hangers) at no additional cost. Some places charge extra for fabric softener... Not EZ Coin. They use Downey fabric softener (my personal fave) and they ask you in advance if you have any allergies to detergents, etc. You can also give them special instructions. DETAILS: I went to EZ Coin just before 2 pm on a Tues. I opted for same day service (no price difference) and they said they could have my stuff ready by 7 pm. That's a fast turn-around! I had 25 lbs of laundry (2 baskets) so my total came to $31.59. When I came to pick my stuff up just before 8 pm, everything was waiting for me, neatly hung/folded and covered in plastic on a metal roll-cart. They even asked if I needed help to my car. read more

I used my debit card to pay, and to dry i only paid for 18 mins which was only .75 cents. However this morning I look at my account and I was charged $7.00 and I would like to know why. I've been without a washer and dryer for about 6 weeks now and was looking for a clean place with good washers and decent prices! Thanks to Yelp I found this one! I'm very grateful for this place. It's about 3 miles away from my house but it's definitely worth the drive! The first time I came here I was asked by 3 friendly employees if I needed help. They explained their machines and everything you need to know. The staff is always around if you have a question. They constantly clean the machines and floor. It's sparkling clean. The prices are reasonable. They have top loaders for $1.75. The smallest front loader(which holds a lot) is only $2.50. Then they have 2 or 3 more sizes of front loaders. The small dryers are $0.25 for 6 mins. They are very effective. Big dryers are also there. There are plenty carts available to transport your laundry within the laundromat and from and to your car. There are also several tables for you to fold your laundry. Vending machines with laundry products, sodas, coffee, 2 flat screen tvs, an ATM and machines to get change for the coin operated machines. Funny thing is, the machines have names :-). I'm a grateful costumer and really appreciate their business! read more

This is my go to for laundry place. Love how it's Clean ! & they have free Wi-Fi ! I spent so much Time looking for a great place with affordable prices that is clean and has good service. It's a plus that it's near my house. This laundromat is different from others, it has the washers and dryers by name, not numbers. Which I think is cute. The wash ranges from $2.00 to $5.75. I use the $3.75 ones and it can handle a pretty good amount of clothes. To dry it's 0.25 cents for 6 minutes but I usually only use like 0.75 cents for moderate load & $1.00 for heavy loads. Their dryers are really good , and trust me I've been to many other laundromats. Have plenty of folding tables as well. They have employees who are constantly cleaning and making sure everything is running smoothly. They are very kind and helpful. read more

Thieves!! workers "lost" two of my towels. Someone working there must really like the same team I like, I was gifted two towels from mexico of my favorite team. Took my clothes to be washed, folded, and packaged. One of my towels was gone, magically disappeared from the load I took. Called them told them this happened and they ignored me didnt do anything about it. Okay, whatever you lost a towel of my favorite team. 2 months later the second towel gets lost. Mmmm what a coincidence, I take 4 towels, 2 regular towels and the 2 gifted to me from Mexico. Still have my 2 regular towels but the other ones were "lost" or "not brought". Management hasnt done anything, I've called 4 times and they give me the run around telling me they will call me back or have management call me. No follow up has been made. read more
