I live over 2 hours away so he checked to make sure the truck was still available . Hunter also went out in some not so nice weather to make a video to text me about the truck. He had the truck ready for me to test when I arrived . I feel I got a fair trade in value and a good price on the Gladiator. I did have to wait some time on the finance person but it was a Saturday and they were short staffed in that department . Instead of offering a solution or attempting to rectify the situation, Ethan attempted to use our review as leverage to blackmail us into silence. To be crystal clear: We are not looking for anything beyond the original equipment that our 2025 Jeep Rubicon X Gladiator was documented to include. We simply want the missing Bluetooth speaker that was specified on our window sticker at the time of purchase. The initial dismissiveness from our salesman, Jeff Kohler--who made excuses about his commission rather than solving a verified equipment error--has now been compounded by this unprofessional behavior from management. Being pressured because we chose to share our experience regarding missing equipment is an unacceptable way to treat customers, especially after being repeat buyers. We stand by our original assessment: proceed with extreme caution if you are considering doing business here. We bought a brand-new 2025 Jeep Rubicon X Gladiator from this dealership six months ago. We were repeat customers and actually planned on going back in the future to upgrade my truck. Recently, after watching some videos about the Jeep, we realized it was supposed to come with a detachable Bluetooth speaker. We even pulled the window sticker that came on the vehicle to confirm it, and sure enough, it was supposed to have it. We checked our vehicle, and it was completely missing. Thinking it would be an easy fix, we called the dealership. Instead of receiving basic customer service, we got a firsthand look at how poorly they treat customers "after" the sale. They made us feel like we were lying and we felt entirely dismissed. Jeff Kohler, our salesman, didn't seem to want to figure out how to help us once he was told "no" by the person he spoke to. Instead of trying to find a solution, he threw it back on us, saying, "Well do you want me to write a check out of my own pocket?"--before having the audacity to add that he only made 100 bucks off the sale. He was incredibly disrespectful to my wife and made her feel so dismissed that she did get upset and rude, holding her ground until he was finally willing to transfer her to someone higher, which he stated was the general manager. As a 20-year Marine Corps veteran, I have lived my life by a strict code of honor and ethics. To be treated with such ridicule and essentially called a liar over equipment that the window sticker proves should have been in the vehicle from day one is unreal. My only issues was the extended wait times when we arrived, we have three children and were told it would be a few quick signatures (since we were already approved) and we'd be on our way. My husband has bought 2 new vehicles from this dealership. So when it came time for me to upgrade, I started by looking at their website online. I found a suv that I liked so I sent an email with what I was looking to trade and how much of a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I live 9 hours away so I didn't want to waste anyone's time. I started talking to a sales rep through text. I filled out their trade in form and sent pics of my current suv. The rep gave me an estimate with no cash down and 0% that was in my range. Great! If we can get it done for that, I'm on board. Right after I filled out the official credit app, I was told 0% interest was never an option. I was also told that the suv was being used as a service car currently and would have more miles on it. I was frustrated but not ready to give up and still wanted to know what the payment would look like knowing that I have great credit. After waiting awhile I got a text from rep saying he was going to send me a link to pay $500 deposit to hold suv until we could get it since I live far away and won't be able to get suv right away. Wait! I haven't even been told any official numbers yet and you just told me you don't know how many miles or going to be on it because someone is driving it. When the business manager finally called me he acted offended that I would want to know how much my monthly payment was going to be even though no one had told. The amount he gave me was $150 over what I was willing to pay but he did make sure to tell me it was a better rate than he was able to get my husband. My wife and I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, and contrary to popular belief it doesn't always have to be a painful experience. Unfortunately that was NOT the case here. We were interested in a Jeep Gladiator that's been on the lot for over a year. We attempted to trade in 2 of our vehicles to put towards the cost. Drew was our salesperson and he displayed minimal effort to communicate with us. After reaching out to him again he gave us really low ball figures for trade in values. He said the Jeep had been on the lot that long because of a recall they were waiting on parts for. Over a year. I get that Covid f'ed up the supply chain for a while but seriously? He said they couldn't even sell the Jeep until they fixed the recall issue. When I asked why it was on the website and had continually dropped in price he didn't really know what to say. Nobody wants a high pressure salesman but this dude didn't even attempt to make a sale, and I could see right through his bs. I have been using Laura for routine service on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee since moving to this area and I also, purchased tires from them just over two years ago. I also, had them perform a 4-wheel alignment on the vehicle at that time. Since then, I've had them continue regular maintenance which included tire rotation every 5000 miles. I recently noticed uneven wear on my tires which had just over 25000 miles on them at the time and at my last service was told I needed new tires. I had been used to receiving much better attention and service for my vehicle prior to moving the area and was very disappointed. I asked about the warranty on the tires and was told that was a claim that needed to filed with the manufacturer. I decided to buy tires elsewhere and was told I would need to bring the old tires to them to get pictures and file the necessary information for the warranty. I did so and also had them perform a 4 wheel alignment at that time. After the service was completed, the tires were still in the back of my vehicle and was told they would not recycle them and I had to go back to where I purchased them for disposal. Additionally, my service report