Thieves!! workers "lost" two of my towels. Someone working there must really like the same team I like, I was gifted two towels from mexico of my favorite team. Took my clothes to be washed, folded, and packaged. One of my towels was gone, magically disappeared from the load I took. Called them told them this happened and they ignored me didnt do anything about it. Okay, whatever you lost a towel of my favorite team. 2 months later the second towel gets lost. Mmmm what a coincidence, I take 4 towels, 2 regular towels and the 2 gifted to me from Mexico. Still have my 2 regular towels but the other ones were "lost" or "not brought". Management hasnt done anything, I've called 4 times and they give me the run around telling me they will call me back or have management call me. No follow up has been made. read more

if I could give it a zero star I would. there used to be a lady with her daughter working here and they were the best. well recently there has been a worker that has the worst attitude and confrontational. she takes peoples clothes out from the washing machine/dryer even when the place isn't busy. I recently had an encounter where I was less than 5 minutes late to take out my clothes due to parking and it was in a dryer. when I finally found my clothes(on my own) I was able to dry it. she came up to me and said that I can't be leaving my clothes and continued to harass me throughout the laundermat. it got out of hand when she then harassed my mom and was asking her (and others) what dryer they were using and that they needed to hurry up and take out their clothes, getting confrontational with a senior citizen!! do something about it I think enough is enough read more

The big machine to load clothes costs $10.25!!! Too much money and it was confusing to put soap in and hard to open and close the door. The machine name is called big Bertha. The little ones can hold alot, even though they look small. $3.75! I like that it has a safe lock so it can't open until it's finished. Some of the doors if you try to open and it opens, it RESETS the timer and you have to put money AGAIN!!!! Lucky the guy who works there refunded me money from what I put. When putting the money, it can take some of your money and not count it:( It's also tricky putting in money. read more

I only come here for Big Ben! The industrial size washer is great for my oversized comforter. It comes out clean and smelling fresh. I'm usually in and out within an hour or so for all my beddings. What I like about this particular laundromat is that it's kept clean and there's no creepers hanging around. :-) read more

I love EZ Coin. I used to live in San Jose and go because it was convenient but I've since moved to Fremont and still go there just cause I like it so much. Its clean, nice environment, and really nice people. They even help you out to your car with your clothes. I've never had them do it for me but I've seen some of the women with kids do it. There's always machines available . It's well maintained and clean. I broke my bottle of fabric softener and it spilled and one of the attendants moped it right up without looking pissed off. She smiled and said "Oh don't worry about it". They have two flat screens one with a Spanish channel and the other on CBS . they also have free wi-fi sometimes. I like going to this particular laundry mat because of satisfied I have been with my experience here. I love getting my laundry done in a couple hours instead of a 5-6 . read more

Great place, I mainly go to laundromata for huge loads like comforters and blankets. Early morning (7:30am) there are plenty of machines available. Its clean, supplies and snacks seem well stocked. Change machines are pretty quick! And even better, its next to Seafood City so I can knock out some shopping and snacking while I wait. Win. read more

Have had to come here now a couple of times, once to wash muddy shoes and clothes with my team after a Rugged Maniac race and another time to wash heavy bedding. Really love how all the machines work at this place and the washes seem pretty quick but thorough (remember muddy shoes and clothes). But most of all, really like that this place is and stays clean. Some other laundry mats are kinda "shady" with gambling machines which attract the wrong crowd if you know what I mean. But I see families doing laundry here and it's well lit and clean. Did I mention all the machines work? Bonus point that they don't scam you with having to buy and load laundry cards. Just quarters and they have a working change machine. read more

I went to the one on Leigh ave near SJ city college. I used their wash and fold drop off service. I dropped off over 50lbs of laundry and they were still able to have it for me later that night. Everything was very nicely folded and the clothes that would go on hangers were hung. They even helped me out to my car! Was totally worth it! Plus I found a coupon online, which made it a little more justifyable why I wouldn't wash my own laundry. But it helped me to get everything else done in my day, I'm definetly a fan! read more

I needed to get a bunch of laundry done, including bedding, at once so I went on the hunt for a laundromat. Thank you to the people who yelped this place before hand but I got mixed up on waze and stopped at the place across the street. UGH, hated that place and thought Yelpers got it WAY wrong... but lucky for me, I was too late for last wash there and EZ was open later! yeah!! So at the SAME time on a Friday night, EZ had a better group of patrons than the place across the street. So easy to breeze in, do laundry and leave. read more

I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 because of price. $4.75 per load for the big washing machines. Then its .25 cents per 6 mins for the normal dryers. The lady who works there at night is really nice. She keeps the place clean even though people leave their softner sheets every where and other trash items. Its nice they are open til 11pm. Very convenient. I will return to this place when I need to wash comforters etc. read more

Came here for the first time to wash my blankets. Place is clean and there's Wi-Fi. There was a worker going around cleaning the whole time and checking the washers after each use. There should be a flat screen facing the side with chairs. I feel comfortable going here because the people don't seem so "questionable." A lot of the dryers were being used. Some of them with completed cycles but yet the dry clothes were just sitting in there. What a waste of space, I could have used those dryers. read more

New to the area, haven't had to use a laudromat in ages. I had one weeks' laundry (2 large loads). Top-load washers cost $1.50x2 = $3.00 (30 minutes) , I put both loads into one of the bank of dryers along the left wall. Took 48 minutes to dry, which cost $1.75 (@25cents for 6 minutes). Cost $4.75. Place is clean, and a bit crowded on a late Saturday afternoon. read more

yes, me thinks not! last day at my ex-apartment before moving on to another san jo complex. went to wash my last big load of comforters n regular guy's stuffs there. these washers left my stuffs with tons of residual detegents. clothes did not get cleaned n my comforters were stained. Well until recently I would have given this place a good review. However, I recently took some clothes in for their wash and fold service. When I came back I noticed that my load was light. I ended up having to re-weigh my load to show that I was missing clothes. I then went through the rest of the customers' clothes to try and find my missing clothes. I found some but afterwards I was still missing shirts and pants. I think they have some new workers there so that may be the reason. Anyway, it's annoying and I'm disappointed. read more

This place is GREAT! My first visit was yesterday. Time is super precious to me (isn't it to us all!) so instead of sitting through loads of laundry I took advantage of their laundry by the pound service. I dropped off 4 sheet sets, a blanket and a comforter and paid under 40 bucks!!! I went to pick them up a mere 2 1/2 hours later and was so pleased when I unpacked them. Everything was perfectly folded, grouped by sheet set, and wrapped up neatly! All I had to do was unwrap and place in my closet! The laundry service just made my day so much easier. I got lots of stuff to wash, but I didn't know how to use the biggest wash machine there. I asked Ron. He was a super nice guy. He helped me to set up everything. My coins was short of $0.75.
