Went to pick up my uniform today and noticed that one of the buttons were cracked. I showed it to the employee and she immediately acted like she didn't see anything wrong. Then, she calls her husband (apparently also works there) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any damages. At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform. read more

We dropped off uniforms to be altered and have patches sewn on. Paid extra to have one done in 48 hours & were to pick the rest up in a week. She said call before we come for the rush order one. We did... many times. No one answered. We called the cleaners and reluctantly she walked across the room to ask the alterations lady to call us. At the very last minute, we were able to pick up the uniform we paid for expedited service on. Unfortunately, when we returned the next week to pick up all the remaining uniforms, she hadn't even started on them!!! And of course they were pre paid. My son had 24 hours before shipping out of state and we had to scramble to find someone else to alter and sew on his new patches. Very disappointing service & no apologies. read more

They stained a $400 dress, did an awful job cleaning my wedding gown (not even going to list the price on that one), put holes through a skirt, and improperly tailored another skirt. I went here 2 times hoping to give them another chance. Bad idea.... Seeing a trend here with all the negative reviews. Beware! read more

This is the second time I've gone in to get something sewn on and this is the second time where the items aren't ready as agreed on the ticket. This time around I purposely came in a day later and the uniforms weren't done. By the looks of things in this business, it appears that this one person needs help in order to keep these service members happy. The date she wrote on the ticket was to pick up my uniform in seven days, I get there on the eighth day traveling on my day off to get them and they are not ready. She asks for phone numbers but failed to use the number she recorded. I'm not in this forum to bash anyone, but service members don't have the time to go days without their uniforms. This is not good business, please ask for help. read more

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. She told me my ASU jacket would be ready today, so I come to pick it up and she's looking everywhere for my jacket and tells me she can't find it. I NEED THIS JACKET BY TOMORROW. So without any care, she says "oh, I think it's in the cleaners. Come back tomorrow at 4".. I then tell her I cannot make it at that time and her along with her workers say "We can try to have it by noon". TRY?! And they're still not even sure if it's my jacket. This is so inconsiderate, especially because I drove 45 minutes over here and now I have to drive 45 minutes back home, then come back over here tomorrow? I refused to do that and they told me to go to the main cleaners, so I did. I waited an hour and a half for the ASU jacket they said was mine. I get home and realize IT'S NOT MINE. It's the wrong rank and not my size. So I called the tailor and she tells me that she accidentally gave the cleaners the wrong information and she's looking for my jacket right now. So now I have someone else's jacket and mine is still nowhere to be found. I blew up on her, this is ridiculous. I need this jacket by tomorrow and she could care less. read more

Terrible service and even worse cleaning. Dropped off a 2 piece suite that was brand new from the store to have it pressed. Wasn't ready after 5 days AND when it was ready it had some type of animal hair all over it. Plus there were several small white stains on the jacket and pants. Keep in mind this suite was BRAND NEW and was never worn or even out of the bag. When I noticed this there at the checkout I pointed out that the suite was dirtier than when I dropped it off she offered to give me $2 back! Said there was nothing she could do and acted like this happens all the time. She also said "Well we don't have anything to do with the cleaning so there isn't anything I can do." All this location does is ship all the work off site and they don't check or take any ownership of the service quality. There are tons of cleaners that do good work. This isn't one of them. I've used military cleaners for over 20 years throughout my military career and this is by far the worst I have ever used. Stay away or use at your own risk. read more

They are the worst service both customer and dry cleaning. I took in some uniforms for cleaning and pressing. They did not clean and did not starch. I also had a custom made wrap and blouse that was simple but very important culture. When I went to pick up it was discolored, faded beyond repair. I called the owner or whoever he was at the plant and he told me he did not do anything wrong. He was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I would not RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. He didn't even want to cover the bill for the outfit. read more

This place is unbelievable I took my husbands uniforms in to get some patches put on well the lady said she would have it done by Sunday that their closed Sundays but she will be in because she has a lot of work to do so I'm like okay as long as you promise you'll be in because Sunday is the latest I can do for the uniforms and she promised. I'm like okay I go back Sunday to pick up the uniforms and the door is locked so I call and she answers and I tell her I was suppose to pick up my husbands uniforms today as she promised they'd be done today keep in mind she's had them for 7 days not only was she unorganized but she didn't even start on the uniforms. At this point I'm highly annoyed she's trying to tell me she'll call me when their done and she can't get around to them today. I'm starting to get more anger at this point I'm like look I explained to you I needed these uniforms no later then Friday and that Sunday is the latest I could do and you shouldn't be making promises you can't keep.. Your dealing with military here you can't just say you'll call them to come pick up their uniforms when they need to be done at a certain time frame. She then tells me okay she'll call me back. She calls me and tells me she'll have them do e by 6pm and to pick them up. I'm then ask her are you sure because if their not done by then she then says yes. I leave earlier then I was suppose to so I can be there on time so she had no excuse uniforms were done but she didn't even offer a discount for the stress and hassle she put us through not even an apology. THE WORST. I usually don't give bad reviews but this place was ridiculous. I requested for a one week return because of an upcoming event. she confirmed and told me I'd get a call when it's ready. Event was the next day and still no call so I went to check up. She had not even started! She apologized and says she'll have it done as soon as possible and she'll call me when it's done. No call back. I call and it's still not ready. Weeks later I'm on my way to the airport to go out of state for the month and she called...about 3 weeks later!!! Saying it's ready. I arrive and they can't even find it. Older guy in the back overhears and says " oh I think we just started working on yours.." Making excuses... Wow. They finally find it and now I have to pay more for cleaning apparently. No discount after over a month of waiting not counting my absence..the guy seemed like he was mad at me for saying kindly how disappointed I am. Never coming back. Only good thing about the place was that the lady seems like a sweet person and the younger guy was kind. I'm sure it's not always like this but this one experience killed it for me. read more
