We stopped for Sunday brunch to watch the Packer-Viking game today. Great service, our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Food was outstanding as always...peel and eat shrimp, salads, fresh fruit, stuffed green pepper soup, French toast, hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, fried fish, roast beef, mashed potatoes, jerk chicken and barbecue ribs. A huge dessert bar that offered something for everyone. I was too full to have any, but I heard the rice pudding was excellent. A good Bloody Mary from the bar topped off the Packer win. One of our favorite places to go. It's a 45 minute drive for us, but so worth it. read more

Outstanding service! I wish I would have gotten her name. She had very long hair pulled back in a ponytail, was extremely kind and answered our questions, always with a smile. The Shrimp St. Jacques was excellent; if it wasn't for the best homemade bread that came with the shrimp, I would have licked the bowl clean! The seasoned, hot, crusty bread that came with my meal was the best bread I have ever had at a restaurant! She very kindly brought me another order! The homemade vegetable soup was wonderful. I had 2 cups! My husband has had the chicken pot pie on 3 separate visits now. He loves it. My absolutely favorite thing about this restaurant aside from the excellent food? When you ask a server a question and instead of saying, "sorry, we don't do that here, " her responses were, "of course I can do that!" That is outstanding customer service! Why not take the constructive criticism and use it as a tool to make things better? Rather, it seems if you voice your concerns, you will be attacked in return. The Friday fish fry was okay. The wait staff was phenomenal. My rating dropped because staff reloaded the lettuce and proceeded to push it down with her bare hands. I witnessed a customer who wiped mashed potatoes off the serving spoon and put it back in the potatoes. There is a second buffet that is to accompany your entree. The normal potatoes, rice, pasta and vegetables. There were no shields over the food! I was very disappointed in the lack of sanitary protocol. No plans to come back. read more

If I could give no stars as a rating I would!! We were very disappointed in the service we received tonight. We were sat right away, but way out of the way from everyone else in the restaurant. It took our server over 10 minutes to "greet us" after her and the hostess kept making eye contact with our table. Server was honestly not super friendly, didn't let us know about specials, forgot part of our order and blamed it on the chef. My poor 7 year old waited over 30 minutes for her dinner. Our meals were not that great and it was an uncomfortable experience for our family. Talking on a cell phone and ignoring half of the building seemed to be the cool thing to do tonight. Other people who had come in after us had been served and had left.We decided to leave as it was too late to eat dinner. We wanted to pay for our drinks and the salad bar. The owner treated us like criminals. He is a bully. He told us that we will pay for our food or he will call the police. Very disappointed. Went on a Saturday night. Kind of empty. Our party of 5 all had complaints on their food. The half rack of ribs were tasteless and meatless according to 2 people. Carrots were waaaay over-cooked. The burgers were just not good. My son said he'd rather have a Big Mac, lol. French fries were good. My fried chicken looked great, tasted borderline bad. The hashbrowns with cheese and onions was good. The salad bar was well stocked and mostly fresh. Lots of variety. But the coleslaw should have been called onion slaw. I like onion, but it doesn't belong in coleslaw. Ever. And okay, I could handle a little bit, but I think there was more onion than cabbage. Soup was their version of Bean with Bacon. I think they called it Hungarian Bean. Had a nice texture, lots of ham. But seasoning was off. Campbells is better. Our waitress was great, attentive and fun. One of those servers you'd like to see often. But unfortunately, we won't be back to Tracks. Ever. read more

The waitresses are very friendly. The food is alright, it's similar to a lot of other restaurants in the area. Same appetizers, same everything pretty much. Full bar. Few things I want to point out, they were out of a lot of the items on the menu. That was a little disappointing. Didn't know until we asked the waitress when we were ready to order. Had to scramble to find something else on the menu when trying to order. The other thing I would like to point out is that the manager or owner (not sure what she was) was not welcoming and appeared annoyed with our presence. We waited over 5 mins at the front before someone even greeted us. The manager (or owner?) did not seem to want our business. There was no smile, no "hello, welcome to our restaurant" or "thank you for joining us" from her. Our entire party noticed this. I understand people have bad days, I was a waitress and I know how difficult and stressful it can be. The restaurant was not busy at the time we entered. Two tables were being cleaned, other than that all of the dining room tables were vacant. The other restaurant staff was very friendly. Personally I consider the manager's (or owners?) demeanor unprofessional and not suitable for the service industry. A little smile goes a long way. read more

WOW! Great service. Steaks that melt in your mouth! And COOKED CORRECTLY! I asked for Medium and got a steak which was cooked medium. The ribs literally fall off the bones. Salad bar is nice as well. Very clean restaurant and bar. I went to the bathroom, which to me is a true reflection of the rest of the place. It was spotless! The fixtures were shiny. The sink was very clean. Can't say enough good things about this place. We tried it last night, and went back tonight it was so good. Monday nights they have 12 inch pizzas with 2 toppings and a pitcher of beer for $10, or the pizza by itself for $5. EXTREMELY Family friendly!!! We came here for the first time after seeing the 5 stars. Our experience started with a couple minute wait to be acknowledged before being seated (no host/ess). When we finally got our food, half an hour later in an empty restaurant, we weren't impressed. My spaghetti noodles were cooked well but they were drowned in watery tomato sauce. My wife's Alfredo sauce tasted off, and the chicken was rubbery. My mom tried the walleye, but she was spitting bones bite after bite. The waitress was pleasant, but dressed in a hoodie and jeans. What I will say about this restaurant is the service is excellent, but the food isn't, at least what we had wasn't very good. Maybe the fish fry would have been better. Steak sandwich was kind of like an expensive hamburger, cole slaw was bland, fries were just there, we had the crab extremes appetizer which were just kind of mushy and not that good, not much crab flavor, and we had the drummies which also were very bland.
