We decided to contact the business via social to request a refund. The owner did not take responsibility, blamed us and made false accusations. They stated we were refunded but given the name calling they engaged in and unusual nature of the message we received we told them it appears they must have confused us with another customer so I'm unsure if we were actually refunded. I let them know this and I stated they need to apologize and they then blocked us. We would never act inappropriate in any way. To imply so is insulting. The experience ruined our day. We will never again frequent this business.