said they were not able to adjust my alignment to recommended specs and when I asked why, their service rep could not give me an answer as the tech who did the work was at lunch, but he would check with him when he returned and give me a call. I received no call so called him back the next day and told it was possibly due to an accident (I've had no accidents with this vehicle) or maybe from potholes (reasonable as I do drive on some rough roads now and then). So rather than getting any feedback at the time of service as to possible repair solutions. I was told I'd have to bring the vehicle back to get it checked out to see what repairs were needed. I feel this is something that should have been looked into at the time it was being serviced as I had paid for the alignment and am sure will need to pay for that service again after any necessary repairs. Lastly, as I didn't feel I was getting satisfactory answers from their service rep so I asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was not available, but they would have him call me. I have not received a call back and do not expect one. At this point I have no confidence that my vehicle will receive adequate service from them and will no longer be having it serviced at Laura Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. read more

This place is a joke. Sales people don't want to work to make a sale. Their online vehicle advertisements state "NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!" but when you ask about zero percent financing and the low advertised prices you're told that you can't have both. You'll have to pay more for the vehicle if you actually want 0% financing. That sounds like a hook and a gimmick to me! They will also try to low ball you on your trade value. I shopped around and every other dealership offered more for my trade than Laura would offer. Ultimately I ended up buying my new Jeep somewhere else and I suggest you do the same. Edit: 1. This is not a mischaracterization of what happened. Cory's responses were unsubstantial and gave little to no assistance with my needs as the customer. 2. The very first line in your advertisements states "NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!" but you wait until almost the last line in your advertisement to inject your disclaimer. I wasn't contacted by Laura after looking at one of their cars. I told the representative my credit history as well as my co-signers. I was told this shouldn't be an issue. Everything was going fine until I said I was looking st other dealerships. That's when the representative told me he basically didn't want to waste his time if that's the case. So after assuming him I was interested, it in them 10 hours and me having to call them 3 times, with unreturned calls, for them to give me the option of paying $680 a month for a lease in a car that was listed at 24. If it were me, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Sure my credit history isn't great but you try owning an Audi, paying 10k to fix your engine and then it still keeping on top of your bills. My co-signer has perfect credit but they said it didn't matter because we didn't live together. My girlfriend just went to a Nissan dealership and used a co-signer living in California, no problem. I drove 300 miles to buy a new Ram from Laura and worked with Keith Bryan via phone and email for a couple of weeks until I secured the truck and price I wanted. I'm a nightmare consumer and I was impressed with how well Keith handled the entire situation from start to finish. He's patient, honest and incredibly responsive - every email or call was returned promptly and all of my questions were answered directly. I took the train in from out of town and he arranged last minute transportation from the train station to the dealership (the driver was great too - thanks, Tim). When I got to the dealership, he had the truck ready to go and told me he tracked down an additional $500 rebate for me, so I paid LESS than the negotiated price for the truck. Of course that's not going to happen with every customer but it does demonstrate his commitment to his job and customers. Despite having the sale price already finalized, he took time out of his day, whether it was a minute or an hour, to make sure I was getting the best deal. That's incredible service and not something you'll get with every dealership or salesman. Other dealerships will tell you that Laura's advertised prices aren't final and they suggest its some sort of bait and switch. It's not. I visited a dozen dealerships over a six week period and not only was Laura's price the best, they were the most candid with their pricing and rebates available to each individual buyer. I set up an appointment with "Big Rob" a salesman there to look over and drive a used 2012 Avenger that they had so that I may purchase it. I drove 3 hours round trip to get this car and when I arrived Rob said that he could not find the 2012 Dodge Avenger that I wanted! Finally after awhile he finally finds the car and we look at it and it has some very bad key scratches down the drivers side of the car. I asked if I could drive it and he said that he could not locate the keys! He said that I would have to come back in an hour as he had another appointment and we would also have to wait for a key to be made. No remotes either I presume! went to lunch and upon reviewing my horrible experience I decided to spend my cash somewhere else! He said he would call me back that day with numbers. He never did. I email emailed the sales manager Michael and let him know I haven't heard back. He said sorry they have been busy. They had to do two on it and said they fixed it my bill was over 300 dollars and the next day the check engine light came on. Overall I am very disappointed. This is an authorized dealer for Mopar products and the online ordering was quite confusing and unclear for parts that were included. Long story short I was buying a cold air intake KIT for my husband as an anniversary gift and $423.52 later I received a filter and a plastic housing box. I'm not sure what filter on the planet costs $400 but as a kit I was expecting the silver powder coated aluminum piping to come with it. The company seemed unhappy to hear from me as I was trying to sort out where the rest of the order might be(nonexistent piping) and there was $50 in shipping/handling I didn't get refunded despite me having to ship it back to them. I should have called them prior to purchasing the product to verify the part came with the piping, but still $400 for an air filter and plastic box seems fishy and seems like I should have actually received piping with it. So now I'm down about $80 due to a non refundable shipping and handling fee on their behalf and a little over $30 shipping costs for me to send it back. read more
