While other customers could leave their items for extended periods without any issues, my belongings seemed to be overlooked by the staff. I urge fellow Black customers to keep an eye on their items and hope the management addresses this inconsistency so everyone receives equal care. I set my timer for 25 minutes but returned a little late and found that a man had accidentally run into my car on his electric bike--his bike had died, and he looked disoriented, so I helped him get safely to the sidewalk and walk home. When I came back, my clothes were piled on top of a basket, and despite explaining the situation, the staff ignored my concerns. One staff member even went to the back of her cubby, began eating, and when I asked for her name and a manager's contact, she refused to provide any information. As I was leaving, a gentleman asked what had happened, and I explained that my clothes had been taken out. He mentioned that his own clothes were missing too and that the staff wasn't helping him; he even called the number on the door, only to be told nothing could be done. He was also Black in his work uniform. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've never experienced such treatment--I will never return and won't recommend this laundromat to anyone in my community.

Dropping my review from 5/5 to 4/5 as the laundromat was sweltering inside as the ACs and 23+ ceiling fans were off... in July... in Riverside, CA... where it's going to be 102 today! A nice lady who was washing came over and asked if she could help. Everything is dirty. I didn't even want to add my detergent cuz everything looked gross. They charge $1 for new cards. Hate this card system. Wish it could be coins like before. Feel like I spent so much more. Drying machines are terrible. Have started them about 6 times now because they don't dry. And to their reply... no, a team member did not help.
