The front desk individual - I assume a MA because he documented my vitals - was wonderfully professional in every way. My provider, before even seeing me, walked in the exam room with an x-ray order for a very specific radiology center - not one covered by my insurance. She did not offer ideas for dealing with the pain until we could figure out what is going on - ice, heat, elevation, anything?? Nothing. She handed me the paperwork and left. When the MA noticed my unusually elevated blood pressure he said that the provider will check it again. Nope. Did not happen. I found the provider to be curt and disinterested. And despite getting my name wrong on the order, and her three attempts - WITH my driving license in front of her for reference, she still mispelled my name on the order. Said order is now shredded and in the bin.
